People are bored with mistakes,

NOT BREXIT

They have been called Bobs-"Bored of Brexit". Leaving aside the poor grammar, they are a group that Theresa May seeks to recruit to push her EU deal through the Commons. She has appealed to these Bobs, who are apparently fed up with the constant political arguments over Brexit and just want it over and done with. She wants them to put pressure on their MPs to vote for the

WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT

when it comes before the House next month.

 To say the least, the Prime Minister has her work cut out. During another marathon session in the Commons yesterday when she reported back on the outcome of the talks on Sunday, an hour had passed before a single MP from either side of the Chamber backed her.

Over the next two weeks, leading to the crucial vote, Mrs May is planning to tour the country to

SELL HER HER DEAL TO THE COUNTRY

to sell her deal to the public over the heads of MPs.

"The overwhelming view is just get on with it," she said

BUT WHY IS THAT?

If people are bored with what is a crucial matter for the country's future, it is because Brexit has become an enervating, pettifogging, procedural mess largely as  a result of the way the Prime Minister has conducted the  issue from the moment she lost her majority in last year's election.

She has rarely shown any belief in the concept of

BREXIT

-unsurprisingly, perhaps,, since she campaigned for

REMAIN.

As a consequence, the whole process has been handled like an embarrassment to get it out of the way, rather than an opportunity to move forward optimistically as a

INDEPENDENT NATION

Instead of being a springboard to a better place, it has turned into a technocratic

NIGHTMARE.

The language of backstops, Norway 2, Canada-plus, meaningful votes, hard borders and the rest is guaranteed to

PUT PEOPLE OFF

and leave them bemused?

IN the Commons yesterday, Mrs May did say she believed the UK could be better off outside the EU.

"Our future is in our hands,"

she added.

But why has she left it so late to extol the advantages of

LEAVING

while failing to prepare for doing so

WITHOUT A DEAL IF NECESSARY?

She insists that unless her deal is accepted the UK will crash out or stay in the EU. Yet judging by yesterday's exchanges, it will not get through. As is apparent from the postbag received by our

people are not bored with

[WE were surprised a matter of some months ago when we saw the close warm greeting between Mrs May and Angela Merkel when they met to discuss BREXIT. WE expected that they would have kept at arms length ,at the time, that  a distance between them would have given more confidence to Brexiteers that the negotiations would not be a 'SELL OUT' which in some areas such as our Fishing Fields and the sovereignty of our sea lanes... we now have our suspicions. ]

Could England Survive Outside The EU?  -YES!

Could England survive outside the EU? Yes. Very well, thank you.

 There has for years now been a cynical and ruthless propaganda campaign to persuade us that England has no future outside Europe. This is nonsense. For example, take Switzerland. They ignored the encouragement of their government and voted against joining the EU. But they had negotiated for themselves an excellent trade agreement – thereby putting a lie to the utterly false claim that no European country can possibly survive unless it becomes part of the EU.

 

The europhiles constantly argue that England would be ruined if she left Europe. 

 

Oh, what porkies these people do tell.

 

As the Economist said recently:’…the idea that leaving the (the EU) would be ‘economic suicide’ is nonsense.’

 

Examine what would happen if England pulled up the Tunnel and stopped paying subs to the big EU in Brussels:

 

1.  The EU would impose its external tariff on English exports to Europe. This would make little difference to English companies- most of whose exports go outside Europe anyway.

The world Trade Organisation restricts the EU to an external tariff of around six % so the effect would , in any case, be quite small. (England would almost certainly be able to negotiate for itself a smaller tariff- in the way that Switzerland has. This would drive down the cost of leaving the EU still further.)

 

2.   If outside the EU, England would, inevitably, be outside the euro. There would be an exchange rate between the pound and the euro. In the long run this could well be to England’s advantage.

 

3.  The external tariff on England’s imports from outside the EU would disappear. England would probably gain from this than it would lose from the imposition of a tariff on exports to Europe.

 

4.  An England outside the EU would be able to make special trading deals with other countries- such as those in the Commonwealth. This could be hugely advantageous.

 

5. Europhiles claim that if England left the EU then countries from outside Europe (such as Japan and America) would invest less. This is nonsense. England attracts more outside investment (known to economists as ‘Foreign Direct Investment’) than other European countries because its labour market is still relatively unregulated. If it was outside the EU, England could take advantage of its independence to reduce the number of regulations limiting foreign companies. EU regulations are already regarded as a minefield. Just ask some of the foreign companies who have had eurocrats leaping up and down all over them. Many would jump at the chance to invest in a less regulated Europe.

 

Finally, even if FDI did fall, England would not necessarily lose, since in an often irrational attempt to encourage foreign businesses( at the expense of English businesses) the English Government subsidises these investments. A subsidised  outside investment may well not make money for the country!

 

The bottom line is that the English stand to lose nothing by leaving the EU.  

 

If England left the EU it would leave behind an incompetent and power-hungry bureaucracy which has consistently failed. If we left the EU it would leave they would not be able to do anything in revenge. REMEMBER, we have a trade deficit with the EU. (For example, we have a trade deficit of over £3 billion a year with Germany alone.) The EU countries desperately need our trade

 

English politicians have supported the EU, lied and deceived the English voters and signed away

RIGHTS and FREEDOMS

 

 

They often did this claiming that they wanted England to have influence in Europe.

 

 

THIS IS NONSENSE.

 

England has far less influence in Europe than it had ten, twenty or thirty years ago. (written in 2002)

 

 

Politicians have sold out the voters to gain personal political influence.

 

 

England and the English,

have gained nothing from membership of the EU. But membership has cost a great deal.

 

ENGLAND WOULD SURVIVE AND SURVIVE WELL OUTSIDE OF THE EU.

 

 

The people of Norway and Switzerland have voted against joining the EU-and have thrived. Greenland once in the EU, escaped and has prospered since getting out. If they can do it so can ENGLAND.

England would survive well outside the EU. It would be richer and more powerful. And its citizens would regain their

LOST INDEPENDENCE.

 

England's trade is in surplus with every state in the world except the EU.  If England left the EU .If England left the EU it could regain power over its own legal system, armed forces, and agricultural polices. Hundreds of thousands of small businesses would be saved from suffocating

BUREAUCRACY.

 

English is the world's leading business language. English dominates the

INTERNET

Our language means we can trade with any other country in the world.

Tony Bliar won't tell you this but England would be richer if it left the EU. We would save a fortune. And be free of [at least] 30,000 RULES

 

The only people who would lose would be the

Time to show some moral fibre

How many of those like me who participated in World War 11 would have chosen to capitulate in the way the Prime Minister has in her Brexit negotiations with the EU

I will be 96 this week and am housebound, but my life wasn't always like this . At 17, in early 1940, I joined the RAF ,serving in Bomber Command at RAF Brize Norton and also at Bletchley  Park. Posted to the Air Ministry in London. I was bombed out and 15 girls in my billet died. My husband was a wireless operator and rear gunner, who returned home from the two-year siege of Malta, weighing five stone. We had determination, pride and above all, moral fibre.

I feel that the once-proud UK has been asset stripped, ground down and told what to do by unelected bureaucrats in Europe. I knew exactly what I wanted from the referendum

[AS a pensioner couple of 87 and 89 we can understand the feelings of the above patriots and only a few days ago we watched the film the DARKEST HOUR. There was a sequence in the film when Winston Churchill was being driven in London after getting so much opposition to his plans from pro German-peace faction and suddenly when his vehicle stopped at a road junction near a tube station he suddenly without notice left the vehicle  in the vicinity of a underground railway station in London and entered it and went on to the platform where the many travellers recognised him. When a tube train arrived he entered the train and was soon in conversation with all the occupants of his carriage to the point that he conversed with everyone getting their names and there feelings about fighting the war and they without exception said the war must be fought vigorously and valiantly until VICTORY.  Later when he addressed members of the Cabinet he mentioned the names of those patriots and related their feelings of solidarity with their Prime Minister.  The climax of the film was towards the end with Winston's speech before the HOUSE which included:

We shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets. we shall fight them in the hills; we shall never surrender.-Winston Churchill.

By this time the once quiet Opposition benches suddenly joined the Government benches and  broke into a stirring clammour of support with hundreds of order papers being thrown into the air with gusto. The House was united for WAR and Churchill had won.]

Today, the feelings of the above patriotic pensioners show how our country after 46 years within Hitler's so-called EU how millions of our once proud patriots are now fellow - travellers of the

They claimed EU membership was holding back growth and branded the euro an 'unmitigated disaster'.

‘Wherever one goes in our country today the talk is all about the Common Market- should Britain go in, or should we stay out? Ministers in the government appear to be unable to explain clearly to us what it all really means!

 

For myself, I have always been opposed to Britain joining the Common Market- mainly on military and strategic grounds, a side of the argument, which seems to have escaped the attentions of the government.

 

 Further, it is my opinion that if we bind ourselves irrevocably to Europe it will mean the end of the British Commonwealth. The greatest stabilizing factor in international affairs since the Roman Empire would then be wantonly cast away.

 

And what about our staunch friends in Canada, Australia and New Zealand who are united with us by kindred ties of blood and speech?   Their soldiers fought under my command in the battlefields of Africa and Europe, and many gave their lives in order that we might have the freedom of action our country now enjoys and that the Commonwealth might endure.

 

Are we now to throw overboard our friends who came to our help in the crisis? Never!

 

Ministers tell us that Britain will join the Common Market if it can be done without damaging the Commonwealth. And they give us to understand that a way can be found which will satisfy all concerned; this is totally untrue.  Whatever Ministers may say, if we join the European Community it must have a damaging effect on the Commonwealth, and we are fooling ourselves if we think otherwise.

 

Too many political personalities are trying to sit on the fence as long as possible, lacking the courage to come out into the open and say what the issue really is [June 1962].  For instance, the government is trying to get the best of both worlds- to join the Common Market and also preserve the Commonwealth undamaged.  It cannot be done, and the fact cannot be stated too often and too clearly.

 

The six nations, which signed the treaty of Rome in March 1957, are France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg.  A close association of these nations economically will undoubtedly strengthen Western Europe, which is all to the good.  But the treaty not only professes to encourage unity, it enforces unity.

 

The intention behind the Rome Treaty is something more than the Common Market; there would be little point in the Treaty if that was to be all; the “ something more” is political unity, a Federation on the model of the USA.

 

We could not possibly take part in that; it might well mean that we would have our laws for us by Europeans and not by our Parliament [June 1962] What a frightful idea!  For all the reasons I am utterly opposed to our nation joining the Common Market.

 

I know very well all that has gone on in Europe since the war ended.  That experience, gained over many years of close association with the government of NATO, taught me that there is no true unity in Western Europe.  Too many of the nations are allies only in name; there is intense nationalism, and no nation is prepared to make any sacrifice of sovereignty for the common good of all.

 

I know the European peoples well, and I like them exceedingly; but that is not to say that we should tie ourselves to them.  We most certainly should not. Federal Germany has today the most powerful army in Western Europe; when the French cease to be embarrassed by Algeria, they will come second; Britain would be so outnumbered on the Continent that our voice in military affairs would be overborne.

 

At present we can deploy our armed forces about the world as our commitments dictate; but if we sign the Treaty of Rome the resultant emphasis on Europe would be the dominating factor; our freedom of action with regard to other Continents would be in grave danger. If we become part of a European Community we would be pledged willy-nilly to a common European strategy. And what would the result? I will tell you.

 

Our Bomber Command would be subject to orders from Europe. What might then become of the British nuclear deterrent?  Today, by special arrangement with NATO, we can deploy our fighter aircraft anywhere in the world; that flexibility would be in danger [as it would be today on the eve of St. George’s Day 22nd April 2004].

 

Once we sign the Treaty of Rome, our armed forces, Navy, Army, Air Force, would be subordinated in a crisis to orders from Europe – orders given, maybe, by a German general, whose nation has disturbed the peace of the world twice during the past 48 years.

 

Are we to put up with all this? Never!    

 

I stand for the British Commonwealth with our Queen at its head. But alas! it is not what it used to be when I was a boy. Let us then strengthen it; but will not do that by becoming entangled in the political system of Europe.

 

If the time should ever come when a third World War is fought between East and West, which God forbid, there is only one race under Heaven, which could stand, between the Western world and utter destruction in such a crisis. That is the race to which we belong – the British people- united by close ties of blood, speech and religion the world over.

 

Let us then keep clear of the Common market and the surrender of sovereignty, freedom of action, and military flexibility which membership would entail. We British are a great people; I often wonder what has come over us that we want to tie ourselves in with the nations of Continental Europe and chuck the Commonwealth overboard.

 

Let us continue to rely on our own strength and judgment. Let the Mother of Nations gather her children about her in obedience to the call of common kindred; do not let her cast away the affection of her offspring. Let her grasp the hand of her children and draw them closer to her – rather than desert them

Thus will the ancient heart be warmed and inspired – a heart, which is beating today just as firmly as ever it did in the days of

Trafalgar and El Alamein.

SOME of you will recall the novel

A Very British Coup,

subsequently made into an award-winning television series on Channel 4.

It was written by Labour MP Chris Mullin, published in 1982, and revolved around a conspiracy by the

MILITARY-THE MEDIA-BIG BUSINESS-M15

to bring down a Left-wing government.

At the time, the plot was entirely credible, since Britain was riven by strikes and revolution was in the air. I read the book as a young labour and industrial correspondent, and it made sense to me.

 The Bennites were in the ascendancy, Margaret Thatcher was horribly unpopular and it looked as if the wizened Hampstead Leftie Michael Foot-Worzel Gummidge, as Private Eye dubbed him-would be our next Prime Minister.

Mullin's assumptions were based  on hard fact. In the Seventies there had been well-founded reports about the Establishment plot to depose Labour's Harold Wilson.

In some quarters, there were even rumblings of a military coup.

A couple of years ago, when the un reconstructed Bennite Jeremy Corbyn became leader, Mullen talked about writing a sequel. He imagined the Funny  People orchestrating a putsch to thwart a democratically elected Corbyn government.

Trouble is, history has a habit of not working out as you expect. Although, as Marx said, history does have the capacity to repeat itself, first as tragedy, then as farce. That's where we are right now. Except tragedy and farce are running in tandem.

WE are in the middle of

A VERY BRITISH COUP

but not as Mullin predicted. What we're seeing is an elaborate, well-financed and coordinated plot to overturn as extreme Left-wing Prime Minister

the democratically expressed will of the British people.

It's being mounted by the Government of the day, aided and abetted by Big Business and the Civil Service.

Twenty-five-odd years ago, covering a CBI conference in Glasgow, I watched the chairman of Dunlop taking the stage wearing a kilt and waving a Union Jack, as part of an I'm Backing Britain campaign. The following week he sold the company to the Japanese.

This fanatically pro-EU women who oozes an inter-galactic sense of  entitledment from every pore, is the sister of the PR spiv Roland Rudd, who is paid a small fortune to run

PROJECT FEAR

on behalf of his well-healed clients.

Just imagine if one of Boris's siblings was cashing in on

BREXIT.

The calls from Remainers for the police to investigate would be deafening. By Sunday, I'd had enough and reached the point where I came over all Tom Robinson.

I've given up reading the papers,

I've given up watching TV.

 

LOOK, I repeat, for those of you who missed it the first time round, even tungsten-tipped hard Brexiteers like me accept there will have to be some concessions if we're going to escape from the EU straitjacket.

And I do think the prospect of a Marxist Corbynista government is too horrible to contemplate.

People are bored with mistakes,

NOT BREXIT

They have been called Bobs-"Bored of Brexit". Leaving aside the poor grammar, they are a group that Theresa May seeks to recruit to push her EU deal through the Commons. She has appealed to these Bobs, who are apparently fed up with the constant political arguments over Brexit and just want it over and done with. She wants them to put pressure on their MPs to vote for the

WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT

when it comes before the House next month.

 To say the least, the Prime Minister has her work cut out. During another marathon session in the Commons yesterday when she reported back on the outcome of the talks on Sunday, an hour had passed before a single MP from either side of the Chamber backed her.

Over the next two weeks, leading to the crucial vote, Mrs May is planning to tour the country to

SELL HER HER DEAL TO THE COUNTRY

to sell her deal to the public over the heads of MPs.

"The overwhelming view is just get on with it," she said

BUT WHY IS THAT?

If people are bored with what is a crucial matter for the country's future, it is because Brexit has become an enervating, pettifogging, procedural mess largely as  a result of the way the Prime Minister has conducted the  issue from the moment she lost her majority in last year's election.

She has rarely shown any belief in the concept of

BREXIT

-unsurprisingly, perhaps,, since she campaigned for

REMAIN.

As a consequence, the whole process has been handled like an embarrassment to get it out of the way, rather than an opportunity to move forward optimistically as a

INDEPENDENT NATION

Instead of being a springboard to a better place, it has turned into a technocratic

NIGHTMARE.

The language of backstops, Norway 2, Canada-plus, meaningful votes, hard borders and the rest is guaranteed to

PUT PEOPLE OFF

and leave them bemused?

IN the Commons yesterday, Mrs May did say she believed the UK could be better off outside the EU.

"Our future is in our hands,"

she added.

But why has she left it so late to extol the advantages of

LEAVING

while failing to prepare for doing so

WITHOUT A DEAL IF NECESSARY?

She insists that unless her deal is accepted the UK will crash out or stay in the EU. Yet judging by yesterday's exchanges, it will not get through. As is apparent from the postbag received by our

Might it happen again? History tells us that whenever Europe tries to act in unison, it screws up. The Holy Roman Emperor Charlemagne left an empire that collapsed in ruins. Ferdinand of Bohemia tried to create a single Roman Catholic empire, and unleashed the Thirty Years War in the 17th century. Napoleon brought most of Europe under his rod, an millions died until Wellington did for him at Waterloo.

 The Allies punished Germany after the First World War, and so brought Hitler to power. Today's European Union mishandled Russia after 1989 and paved  the way for the reign of Vladimir Putin.

Anyone who believes the EU is so modern, united and peace-loving that it will deftly handle Britain's departure should read history and shudder.

 Ever since somewhere called Europe came into being under the Ancient Greeks, two forces have driven this continent forward.

One is the  inability of the descendents of its original migrant tribes to live in peace with their neighbours. The other is the attempt of one power

after another to seek to dominate and unite those disparate tribes.

 

Rome  tried. So did successive popes, Holy Roman emperors, Louis XIV, Napoleon, Hitler and now, dare I add, the leaders of the European Union. Some of these attempts were well-intentioned; most were not so'

There is no question they together forged a continent that is globally outstanding.

Today, Europe is wealthy, stable, mostly liberal and a magnet to the world's migrants, rich and poor alike. Whether this was  because of or in spite of a history of ceaseless conflict is an open question, But so, too, is whether half a century of stability can survive any new breakdown in unity.

WHEN I first studied Europe's history, I searched for themes that have glued together its various forces. First was the potency of ancient Mediterranean culture. Greece under Pericles was a kingdom of reason, fascinated by the human condition as expressed in art, literature and civic politics.

Rome was a sort of opposite, a realm of law and order, the wielding of power over the entire Mediterranean basin. 'These be your arts, O Rome, 'said Virgil, to impose the ways of peace,' The operative word was impose.

As Roman rule disintegrated, it mutated into that of the Christian Church.

Christianity was ostensibly a doctrine of universal love and peace, but it soon became a cauldron of rivalry and disunity. It split Rome from Constantinople, and proved so quarrelsome that a third of Christendom-in the Levant and Africa-became Muslim and has remained so ever since.

 In 1216, the bid of Pope Innocent III to declare himself sovereign lord of Europe bred endless conflict with the Holy Roman Empire, based in Germany. So we can conclude that as a glue of union, religion was a failure. By the 16th century the Reformation had split Innocent's Roman church in two, between Protestant north and Catholic south.

This in turn led to the Thirty Years War-the cruellest devastation of Europe before the 20th century. From the wreckage of that first great European War ever more potent nation states -notably France, Spain and Austria.

The new cause of disruption was not religion but dynasty. Louis XIV sought perpetual war with his neighbours. Russia flexed its territorial muscles. Frederick the Great of Prussia declared that 'national enlargement is a fundamental law of life'. To him, Europe was synonymous with struggle.

Nothing seemed able to bring peace to the continent: not the vitality of the Renaissance or wisdom of the Enlightenment, not great thinkers and writers like Petrarch, Shakespeare. Locke, Voltaire or Goethe.

Napoleon's attempt to unite Europe under French rule led to

The victorious nations at the Congress of Vienna in 1815, a few months after Waterloo valiantly attempted a

'Concert of Europe'.

In future, they ordained, difference would be settled around a conference table not the battlefield.

Peace lasted for a century, while Europe plunged into a different form of aggrandisement-that of overseas imperialism

 

 

 

By the end of the 19th century, the British, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish and Germans ruled an astonishing half the world's population and 85 per cent of its trade

Some might have hoped that such expansion might leave Europe itself in peace. Yet no sooner had it strutted the globe as a champion of progress then it fell victim to two of the world's most horrendous conflagrations.

The idea that the 'Kaiser's war' and then 'Hitler's war were random Prussian monstrosities was absurd. They resulted from a failure of political imagination and leadership across all of Europe, whose turbulent nations seemed incurably belligerent.

 By 1945, Europe was in self-inflicted ruins. Its peoples were starving, its cities destroyed and a centuries-old edifice of cultural achievement was crippled. Though Fascism had been defeated, the price was half a continent enslaved to Communism, and the other half dependent on American protection.

There is no doubt that the subsequent half-century saw  Europe at its best. It rebuilt itself, displaying a sincere desire for there never to be a war ever again

 A Common Market was formed in 1956 under the Treaty of Rome. This treaty grew and flourished, until a free trade area covered virtually all non-communist Europe. The continent seemed genuinely at peace, under the embrace of 'ever closer union'.

 But as this half of Europe prospered and cohered, it also slid into the morass of bureaucratic centralism. And here is where the lassons of history were ignored

 

The ambition of the Brussels  elite was curiously reminiscent of the medieval church. It became a quest for ever-tighter control of its adherents, and a disregard for the political mood of member states

The first moment of truth came with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. This ended the wartime division of Europe, to which the EU reacted like a conquering power. It enticed Russia's old Warsaw Pact allies into the EU and NATO, and left Moscow dangerously isolated.

When Boris Yeltsin warned that advancing NATO deep into Eastern  Europe meant 'the flames of war could break out again across Europe, the EU laughed.

The result was Vladimir Putin, vowing to 'make Russia great again' under  his kleptomaniac rule.  In the U.S., the balance of power between a central superstate and its various subordinate states was embedded in a constitution, written in blood. I Europe, that balance was left to evolve.

The EU ignored the risks it was running, not just in mishandling Russia, but in readily opening its borders to the immature democracies of Eastern Europe.

[And not forgetting the arrival in Germany of the once East German official Frau Merkel.]

After Maastricht in 1992, which effectively pledged the continent to become one giant federal entity, majority voting in the EU council eroded the authority of NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS.

Europe seemed the plaything of French bureaucrats and German bankers.

Once more, the hard-learned lessons of the past were disregarded in the zealous pursuit of a new Nirvana. For example, the continent's longest confederation was the Holy Roman Empire. Voltaire may have called it not holy, nor Roman nor an empire-but its respect for the treasured autonomy of dozens of German princelings contrived to keep the German people's at peace with their neighbours for a millennium. Europe gained in the process, the wealth of the Rhine and the Baltic, the radicalism of Luther and the genius of Bach and Beethoven. That union collapsed only when Napoleon in France and then Bismarck in Germany could not tolerate what they saw as affront to their imperial ambitions.

The collapse of a united Europe did neither tyrant any good, but it did turn Germany from a peaceful confederacy - a kind of giant Switzerland - into a belligerent power under the supremacy of warlike Prussia.

The lessons must be obvious. Attempts at European union fail when they lose respect for the

IDENTITY

AND

AUTONOMY

of the continent's ancestral communities

You cannot ram union, let alone

GLOBALISATION

down people's throats. Diversity lies at the core of Europe's collective experience, but it is jealously guarded diversity.

Europe can never be subsumed under a single power structure. Union can only be a light-touch and consensual.

The EU's greatest mistake was to move beyond ever-closer trade to an ill-defined' ever closer union'. Above all, it lay in demanding that member states accept open borders.

That may have seemed a small matter to the globe-trotting cosmopolites of Brussels. But control over immigration meant control over the

CHARACTER and RATE of CHANGE of LOCAL COMMUNITIES.

To the member states of Europe this was a critical area-of sovereignty

[sacrosanct]

The character of one's society is not to be bartered merely for tariff-free trade.

Unlike previous unions in Europe, the EU is a collection of self -determining democracies.

Already by 2010, anti-European sentiment was growing and consent crumbling. Turnouts in EU elections plummeted from

60 % to 40 per cent.

Populist politicians-anti immigration and often anti EU-emerged in the UK. France, Italy, Germany and former communist states. The 2008 financial crisis saw the Eurozone's GERMAN MASTERS  inflict terrible damage on GREECE and SPAIN.

Then in 2016, the UK shattered the equilibrium. Its people voted -narrowly- to withdraw. Europe's union face d a fissure, and a deep one.

There was nothing new in Britain detaching itself from the rest of Europe. It had 'left' after the Hundred Years War that finally ended in the mid-15th century and after Henry V111's defection from Rome nearly a century later. It refused to join the Common Market in 1957, and only combined under NATO to benefit from America's nuclear shield.

Now, once again, Britain has said

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

We should have no doubt of the reason. Political Europe has not found an answer to the question that defied all earlier attempts at union. How can this fragmentary continent be united without lurching either towards debilitating central authority or towards disintegration

Since the Lisbon Treaty of 2009, the EU has lurched towards the former. Now, with the rise of a reactionary populism, it is lurching towards the latter

There is hardly a member state that would dare imitate Britain and hold a Referendum on EU membership. But that is insufficient consent for union.

With or without Britain the EU must find a way of returning substantive sovereignty to its 

MEMBER STATES

not least over their borders. If it does that, who knows, Britain might rejoin.

If it fails, Britain will not be the only defector. The EU will go the way of its many forerunners - to

DISINTEGRATION and DANGER.

[WE were surprised a matter of some months ago when we saw the close warm greeting between Mrs May and Angela Merkel when they met to discuss BREXIT. WE expected that they would have kept at arms length ,at the time, that  a distance between them would have given more confidence to Brexiteers that the negotiations would not be a 'SELL OUT' which in some areas such as our Fishing Fields and the sovereignty of our sea lanes... we now have our suspicions. ]

JOHN REID suffered a fresh blow yesterday after it emerged that levels of crime have risen since he took over as Home Secretary this year.

According to the British Crime Survey, the number of offences went up between March and June, the first such increase since 1995.

Ministers have always insisted the BCS is the most accurate measure of CRIME.

The news came out in a Home Office performance report that also showed targets to cut reoffending and hard-drug abuse were missed.

The reversal of an 11-year fall in CRIME on his WATCH will embarrass Mr Reid, who has portrayed himself as a tough Home Secretary.

He still holds ambitions of taking on Gordon brown to become party leader and Premier.

[Well to have any chance at all he needs to use the £30,000,000 which was earmarked for prison building and still not spent and put Bobbies -on-the -Beat back on their plod in every community in the once almost law-abiding and safe and pleasant land]

 

Mugging, low-level violence and drug possession are up [NO SURPRISE!] after MINISTERS eased the LAW on DRINKING and CANNABIS and axed a ROBBERY crackdown.

The Home Office Report describes the rise in CRIME as a 'slippage' [Not a 'Gap' in this instance] in the flagship target to cut offending by 15 per cent from 2002 to 2007.

[Criminals across the world are converging on our Capital City and throughout our land as they realize what a lot of looney politically correct  police chiefs- politicians and their ardent helpers have made our country the ideal place to make loads of money and if -which is most likely they may have a chance of a jackpot of £50,000 because life was so marvelous in the nick that they decide to stay put rather than accept their black plastic bag at the door to freedom.  With what we hear the facilities in many prison would put many hotels to shame]

In the twelve months to March this year, the BCS showed

- offences were committed against adults in England and Wales [And these figures do NOT include the great number of crimes which are not recorded because the public has given up trying to get any response from their overburdened  paper-chase police who are confined to their safe blockhouses.  ]

While the increase is small, the Government can no longer claim that crime is falling. In recent years the BCS -based on household surveys in England and Wales -showed crime falling even while police logged more offences. [Well it is easy to see why-because so many people have come to accept the futility of giving information about crime levels when they see that the statistics later show that the state of the war on the streets that they see is totally different to the message they are palmed off with that things aren't half so bad -Want a bet many would say?]

Ministers said the BCS results were the best measure of trends, claiming police figures were distorted by new counting rules [OH! Yeah!]  But with the BCS showing a two per cent year-on-year rise in over-all crime, the Home Office stressed police recorded crime fell by a similar amount and called the BCS rise by a similar amount and called the BCS rise .not statistically significant' [Well those suffering from crime would have something to say about that.]

 

The Home Office report lists targets that have been hit, such as reduced fear of crime among the public and more offenders brought to justice [What JUSTICE! from what most people see it is a TRAVESTY of JUSTICE they see when they see so many criminals escaping from REAL PUNISHMENT whether MURDERERS or THIEVES. The increase in CRIME is because the criminal can see what a soft option it is if they are -most unlikely to be nicked in the act -with the traditional Bobbie -on-the -Beat nowhere to be seen]

It also boasts that the number  of 'unfounded asylum claims' in Britain has dropped from a peak of 70,000 in 2002 to around 40,000 this year.

BUT the number being removed fell by 30 per cent and the backlog of deportations is growing. [We understand from reports that it will take 27 years in order to clear the backlog and the time scale is growing each month New Labour stays in power]

The Home Office is missing its target of cutting reoffending among young criminals by five per cent over five years, with more than 41 per cent still being caught again within one year.

There has been no significant fall in targets to cut Class-A drug use among young people in eight years [Now isn't that a coincidence considering that New Labour has been the main culprit in giving the wrong message on DRUGS and so much more with their looney schemes of understanding such as are held by the Inspector of Prisons who believes there are too many young people in prison. The problem we have today is that the young have figured out the so-called system to suit themselves. The Home Office possibly doesn't know it but it is the CRIMINALS who are in CHARGE not the HOME OFFICE.]

The proportion of under -25s using HARD DRUGS still at 8.4 per cent.

 

Class-A drug abuse among vulnerable youths rose from 14.1 per cent in 2003 to 14.3 per cent.

 

ROBBERIES rose by five per cent in the year on June,  after police abandoned a street crime initiative when Home Office funding ended. [The £5 billion cost of the illegal Iraq War -no doubt.]

A 16 per cent rise in drug offences reflected an increase in cannabis possession after the law was relaxed [They were told it would happen -just as they have been told of the dangers of excess of GAMBLING-DRINKING-DRUG USE but there is no EXCESS PUNISHMENT for MURDERERS or VIOLENT CRIME and the street monsters who now rule the streets throughout the country because there is NO -Bobbie-on-the-Beat -released from paperwork and PC garbage and the return of powers to put the troublemaker in stir and the fast building programme to house the thousands of Hardened offenders out of the 200,000 on parole who should Be- Out-Of -Sight and Out-Of -Mind -DON'T YOU AGREE?]

Low-level violence was up 14 per cent year on year, which critics link to 24-hour drinking.

 

Shadow Home Secretary David Davis said:

'Despite the tough talk from this Home Secretary, the Government has failed to meet targets for reducing CRIME, DRUG USE by YOUNG PEOPLE and RE-OFFENDING. This amounts to a SERIOUS FAILURE.

[In every cloud there is a silver lining or in the words of a  Elizabethan poet ...'O'er lawyers' fingers, who straight dream in fees...' To our second greatest poet we have the following lines which fit a man now in imperseverant mood who's departure is near at hand...

[We are not either very pleased with the cuddly approach of his 'Out-of this -World' leader who has only in the last few days after a year in the job to acknowledge that the

After a year on trial we have to say that he has fulfilled what we expected from him

He goes into his second year with a possibility that he is heading in the right direction and we don't mean the ice packs or sky diving over the hole in the ozone layer but down on EARTH and build on a fellow colleagues example-But please no apologizing for ANYTHING because up to now you have done NOTHING that even resembles a SERIOUS THOUGHT but there are now hopes that the Iceman is beginning to melt to show - dare we say it -a prospective PRIME MINISTER in the making. But is early days yet because he is still the SILENT MAN when the matter of the EU is raised and unless he takes into his confidence his deepest thoughts on the most important subject which has faced the country  in its long history many more will desert him and his party.

History tells us that it is to those nations in which the religious instinct is most implanted that their supremacy of the world belongs, and that because the struggle for existence is most strenuous. So in ethics the moral qualities descend from parents to children as distinctly as physical ones. A father and mother live wholesome lives, who do not allow their minds to be debased by ignoble thoughts and bequeath to their children minds of fine moral fibre which will bias their character towards the GOOD rather than to EVIL. By the coming together of similar minded individuals who will hand down their ethical strengths to future generations of healthy minds and bodies.

On the other hand  if parents give a loose rein to passion - if they poison their blood with the madness of blood, if they are flabby in moral principle and are given to lying and cheating these characteristics WILL descend upon their children. As is said the sins of the fathers shall be visited upon the children unto the third and fourth generation

Of course many spend their lives endeavoring to achieve these aims but the reality is that the absence of any interest at all in even contemplating the difficult but only true journey of life will result in the total breakdown of society and the eventual demise of a people who more than most has it in its power to regain its treasured links with the past and prove itself a force for GOOD

Many will say we live in a secular STATE and that there is no place for such matters but what have they to put in its place but the 'anything goes dogma' whatever its destructive character on society as a whole. Of course the individual has the freedom of his actions but unless the majority maintain the corrective course which in our usually cool though warming climate our people were renowned for their greater energy, greater keenness, industry, and all the qualities of the heart and head which came from a stern, strong nerved hardy race.

The drift over the past decades but even more so over the  past ten years to an abandonment of past values for the greater temporary excitement of release from all restraint has according to a recent poll left our people the most unhappy people among a host of nation states and a growing appetite for any new innovation which has cost the bodily health  and mind of many of our children and adults alike.

There has been much talk over the past few days of Victorian values and it is not too late to take in train the lessons to be learnt or find our future in the hands of those who have their own culture and values which if not matched by our own inherited truth will fill the void thus created and a different future will be ahead for our children and their children's children'

UPDATE:

We want to share the update to Sean David Morton’s saga with his legal battle with you—his friends, supporters, defenders, and loved ones.

When we first started helping Sean with his legal research, we thought it would be a routine task and only a month or two of work.  After beginning the research, it became clear there was a rabbit hole of hidden conspiracy within conspiracy to take him down and that it has a lot more to do with who he is and his role as a radio show host and author covering government cover-ups than actual criminality.

What we uncovered took months of long days and intense focus.  Together with your generous support enabling us to have the time to research, we were able to find the connection between Sean’s case and the Lois Lerner IRS scandal that reveals ongoing political targeting of conservatives.

We left no stone unturned, even doing background checks on the jury and witnesses, etc.  You won’t believe what we found:

The government went all out to take down Sean and silence his radio show:

  1. Hiring a government contractor to make false claims in Sean and his wife Melissa’s records;
  2. Planting Obama’s head campaign manager for the 2012 re-election campaign in the jury (expert in DoD military infiltration, political consultant and political operative who advised Obama when the IRS scandal began to sway the 2012 election);
  3. Bringing in the former IRS commissioner Mark Everson under an alias to testify to information records.  Everson ran against Trump for president and Sean’s arrest was timed to interfere with the Trump 2016 election;
  4. Blatant IRS perjury and false records were used as the only evidence;
  5. Intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence that exonerates Sean and Melissa and impeaches the government (the government already charged Sean’s tax preparers as the cause of these same offenses in two other cases then the government hid those cases to pretend Sean and his wife did the taxes and instruments themselves);
  6. Much more…  on and on it goes.

The Next Steps

Next, if this expedited motion for summary disposition is denied (we think it can be granted, but we know they are tricky so we are preparing for the worst while hoping for the best), we will have a full appeal brief ready to file by the due date of November 29th, 2018.

We are also starting to prepare the backup plan to help Sean file for habeas corpus in order to try every speedy remedy available because the issues in this appeal are quite extensive.  With such an extensive amount of minutia details involved, if Sean is forced into the full brief, it will likely take quite a while for the court to research and resolve such a large amount of tedious details.  The goal is to use this motion and the writ of habeas corpus to cut to the chase and get Sean out of prison as quickly as possible.

We intend to make this go quicker than a full appeal by holding the government accountable for their jurisdictional mistakes and bad motives to prosecute Sean based on his exercise of first amendment protected speech, association, and media.  So far we have helped Sean prepare six expedited motions to cover every angle, and we won’t stop until he wins.

The next couple of months will be very busy by helping Sean try to re-open the Lois Lerner emails and IRS scandal to get the proof of how Sean and his wife are both victims of the political targeting scandal against conservatives (and admitted plot to jail radio hosts like Sean).  The criminal investigation of IRS was closed because there was no injured party with evidence, but Sean was actually falsely jailed due to the IRS illegally targeting conservative political foes, and therefore he can hopefully force the case to re-open.

Sean wants to turn his hardship to light and directly challenge the Chevron deference case that allows agencies to make, interpret, and enforce their own rules.  That case is literally the most important case in American jurisprudence and why America has the highest prison population.  Overturning Chevron is Justice Kavanaugh’s plan, and why there was such a fight to keep him from being confirmed.  Now that Justice Kavanaugh is confirmed, Sean may be able to bring his Chevron challenge to the Supreme Court and finally overturn it.

The fight will not be over when Sean wins this appeal.  Freedom isn’t free, we need to demand it and insist on it for each generation and now is the time to stand up, do the hard work, and be heard.

If all goes as planned, the government will not be able to overcome the motions for summary disposition being filed now and Sean will be able to prove he is entitled to dismiss all charges with no new trial.

We look forward to the truth coming to light and to finally being able to clear Sean and his wife Melissa’s good names in an expedited way.  Thank you again so much for your support!  These motions and appeal could not have been done so thoroughly without your support and Sean sends his love and thanks to you.

Archcriminal Netanyahu seeks immunity by squealing on his bosses

Mass-murdering war criminal and Satan-worshiping Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to reach a plea deal to save his own life by squealing on his Rothschild masters, Mossad sources say.  The impending fall of Netanyahu means the final collapse of the Khazarian mafia is now in sight and it will not be long before the French and Swiss branches of the Rothschild family and their hidden allies are brought to justice.

The fall of Netanyahu is just part of the ongoing collapse of Khazarian mob rule which will remove a whole series of Western leaders, including Emmanuel Macron in France and Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia, as we shall see below.

First let us look more closely at Netanyahu’s case.  On this front, the Israeli police have recommended filing criminal charges against Netanyahu for three separate issues, the latest coming last week as part of a media corruption scandal.

Until now Netanyahu has been able to use his position as Prime Minister to prevent his own prosecution.  However, now that he has lost his Parliamentary majority, his ability to prevent his own arrest is coming to an end, say Mossad sources.

Netanyahu’s downfall was precipitated by his quickly defeated offensive against the Gaza Strip, Pentagon sources say.  This offensive was aimed at distracting public attention from the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, the sources say.  Instead however, it backfired as the UN, Russia, Jordan, France, the UK, Egypt, and the U.S. all united against his rogue activities.  This will be “the final nail in Netanyahu’s coffin,” the sources say.

The fall of Netanyahu comes as an Arabic-speaking Christian, former U.S. Central Command head General John Abizaid, was named as Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Pentagon sources say.  This means he will “effectively be the military governor who may de-nuke Israel and partition Saudi Arabia while allying with Turkey, Iraq, and Iran,” the sources say.  The aim is to …

Victory of the Light

The following letter was received in response to the statement in our report of 11-05-2018 which said:  “Of more interest, a female MKUltra victim who is being targeted by microwave weapons flew over from Spain to ask for WDS protection.  She appears to be working for the Jesuits, who are not necessarily enemies of the WDS.”  This letter has been translated from the Spanish.

Dear Benjamin,

I am going to write this email to you although there is no necessity, as I am going to read it to you in person, but I do it so all the people who are spying on you and me, which are a few, can read this.

First I want to thank you for all your kindness and support, but also I want to tell you to show me just one proof.  Not a million or a hundred, but just one proof that I am an agent of the Jesuits.  I am sorry, Ben, but I could only laugh when I read that.  Also, because you know you even went to the P2 Lodge of the Vatican to speak with them in person to learn their opinion in person (the extermination of 90% of humankind), and after that they even tried to kill you, showing how evil they are.

But you could not ask me while I was by your side if it were true what your sources told you.  Although I have only known you for a few days, I consider you my friend, as you have only shown me kindness and I think I also I have treated you fairly and justly at all times.  I am one of the honest persons of the planet and I totally hate lies.  And that is why I admire you and you are my favorite newspaper, because you are fighting for the truth.  And I do believe the only reason worth fighting for is love, peace, truth, freedom, and justice that for me are all one and the same.

Having said that I could only laugh when I read it in your article, because I was an atheist until recently almost my whole life, and my concept of God is that all is love and we are all one.  The only religion I always really felt a deep connection with is Buddhism, because they do not believe in gods but the enlightenment of all.  I love meditation because it means the control of your thoughts and therefore your actions and feelings.

My conclusion is:  Don’t you believe is very weird that the conspiracy book I just began to write and I have sent you (that someone broke illegally into my house to erase and the police refused to report when I went to denounce it), which begins with the financial system and groups of power and secret societies, and the only part written of this first chapter is about the Jesuits, not exactly speaking well of them, but quite the contrary?

My book is just notes now.  I wrote the Jesuit part first because in my notebooks of the conspiracy (where I have written all the interesting facts I have found over the years so I don’t forget them), I started investigating them, that’s all.  But don’t you think is very suspicious that they accuse me of being an agent of the Jesuits when the only part written of this chapter is the Jesuits?  I guess someone did not like that fact at all.  Don’t you think?  To accuse me with false accusations.  Although I believe most Jesuits may be really good people—the ones in poor areas living in a humble way with honest and pure hearts helping the most vulnerable—I also do believe that the very top is very corrupt and it is not just me, but popes, heads of state like Napoleon, and Jesuit priests themselves who have believed this throughout many centuries.  And not to forget that it was a Jesuit teacher who founded the Illuminati.

In any case, according to Cobra they have founded ISIS using the name of the Goddess of Love as a perversion to create terror and evil.  And they are at the very top of the chain of command of the planetary psychopaths (as I call them).  I am totally against any war and I am very upset about the war in Syria.  That is one of the many reasons that these people are targeting me.

I was never into any religion, secret society, or cult, although when I first started to investigate the conspiracy I was asked to found a lodge by one of my friends from my teenagers (the former Secretary of the Communist Party in Spain) and I refused.  This is another reason these people are targeting me and after I refused, the harassment started almost five years ago now.  I have nothing against Masons—probably most are really nice people—but I do not have to be persecuted just because I don’t want to be one of them.

About being an MKUltra victim—I was never a mind-controlled slave victim.  We all are, to some extent, as we have all grown up surrounded by this mind-control mental-slave matrix dictatorship.  But they are raping me while I am sleeping and unconscious, maybe drugging me, as I have woken up with needle wounds for many years now (actually since I refused to found the lodge), and I have the recordings to prove it now which I have given you.  And also I am targeted 24/7 with Direct Energy Weapons that have created in me many wounds and scars, and I can prove this with sound recordings (that you can hear during the rapes) and many pictures.

I was never trained as a programmed MKUltra slave and I am totally against it.  I hate what they do to them and I am totally against slavery in any shape or form.  I actually believe someone really free would never enslave any human being or living creature.  Someone really free just wants everybody to be free.  Only a deranged mental-slave psychopath would want to enslave others and turn them into slaves.  And although Cobra said all Lightworkers were taken to bases for programming from 1996 to 2001, I am not brainwashed and they could not stop my awakening.

In any case, I think they are harassing me 24/7 and raping me and doing experiments on me while I am sleeping because I am not a brainwashed person, I am not a sheroot—a zombie—and I am never going to be.  My aim is to be awakened, to love, share, and be honest, generous, kind, and respectful with everybody.  My aim is the liberation of all human beings, the whole universe, and myself.  The only law that should exist in my opinion is just peace and love.

To finish, I would just say something I keep repeating lately.  Ben, the truth is eternal, invincible, and indestructible, but the lie…mmm… the lie “falls by its own weight,” as we say in Spanish.  Being a good person is something you cannot hide, nor being evil either, at least not for a long time.  Like Buddha said, “There are three things that can no longer be hidden.  The sun, the moon… [no matter how many chemtrails they spray] … and

As Winston Shrout said about his false accusations, I do not need to defend myself.  The truth stands on its own, even if no one believes it.  I do not need to defend myself, as I am innocent.  I am completely sure and convinced that truth and justice shall always prevail forever.

“Jesus Christ to marry Asian Goddess” as East-West secret societies agree to save planet

For the first time in history, Eastern and Western secret societies have agreed to work together for the benefit of the planet, secret society sources say.  As one Western secret society source put it, “Jesus Christ is going to get married to Guan Yin [the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy].”

The result is that unlimited funding is going to be made available to fund projects to help the living creatures of this planet, human and otherwise, the sources say.  However, since we are entering historically uncharted waters, it will probably take a few months before the actual work can begin, the sources say.

At present there are several competing plans being presented at the highest levels of world power.  The Vatican and the P2 Freemasons want to make funds available to existing nation-states through selected individuals, P2 sources say.  The Chinese have already started their work through their One Belt One Road program.  The white hats in the Pentagon and the military-industrial complex are promoting their NESARA and GESARA Global Currency Reset ideas.

Enough money is theoretically available for all of these projects to go ahead simultaneously.  However, there is agreement that any release of funds will have to be firmly connected to reality and real-world projects if we are to avoid hyperinflation or asset inflation, as we have under the current system.

The White Dragon Society has also put forward proposals that have been given initial approval by both Eastern and Western secret societies, WDS sources say.  The WDS proposal is as follows:  The creation of at least two competing future planning agencies.  Each would have a governing board of seven people selected from seven regions:  China, East Asia excluding China, Europe including Russia, the Muslim world, India, Africa, and the Americas.  All decisions would be reached by majority vote and vetoes would be limited to individual regions.

Proposed headquarter locations for the Western agency are Winnipeg, Canada, the exact geographical center of North America;  and Buenos Aires, Argentina (the Pope’s home).  For Asia, Nara, Japan, Laos, and Singapore are being proposed.  Negotiations are ongoing and no final decision has been reached.

However, it has been confirmed that over $200 billion in gold-backed funds will be available to start the agency as soon as the appropriate legal documents are prepared, BIS sources say.

While this is all good news, fighting to subdue the remaining Khazarian satanists continues in the U.S., the EU, Israel, and Japan.

This letter from a whistleblower in Mexico claims the outgoing president stole a lot of gold and dollars from the Mexican people.

A rebellion has taken place in this country of ours, an uprising, a new Peasants’ Revolt. A real kick in the kidneys for Britain’s ruling elite.

Before the EU referendum in 2016, the electorate was told firmly what to do. A vote for Remain would be safe and strong, and woe betide the country if you were stupid enough to back Brexit. You know your duty, little ones, said the elite. Sod that, said the people.

In the greatest citadel-storming since the French Revolution, they chose to leave the obtrusive European Union.

But it was not a result that happened by accident. It was born of a weary truculence — a yeoman impatience with those who make up our smug, self-perpetuating, invisible Brahmin caste.

For decades, Britons have been bossed about by a cadre of administrators and managers and pose-striking know-alls.

The old aristocracy having faded, in came a more furtive elite, driven by the desire to own minds, not acres, determined to control opinion and dictate our attitudes.

It was done on the sly, of course. They posed as liberals, and crouched behind ‘enlightened’ attitudes while imposing their views on a populace they claimed to esteem but more truthfully disdained.

 

Politicians, civil servants and lawyers used a language few could understand, while government was farmed out to agencies and quangos and privatised supply companies.

Cheap labour was imported, suppressing workers’ wages, because that was what globalised boss-cats at the international forums said was necessary.

Could we criticise immigration? Only if we wanted to be called racists and fruitcakes. The elite’s media munchkins had placed it on the top shelf, somewhere safe where it could not be touched.
 

At the gates to the Palace of Westminster I bumped into pro-Leave Tory MP Kwasi Kwarteng, a great bear of a man. ‘This is bigger than any general election result,’ he boomed

Against our will, children were exposed to sex education by schools more interested in dogma than declension. Sex crimes rocketed.

Sociologists said murderers must be released into the community. Re-offending rates rose.

Smokers were made to feel like criminals. Criminals were encouraged to sue their victims.

From every side came instruction as to what we must think: about diet, gender, sexuality, race, even the weather, with the TV forecasters telling us to put on sun cream and giving silly names to every incoming squall.

The entire System was at it, badgering us, belittling us, patting us on the head, putting us in our place.

Think this. Don’t think that. Inappropriate! Hate-crime!

From the Chief Medical Officer and her strictures about alcohol limits to railway announcements saying ‘do not become a victim of crime’, they treat us like toddlers.

Even the most docile beach donkey, by nature placid and reliable, if repeatedly kicked, will eventually refuse to co-operate. It will bare its teeth and walk in the other direction, pulling its tethers out of the sand.

So it has proved with the British voters.

Get off our backs, they said. Stop goading us. Stop being such patronising bastards.

The morning we discovered we’d break free from Europe was that unforgettable Friday, June 24, 2016.

Everywhere, celebrity luvvies hyperventilated. Actress Amanda Abbington (she was Dr Watson’s wife in Sherlock on the telly) messaged: ‘Watch the collapse begin. Dark days . . . Where can I move me and my children too (sic)? Where’s nice? Italy? Canada?’ They might have better grammar there, certainly. Keira Knightley was foul-mouthed. ‘Stop others f***ing with your future,’ she bleated in a message to yoof

I was in a pokey hotel bedroom in London’s Bloomsbury and awoke at daybreak as the television relayed the referendum results from around the country.

I’d expected the technocracy was going to win. It always did, didn’t it? The experts had said defeat for Remain was unthinkable. Treasury officials, opinion pollsters and almost the entire diplomatic corps idly presumed Remain would win.

But it hadn’t.

Our dominating elite of parliamentarians, lobbyists, bankers, artists, political theorists, clergy, academics and sterile aesthetes was about to take a massive custard pie smack in the face.

So many well-connected people had scoffed at Brexit. They had belittled anyone who suggested it could occur.

But there it was, happening before our eyes as the BBC’s presenter, David Dimbleby, announced: ‘The British people have spoken and the answer is “we’re out!”.’

The cold print of the referendum ballot papers had merely asked voters if they wanted to stay in the EU. This result was the crystallisation of something bigger.

It was the eruption of a long-building resentment at being bossed around by an opaque snootocracy, by affluent fixers and the People Who Know Best.
 

James Corden, who left Britain to present a TV show in California, transmitted from across the water: ‘I’m so sorry to the youth of Britain. I feel you’ve been let down today. x’

In my hotel room on that Independence Dawn last year, I felt a giddying rush of patriotic pride. The apple-cart had been overturned.

This was not just a public rejection of the EU. It was an act of thrilling dissent. Our arrogant elite, after years of self-enriching condescension, had been whupped.

More than a year on, I still can’t get out of my head how unrelenting the campaign was for Remain to win the popular vote.

For months before the referendum, the System did its best to engineer things in favour of the EU.

Cabinet Brexiteers were silenced. Civil servants were told to hide sensitive EU material from Eurosceptic ministers.

The government machine was used remorselessly to help Remain. We were muck-spreadered with warnings of hideous consequences from Brexit. The Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, was mobilised.

His friend George Osborne was Chancellor and, so far as the two of them could see, Remain was bound to win, and Clever George would become prime minister before the next general election.

Carney, a Canadian but bound to the status quo here by instinct and career, predicted Brexit would cause sterling to collapse, growth to stall and unemployment to rise.

From comedians to bishops (hard to say which of those two groups is funnier), fund managers to charity-sector tsars, Brexit was as pongy as a bad sardine. They did not just oppose it. They recoiled from it.

The reaction was not simply intellectual or even political. It was rooted in taste, aesth- etics, manners.

Let your future son-in-law have tombstone teeth, the clothes sense of Ken Dodd and a string of shoplifting offences to his name, but pray God Almighty he be not a Brexiteer.

We no longer have widowed duchesses who clutch their dewlaps in horror when they hear the word ‘serviette’, but Brexit had the same effect on managerial and technocratic types.

My wife, a sweet and liberal-minded soul, casually mentioned to a princeling of the Church of England that she intended to vote Leave. He gasped: ‘How could you?’ He might have been less aghast had she admitted to witchcraft.
 

From J. K. Rowling came: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever wanted magic more’

Fashionable ‘opinion leaders’ and pliable industrialists were pressed to the Remain cause to build the idea that superior people — good people — were of one accord. They crouched down beside the voters, looked them very gravely in the eye and told the boys and girls that Mummy and Daddy would be really, really sad if Remain did not win the referendum.

Opinion pollsters said Remain would win, and in the last week of the campaign the Cameroons started to strut.

Two days before the referendum, Guardian columnist Polly Toynbee, la-di-dah Leftist and one-time owner of the most perfect villa in Italy, opined that the result was in the bag. The headline over her article read: ‘On Friday I’ll get my country back. Britain will vote Remain’.

But the voters came to a different conclusion. They decided that those prominent Remain supporters were only in it for themselves, chasing either business contracts or honours.

The Leavers were the ones who reclaimed their country. On the morning after the referendum, I headed from my hotel to work in a taxi whose driver was cock-a-hoop at the Leave vote. At the gates to the Palace of Westminster I bumped into pro-Leave Tory MP Kwasi Kwarteng, a great bear of a man. ‘This is bigger than any general election result,’ he boomed. He was right. General elections are elections for Parliament. The referendum was an election against Parliament, in spite of Parliament.

Abraham Lincoln once spoke of ‘government of the people, by the people, for the people’. We had drifted towards ‘government of the people, by the Parliament, for the Parliament and its fleas’.

The Establishment reacted with petulant disbelief.

Keira Knightley was foul-mouthed. ‘Stop others f***ing with your future,’ she bleated in a message to yoof. James Corden, who left Britain to present a TV show in California, transmitted from across the water: ‘I’m so sorry to the youth of Britain. I feel you’ve been let down today. x.’

Emma Thompson, mother, director, writer, actress, intellectual, citizen, was, naturally, appalled by Brexit. She said she felt more European than English and she regarded Ukip’s Nigel Farage as a ‘white nationalist’.

Where that left the many non-white Leave voters and non-white Ukip supporters, it was hard to say.

The Remain camp united atheists and the modern Church of England, with former Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams and arch-atheist Richard Dawkins deploring the result. Science bod Dawkins, who has made a study of natural selection, raged that the voters had been ‘ill-informed’ and ‘ignorant’. Personally, I blame evolution.

Another secularist, A. C. Grayling, wrote to MPs demanding that they reject the will of the people who, said Grayling, had voted on the basis of ‘demagoguery and sentiment’.

Too many voters were merely ‘System One’ thinkers, he argued — i.e. they acted chiefly on impulse and could be ‘captured by slogans’, unlike ‘System Two’ thinkers who made more considered, logical judgments.

Shades here, of the Greek philosopher Plato, who regarded democracy as rule by the rabble and proposed the creation of elite ‘Guardians’ or ‘Philosopher Kings’ who could be selected in youth and trained to rule.

Plato’s thinking is most clearly seen today in the French grandes écoles that train the cadre of Brussels Eurocrats who propose and draft EU treaties.

Tony Blair made a speech calling on people to ‘rise up against’ ... er, themselves, basically.

Time and again it was argued by anti-Brexiteers that Leave voters did not understand the vastness of their decision.

The elite was indignant and fearful — and that only made many Leave voters all the more certain they had made the right decision.

In their appalling condescension, what all these furious anti-Brexiteers ignored were people such as a Derbyshire factory worker called Stuart Carrington and the other 17,410,741 men and women who had voted to Leave.

Stuart had also been on my mind that anxious night as we waited for the referendum result. He was my brother-in-law. (Well, as good as. He and my wife’s sister Nicky were not formally married but they had been together years.)

Fifty-four-year-old Stuart’s health had become a worry in recent months. Out of character, he took time off work. Stuart’s machine, capable of the most intricate measurements, checked parts for aircraft jet engines.

He was proud of his work, just as he was proud of Nicky, her two sons and their flat. But he knew all that was coming to an end.

The doctors initially told him he had a low-threat cancer but they changed their prognosis. That week we were told he was dying.

Yet on referendum day morning, moving with difficulty, he had managed to get himself to his local polling station in the Spital district of Chesterfield, to vote for the last time.

A gaunt figure, he leaned heavily on the stubby pencil while casting his vote. Job done, he carefully dropped his ballot into the box, thanked the officials, winced a little and made slowly for the door.

A keen supporter of Leave — and normally a Labour man, his dad having been a miner — Stuart had been determined to vote and he had bloody well managed it.

I kept thinking of stoical, taciturn Stuart.

Those northern men don’t always say much but by God they make their mark. Stuart was not a showy person. He did not consider himself important, not in the way we normally use that term.

Not back then. Maybe things are a little different now. Maybe, with Brexit, the balance of power has shifted a little.

Maybe, but I wouldn’t bank on it.

As I will show in the rest of this series based on my new book, the patronising bastards are everywhere, lording it over the plebs, putting us in our place, waving their entitlement in our face, telling us what to think and what to do.

And not just over Brexit but on every issue under the sun.

And the biggest ‘bastard’ of them all, at the very top of my list of patricians treating the rest of us with contempt? I’ll reveal his identity on Monday.

The Balfour Declaration [1916] : Time to say sorry. Time we made amends.

In a letter to a local newspaper about Brexit and the way prime minister Theresa May is handling it, I happened to mention in passing the Balfour Declaration, criticising her plans to celebrate the centenary “with pride” and invite Israel’s PM Netanyahu to the fun. This drew a sharp response from someone spouting the usual Israeli propaganda ‘facts’ and saying my attitude harmed the Jewish community worldwide.

The Balfour Declaration is a deadly serious subject. It is a cause of great horror and grief, of justifiable international anger, and a matter for profound regret. This is a right time and proper time for debate. Let’s focus on it for the next few months because justice groups are urging the British Government to mark the Balfour Declaration centenary by saying sorry.

Mrs May could do some real good here. She could, at a stroke, help quell the destructive turmoil in the Middle East and begin repair to Britain’s tattered prestige. She could even open new trade routes into Islamic markets, vitally important as we leave the EU.

By eating a little humble pie and apologising on our behalf for 100 years of agony inflicted on lovely people in a lovely part of the world Mrs May could take a giant step for mankind on the world stage. She has between now and November to do it. Will she?

No, she’ll be celebrating Balfour in style with the Israeli prime minister and not giving a toss about the people Britain wronged.

Which is shocking when a UN report recently branded Israel an apartheid regime. It’s even more regrettable considering the desperate cry for help from the National Coalition of Christian Organizations in Palestine in an open letter to the World Council of Churches and the ecumenical movement, signed by over 30 organisations in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza.

Here’s an extract: “We are still suffering from 100 years of injustice and oppression that were inflicted on the Palestinian people beginning with the unlawful Balfour declaration… followed by the Israeli occupation of the West Bank including East Jerusalem and Gaza and the fragmentation of our people and our land through policies of isolation and confiscation, and the building of Jewish-only settlements and the Apartheid Wall…”

Mrs May needs a jolt.

When I enquired whether the Balfour Declaration is taught in our schools I was told ‘no’. So what exactly is it?

Arthur Balfour, British foreign secretary in 1917, penned a letter to the most senior Jew in England, Lord Rothschild – pledging the Government’s “best endeavours” to facilitate the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people. Balfour also wrote: “We do not propose even to go through the form of consulting the wishes of the present inhabitants of the country.”

It amounted to a betrayal of our Arab allies in WW1. Many in Parliament objected, including Lord Sydenham who remarked: “What we have done, by concessions not to the Jewish people but to a Zionist extreme section, is to start a running sore in the East, and no-one can tell how far that sore will extend.”

At the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 when the Great Powers carved up the territorial spoils of war a Zionist delegation produced Balfour’s promissory note. It planted a powder-keg in the Middle East and the fuse was now lit. Britain accepted the mandate responsibility for Palestine and eventually in 1947 the Great Powers pushed the United Nations into partitioning the territory, again without consulting those who lived there.

So what made Balfour do it? The more you delve, the more incredible the answers to those unaware of the growing influence of worldwide Zionism. Support for the movement and its ambition to create a New Israel was quite fashionable in the corridors of power around the time of WW1. The story I find compelling is that, while Britain struggled desperately against German U-boat successes and ammunition shortages, the Zionist power-brokers of Germany and Eastern Europe consulted with their opposite numbers in America and decided, given their grip on money and media, they could bring the US into the war against Germany and its Ottoman ally if Britain were to promise them Palestine for a Jewish homeland afterwards.

Balfour was a Zionist convert (as were many others including prime minister David Lloyd-George) and in the right position. The proposition was put to Britain in 1916. The Zionists delivered. The US entered the war. In the meantime immigrant Polish-Zionist chemist Chaim Weizmann offered a solution to the production of enough acetone, a critical ingredient in cordite for artillery shells, to satisfy the war effort. He demanded the same promise. Balfour handed them their ‘receipt’ in November 1917 even though Palestine was not, and never could be, Britain’s to give away.

‘Name of the game: erasing Palestine’

Balfour had inserted into his ‘declaration’ that “nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing and non-Jewish communities….” on the insistence of the only Jew in the British Cabinet, Lord Montague, who was anti-Zionist and opposed the deal. But this safeguard was jettisoned as soon as Britain lost control of events.

Not content with the territory allocated to them under the UN Partition Plan the Israelis declared statehood ignoring all boundaries. Their ‘Plan Dalet’ offensive, begun beforehand, had seized much Arab-designated land at gunpoint.  Jewish militia – the Irgun, Haganah, Palmach and Lehi – raided towns and villages forcing inhabitants to flee. Numerous attrocities were committed including the bombing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem (headquarters of the British administration) in 1946 murdering 91, and the massacres at Deir Yassin and Lydda in 1948.

Today Israel illegally occupies the West Bank and East Jerusalem, including the Old City, and has Gaza in a stranglehold so pitiless as to have caused a long-term humanitarian crisis and irreparable environmental damage. For nearly 70 years millions of dispossessed Palestinians and their families have languished in refugee camps, and those who remain in their homeland – Christian and Muslim alike – live a miserable life under brutal military occupation.

The situation stands as a monumental stain on the flag of the United Nations, which hasn’t the backbone to take action. And the continuing repercussions throughout the Holy Land should concern all true Christians and Muslims especially regular churchgoers like Mrs May.

Miko Peled, the son of an Israeli general and a former soldier in the Israeli army – and now an important figure in the struggle for justice – confirms what many have been saying for years: “The name of the game: erasing Palestine, getting rid of the people and de-Arabizing the country… By 1993 the Israelis had achieved their mission to make the conquest of the West Bank irreversible…. That is when Israel said, OK, we’ll begin negotiations…”

My critic in the local newspaper called Hamas terrorists. Peled describes the Israeli army, in which he served, as “one of the best trained and best equipped and best fed terrorist organisations in the world.” Take your pick. But Hamas’ political wing is not proscribed as a terrorist organisation in the UK.

The accusation that criticising the Israeli regime harms Jewish communities is unacceptable. There are many admirable Jewish groups vehemently campaigning against Israel’s crimes. One-time Israeli Military Intelligence chief Yehoshafat Harkabi warned that Jews throughout the world would pay the price of Israel’s misconduct. So the problem appears to be ‘family’ matter between Jews everywhere.

[Well we are sure the majority of the population must feel the same way.  NO SUBSTANCE!-NO CONSERVATIVE and certainly NO STATESMAN but PR THROUGH AND THROUGH, and apart from a few politicians deserving such a term over the past 100 years the pick since the Second World War brings us but a few which are too obvious for us to note . We have to look to the Victorian Age to compare how so much that is now wrong with our society:

Conservative Friends of Israel

Conservative Friends of Israel, abbreviated to CFI, is a British parliamentary group affiliated to the Conservative Party, which is dedicated to strengthening business, cultural and political ties between the United Kingdom and Israel. CFI is an unincorporated association. It also seeks to strengthen ties between the British Conservative Party and the Israeli Likud party.

It was founded in 1974 by Conservative MP for Bury and Radcliffe, Michael Fidler. It is currently chaired by Stuart Polak. The Parliamentary Chairman is James Arbuthnot, the Parliamentary President is Baroness Shephard of Northwold. The Vice Chairmen are John Butterfill and James Clappison, the Secretary is David Amess, the Officers are Alistair Burt, Lee Scott, and Theresa Villiers, and the Chairman of CFI Europe is Timothy Kirkhope.

In 1995 Conservative politician Robert Rhodes James called it "the largest organisation in Western Europe dedicated to the cause of the people of Israel".[1]

By 2009, according to the Channel 4 documentary Dispatches – Inside Britain's Israel Lobby, around 80% of Conservative MPs were members of the CFI.[2] In 2013, Peter Oborne, the Daily Telegraph's chief political commentator called CFI “by far Britain’s most powerful pro-Israel lobbying group”. The same is true of AIPAC in the US.”[3]

 

 

Activities[edit]

The group's 2005 strategy identified the following areas of activity: supporting Israel, promoting the British Conservative Party, fighting terrorism, combating anti-semitism, and promoting peace in the Middle East.[4] According to their website, "over two thirds" of Conservative MPs were members of Conservative Friends of Israel in 2006.[5] In 2007 the Political Director stated it had over 2000 members and registered supporters.[6] In 2009, at least half of the shadow cabinet were members of the group according to a Dispatches documentary.[7]

Their website states the opinion that it is one of the fastest growing political lobby groups in the UK.[8] According to the Dispatches documentary, between 2006 and 2009 the CFI funded more than 30 Conservative parliamentary candidates to visit Israel.[7]

In 2012 CFI reconstituted itself as a private company limited by guarantee.[9]

CFI annual business lunch[edit]

David Cameron, then newly elected leader of the Conservative Party, addressed the CFI annual business lunch on 30 January 2006, whose audience included half of the Conservative Parliamentary Party. As part of his speech, he stated "I am proud not just to be a Conservative, but a Conservative friend of Israel; and I am proud of the key role CFI plays within our Party. Israel is a democracy, a strong and proud democracy, in a region that is, we hope, making its first steps in that direction."[10]

Former Conservative party leaders Iain Duncan Smith[11] and Michael Howard[12] have addressed the CFI lunch.

The British Pakistani MP Sajid Javid has also made business lunch speeches which have been positively received by the CFI, the Jewish Chronicle even reporting Javid as a future Prime Minister.[13]

Donations[edit]

The Dispatches documentary claimed members of the group and their companies have donated over £10 million to the Conservative party between 2001 and 2009. The group called this figure "deeply flawed" saying that they have only donated £30,000 between 2004 and 2009 but that members of the group have undoubtedly made their own donations to the party. Dispatches described the CFI as "beyond doubt the most well-connected and probably the best funded of all Westminster lobbying groups".[2][7]

An

An obsession with diversity should NEVER trump a child's right to a happy foster home

The social services industry prides itself on its cultural sensitivity, especially when it comes to fostering and adoption.

Respect for background and identity is meant to be central to the process of finding a home for a vulnerable child.

But that ideal has utterly broken down in the case that emerged yesterday, in which it was reported that a five-year-old girl from a white Christian family was placed by Tower Hamlets council in London in two successive Muslim households.

Much to the child’s distress — as logged in confidential local authority reports seen by The Times — neither family seems to have shown much respect or understanding for her upbringing or faith.

One supervisor is reported to have described her sobbing as she begged not to go back to the carer’s home because

‘they don’t speak English’.

A necklace with a crucifix was apparently taken from her and she was told to learn Arabic. She was also told that ‘Christmas and Easter are stupid’ and ‘European women are stupid and alcoholic’. 

When, on a visit to her birth mother, she was given her favourite dish of spaghetti carbonara to take back to her foster home, she was banned from eating it because it contained bacon.

Compounding what must have been this child’s sense of alienation, her first carer, with whom she spent four months, is said to have worn the niqab — a face veil — when outside the family home.

In the second and current placement, her carer wore the all-enveloping burka and fully concealed her face in public.

(In my view, this is a garment that should have no place in British society. Both the burka and niqab should be banned, as they have been in France, Belgium and elsewhere.)

It is absolutely right that MPs demand an inquiry into this appalling example of forced cultural convergence.

Social services bosses love to prattle about human rights, but the treatment of this little girl represents a denial of her most basic rights.

If the reports are correct, she has been plunged into an unfamiliar environment of language, creed and dress code, where her carers make plain they have little time for her family or heritage.

To a young child, of course, such words mean little — but we can imagine her confusion and anxiety at the apparent hostility towards her background, the dismissive description of its women and its ancient festivals.

And let’s not forget that she is likely to have been traumatised already by difficult family circumstances.

This is yet another case in which the dogma of liberal political correctness appears to have triumphed over common sense. How else could one even begin to rationalise placing this child in strict Muslim households?

Here is what should happen now. The girl should be removed immediately from her current foster parents to a more appropriate placement. Then the social workers and their line managers who made this insensitive decision should be named, shamed and dismissed.

 There are few things more enjoyable than when a Leftie admits, or pretends to admit, he was wrong.

 We saw it a year ago when Trevor Phillips, commissioner-in-chief of the Commission for racial Equality, said that

MULTICULTURLISM

 -had not been a huge success, and that those from other cultures who came here were better off learning to be British.

 

[‘When in Rome do as the Romans do’ so those fortunate to find a home in England need to concentrate on English culture and those who go West or North of the border will soon get to know how to integrate with the local scene.

We have a Queen of England -We have a Church of England- just about so long as the Man of many Faiths does not get his way. We have English Law -just about, and so many things of English origin and practice that we would be repeating ourselves to declare an interest.

It is a sort of thing that allows a socialist such as Mr Brown to fake some point of contact with conservative-minded patriots.

 It is also his way of trying to hide the fact that his own party’s policies have split up the United Kingdom and made his position, as a Scot sitting for a Scottish seat who wants to be Prime Minister mostly of

Not all the Left has, however twigged that

Someone of whom I hoped we had heard the last, the former

Archbishop of Canterbury-Lord Carey

-made a predictable intervention in this debate from beyond the grave last weekend.

 

He proclaimed that the Coronation of our next monarch must be an “interfaith” event. The ceremony must, he added, “have “very significant changes”, so that it is “inclusive” of other religions in Britain.

 

Lord Carey clearly has in mind what Private Eye would term a “Rocky Horror” coronation service. Never mind your archbishops, or even your Christians, your imams, your rabbis, ayatollahs, your assorted holy men and other diverse priests, layers -on-hands and speakers-in-tongues: in accordance with the professions of religious belief on the 2001 census forms, I expect to see a few Jedi knights in the sanctuary, while devotees of Ras Tafari smoke ganja at the high altar. And, as one of the realm’s noisiest atheists, I hope for a part in the proceedings, too, that I might feel “included”.

 

Having long regarded the Church of England as many people regard EastEnders, I have steeled myself not to intrude in its private grief, but to lament the largely self-inflicted decline of this great institution. Though it has, to my great spiritual regret, nothing to offer me personally, I can appreciate not merely the potential it has to succour and strengthen millions of believers, but also its role in

OUR CONSTITUTION

OUR NATION

 

At the heart of this remains the great legacy of the

 

REFORMATION

  -that the

Monarch

 

is Supreme Governor

of the

Church of England.

-which is the Established Church of this Realm.

 

As the 37th of the 39 Articles (“on the Civil Magistrates”) puts it,

 

“the Bishop of Rome hath no jurisdiction in this

Realm of England.

 

Quite right: and were we to update that Article as we fetishistically seek to update everything else, we might also add that no mullahs, rabbi, Jedi or Rastafarian has any jurisdiction here.

 

However, intrude into the Church’s grief we now must: for Lord Carey’s successor on the throne of St Augustine, Dr Rowan Williams, who in many regards seems even more to inhabit the wilder shores of the theology than Lord Carey, is having none of this nonsense.

 

He has picked up on the threat issued by our probable next monarch, the Prince of Wales, in 1994 about how (in that very “ last century” spirit) the Prince wanted to be

 

“Defender of Faiths”

 

Some of us boring old pedants saw the stupidity of this at the time. It is not in a King’s job description to defend “faiths”, and cannot be unless the whole constitutional arrangement that binds Church and State is unravelled.

 

More to the point, the notion of defending “faiths” imposes the King on secular legal matters -for the practising of faiths other than that of the Established Church is defended in fact by various Acts of Parliament- in which he has no place.

 

Although one has never been entirely sure that the Prince of Wales has fully grasped this point, he is NOT a politician; and few things these days are more political than the right to profess assorted faiths that NOT traditional to this country.

 

Dr Williams said of the Prince in 2003 that “Unless something really radical happens with the Constitution, he is, like it or not,

 

Defender of the Faith

 

-and he has a relationship with the Christian Church of a kind that he does not have with other communities”.

 

THAT IS SELF-EVIDENTLY THE CASE.

 

Of course, were our Queen to emulate her late mother (and I fervently hope she does) there will be no Coronation for another 20 or so years.

 

Perhaps the needless vandalism of

 

OUR CONSTITUTION

 

-will have been completed by then.

 

Perhaps there will be a different heir to the throne [Prince William]. Perhaps the moon will be made of green cheese. Until such times as these things happen, Dr William’s view must prevail, and his predecessor would be best advised to keep his bizarre views to himself.

 

For the Coronation Service, religious though it be, is about more than religion.

 

When the time comes, only a relatively small section of our people (and by no means just Christians, let alone Anglicans) would savour the religious significance of the EVENT.

 

For the rest of us, the symbolism will transcend the religious. Some will see the CONSTITUTIONAL point, and realise how the traditional form of words and practices provides us with a Monarch who will carry on business as usual.

 

For most of those watching the their plasma screens, however, the day will be about a sense of familiar NATIONAL IDENTITY

-embodied, however much or little they realise it, in the person of the

NEW SOVEREIGN.

 

Now, Lord Carey might argue that altering the service to “include” Shias, Sunnis, Hindus, Zoroastrians and Jehovah’s Witnesses would not altar that symbolism:

 

But he would be WRONG!

 

It is not only that too many of our people have seen newsreels of the last Coronation 53 years ago, and therefore have a fixed cultural idea of what it is supposed to be. It is about the NEW MONARCH, and the CEREMONY of CORONATION of which he is the heart, fitting in with what his people understand, implicitly or explicitly, about THEMSELVES, and the NATION of which they are A PART.

 

It is Trevor Philip’s point writ large: -it is about a country being given its cultural stability partly by

HISTORY and TRADITION

-and about people buying into that when they choose to become A PART of the COUNTRY.

 

That is what inclusiveness means: It is how countries as diverse as France and America both do things. It is about having a template of Frenchness or American-ness, and welcoming people into that civilisation and THOSE humane values by asking them to participate in them. We still, despite the attempts of such VANDALS as LORD CAREY, have a core CULTURE in this COUNTRY.

 

Christianity and the expectation that Christianity will, for historic reasons prevail and be accepted as prevalent, are central to that CULTURE. And a few events in the nation’s life symbolise such an understanding more than the traditional coronation service.

 

The next CORONATION will be a formal renewal of

OUR WAY OF LIFE

And

OUR VALUES.

 

It will formally recognise not only the legitimacy of the MONARCH in the eyes of GOD and the BRITISH constitution, but also of the identification of the vast majority of his subjects with the process of doing so. For that reason above all others it must be clear, comprehensible and in keeping with public expectations of such an event.

 

WE ARE NOT A MULTICUTURAL SOCIETY

 

WE ARE A MONOCULTURAL ONE -TOLERANT OF OTHER CULTURES.

 

AND WHOSE CLEAR IDENTITY IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE PEOPLE - IF NOT BY THEIR LEADERS.

 

WE ARE AN OLD COUNTRY WITH A STRONG SENSE OF CONTINUITY.

 

AND ANYONE WHO TRIFLES WITH SUCH MANIFESTATIONS OF OUR ANTIQUITY AND STABILITY DOES SO AT HIS PERIL.

Before we commence with extracts from the above we need to investigate the term British and what it meant in 1908 and the confusion that has arisen since the devolution has occurred in Scotland in their Scottish Parliament and the Assembly in Wales.

 

To assist us in this regard we have the brilliant Constitutional History of England (1908) by the learned Professor F.W Maitland an authority of world renown.

Nationality and Domicile

 

In speaking of king and parliament we are no longer speaking of what in strictness of language are merely English institutions; the parliament represents the United Kingdom, and king and parliament have supreme legislative power over territories which lie in every quarter of the globe.

 

Of this parliament we must speak.

 

Below it there are many institutions, some of which are specifically Scottish, Irish, Canadian, Australian, Indian; for example the judicial systems of England, Ireland and Scotland are distinct from each other, though at the supreme point they unite in the House of Lords.

 

It is of great importance to distinguish those institutions which like the kingship and the parliament are (we can hardly avoid the term) imperial institutions, from those which like the

HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE

-are specifically English, and I strongly advise you not to use the words England and English when you mean what is larger than England and more than English.

 

When we have dealt with the institutions, which have power over all the British dominions, we shall, being Englishmen in an English university, deal with some purely English institutions the High Court of Justice, not with the Scottish Court of Sessions -but let us keep this distinction firmly in our minds; if we are Englishmen, we are subjects of a sovereign whose power extends over millions and millions of men who are not English. [1908]

 

Let me illustrate this by a further remark. There are two conceptions, which are of great importance to students of international law:

 

-the one nationality, the other domicile.

 

Now there is no such thing as English nationality, and there is no such thing as British domicile. [1908]

The Englishman, the Scot, the Irishman, the Canadian, and the Australian -all of these have a nationality in common. [1908]

 

If there be a war between the United Kingdom and a foreign power, say France, all of them are enemies of the French, any of them who side with the French are traitors. [1908]

 

But there is no such thing as British domicile -

Because there is no one system of private law common to all the British dominions; a man is domiciled in England or Scotland or New Zealand, and to a very large extent the law under which he lives varies with his place of domicile.

 

If I abandon my English domicile, and become domiciled in Scotland, this will have important legal results for me, but my nationality remains what it was. So by England let us mean England, a land, which consists of fifty-two counties [1908]

-to show the destruction of the British Constitution over the past 75 years and particularly in the last nine years under Blairdom has shown that the title of British has led to much confusion as the foundation of that concept has now been undermined with the Englishman having to pretend that there is in fact a British Constitution when we have a Scottish Parliament and an Assembly in Wales no doubt in time to be a parliament.

 

The term BRITISH should ONLY be used when it concerns ALL the nation States within our island home -such as with Defence as virtually all other matters have been handed over to the other national bodies in Scotland and Wales.

 

Let us hear no more about Britishness but more about Englishness-Scottishness and Welshness because that is the situation we find ourselves in 2006.

To return to Britishness in our shared island there needs to be a return of an

English Parliament.

Only then will the term British regain its true meaning.

RIGHTS are INVADED.

The main security which our institutions afford, and that which will always render a recourse to the

RIGHT of RESISTANCE

 

-less needful, must ever consist in the pure constitution of Parliament-the extended basis of our popular representation. This is the great improvement, which it had received since the REVOLUTION…

 

In 1831 and 1832 the Parliamentary constitution was placed upon a wider and more secure basis; and although much yet remains to be accomplished before we can justly affirm that all classes are duly represented in Parliament, assuredly we are no longer exposed to the same risks of seeing LIBERTIES destroyed, and the same hazard of having to protect ourselves by resistance; nor can any one now deny that the democratic principle enters largely into the frame of our MIXED MONARCHY

 

This great change is much more than sufficient to counterbalance all the increase of influence that as been acquired by the CROWN since the REVOLUTION, including the vexations which unavoidably attend the administration of our fiscal laws for the collection and protection of a vast revenue, and the creation of a numerous and important body. Always averse to struggle under the worst oppressions, and always the sure ally of power- I mean the vast and wealthy body of public creditors, whose security is bound up with the existing order of things.

 

The great virtue of the

 

CONSTITUTION of ENGLAND

 

-is the purity in which it recognises and establishes the fundamental principle of all mixed governments; that the supreme power of the STATE being invested in SEVERAL BODIES, the consent of each is required to the performance of any legislative act; and that no change can be made in the laws, nor any addition to them nor any act done affecting their lives, liberties, or property of the people, without the full and deliberate assent of each of the ruling powers.

 

The ruling powers are three:

-and of entering into treaties with foreign states, operations, by which the welfare of the subject may be most materially affected, it is equally true that NO WAR can possibly be continued without the support of both Houses of Parliament; and that no peace concluded, or treaty made, can be binding, so as to affect any interests of the people, without subsequent approval in PARLIAMENT.

But it is assuredly a truth to which all History bears testimony, that the chief advantage of free institutions is there enabling men to obtain wise and an honest administration of their affairs; that the frame of Government approaches to perfection in proportion as it helps those that live under it to watch the conduct of their rulers, aiding them when right, checking them when wrong; and, above all, that no

 

CONSTITUTION

 

-however excellent, can supersede the necessity or dispense with the duty of constant vigilance.

THERESA May delighted Eurosceptics yesterday with an ambitious road map for BREXIT. The PM extended the hand of friendship to the EU but threatened to walk away if BRUSSELS tried to impose a punitive deal. Jack DOYLE sets out her 12 objectives and analyses her chances of success.

1. CERTAINTY

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will provide certainty where we can. The same rules and laws will apply on the day after BREXIT, as they did before. And the Government will put the final deal to a vote in both houses of Parliament.

CAN SHE DELIVER

By keeping in place-at least initially-all EU laws, Mrs May will provide a degree of continuity and confidence for business. However, as she freely admits she cannot control the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament is highly likely to approve any deal because the alternative will be a chaotic BREXIT.

YESTERDAY  was a HISTORIC DAY for OUR COUNTRY. BY a RESOUNDING MAJORITY of 384, the COMMONS swept away [our  past 45 years of tutelage within an undemocratic-unaccountable-unbearable-corrupt-expensive- strait-jacket Europe.]

 

THIS was a historic day for our country. At 7.30pm yesterday by a resounding majority of 384, the Commons swept away the last serious obstacle to freeing Britain from the chains that have bound us to an unelected, unaccountable Brussels for 45 YEARS.

True, we can still expect dirty tricks from the 114 who, to their shame, voted  against implementing the

PEOPLE'S WILL.

Of these , this newspaper will not waste ink on cursing SNP members, whose fantasies of SCOTLAND as an independent EU nation state gave them a spurious excuse for defying the UK majority.

AS for the rest, no criticism is too harsh for those Labour MPs who represent solidly Brexiteer constituencies, but voted to

REMAIN.

They deserve everything coming to them at the next election.

So, too, do the creeps who in 2015 backed the call for a binding referendum, but voted last night against implementing its result.

Among these, none can beat the monstrous hypocrisy of

Faced with the possible imposition (illegally) of a E. U. Constitution this  article contemplating our own U.K. Constitution (English Constitution), is especially topical.

Constitutional Principles of Power and Remedy.

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect to the people. The Constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide remedy if abused.

The whole constitution originates its authority from

COMMON LAW

Supremacy resides in the

LAW and PEOPLE

NOT THE

CROWN or PARLIAMENT.

It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that,

THE LAW IS SUPREME

The rule of law is the antithesis of arbitrary power. Integral with this, is the system of jury trial. It places the power of law enforcement in the

HANDS of the PEOPLE.

This the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.

The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the

"RIGHTS and LIBERTIES

 of ENGLISHMEN".

These are the 'BIRTHRIGHT' of the PEOPLE'

[In 2016 one can see how successive governments have by gradualism watered down these rights with even attempts to replace jury trial by trial by judge only on the grounds of speed and saving resources. The people in the main have been, amiss in not being vigilant to the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION. In just a few weeks on the 23 June,2016 they have a choice whether to vote to leave the EU and regain THEIR LAW-THEIR CONSTITUTION-THEIR FREE COUNTRY. or REMAIN in an ALIEN COLLECTIVIST AND CORRUPT UNDEMOCRATIC EU with NO PROTECTION of MAGNA CARTA of 1215 and BILL OF RIGHTS of 1688 and NO ENGLISHMAN'S ' RIGHTS and LIBERTIES' to be passed on to FUTURE GENERATIONS.]

The fundamental rights and liberties are listed in the preamble of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688 which declares that  the oath is taken for the purpose of

" Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a contract with the people which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.

This contracts the Monarch to govern only according to the STATUTE, COMMON LAW, and the CUSTOM and to 'CAUSE LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all JUDGEMENTS'.

All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.

The two Houses of Parliament may upon their concurrence offer bills for ROYAL ASSENT.

A BILL is not ENACTED until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

Whilst the enacting power (a royal prerogative) of Royal Assent is entirely vested with the monarch it is contracted ONLY TO BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a limitation and essential safeguard to protect the people from any over mighty governance  [such as Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's NEW LABOUR and since DAVE'S PARTY]

 It was used  to defeat the Divine Right of Kings; a claim of absolute power by the Stuart monarchs.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, not the supremacy of CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.

There is certainly no Divine Right of Politicians.

The Coronation contract is of the Crown owing allegiance to the Constitution. The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.

Here is a system of mutual protection for there is a constitutional interdependence.

The MAGNA CARTA

made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.

THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY...

That which constitutionally binds the Monarch is a restriction upon Her Majesty, Her Government and all Parliamentary power.  The Monarch may do no wrong, but should she refuse by her negative power( the right to withhold assent) to

'LET WRONG BE DONE.'

[Millions of patriots have been waiting over four decades for:-

'Right to be Done!']

Sir William Blackstone confirms this. Whilst the monarch accepts the advice of ministers, they must only advise to do that which COMPLIES with the CONSTITUTION.  Plainly NO MONARCH is FREE to ASSENT to ADVICE that CONFLICTS with the CONSTITUTION in FORCE.

There is no authority in Parliament to pass any power of governance in England to those who hold or owe no allegiance. [such as the EU]

 There is no constitutional authority for Parliament to deliberately breach the constitutional laws by new   conflicting enactment.

 There is a natural duty resulting from the logic of our constitutional law to debate and resolve conflicts, if necessary by prior repeal.

 We must put an end to this form of 'legal' abuse, particularly through the misapplication of party politics.

 Most but not all of our constitution is written:- the Magna Carta, the Petition of Rights, the Declaration of Rights, the Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement and the Acts of Union etc. It has evolved over centuries with the expenditure of much blood. It has been abused and corrected many times. It was finally settled by the Glorious Revolution of 1688/9.

The Judicial function is to be the independent arbiter between party and party or party and government under the terms of our constitutional law.  The courts are bound to declare upon the constitutionality of an Act where it may prove to be an action of unconstitutional governance. The great examples of the Magna Carta, the Petition 1628, the Declaration & the Bill of Rights 1688/9 make this duty of the court utterly plain.

Judgement may only be given in accordance with the constraints of constitutional laws in force.  At all times the presumption of law and justice in mercy be upheld and used  in all judgements. This is the trust sand the pre-eminent public policy reposed in the judiciary.

The right of petition to the Monarch is an appeal direct to the source of power, the Monarch is under OATH and at LAW, bound to provide REMEDY. Where there are RIGHTS there are REMEDIES. Politicians and Parliament must abide by the terms of reference and DUTY to the CONSTITUTION.

A fixed and certain standard with protection and remedy are the true purpose of the Constitution.

WE MUST RECLAIM OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW FROM THE SUPPOSED DIVINE RIGHT OF OUR POLITICIANS.

Illuminati

The story starts about 45,000 years ago. There was a planet in an orbit closer to the sun than Jupiter. Many call this planet Maldek, Mars was it’s largest moon. The Reptilian people that lived there were very violent and negative. They went to war with the people that lived on Mars. They were greater in number, but the Martians had better technology. These people refused to quit attacking the peaceful Martians. So the Martians devised a plan to seriously damage Maldek, making it impossible for these people to stay there and get the war over. The weapon they used, turned out to be to strong and blew up Maldek, scattering pieces all over our solar system, making the asteroid belt, new moons for some of the outer planets and comets in the far reaches of our solar system.

About 8,000 of these Reptilian people were in large space ships and survived. So they decided to go live in our moon and kick out the few Draconians that lived there. The Reptilians (Draconians) soon returned in force. So they had to leave in a hurry, while their ships were being blasted and crash landed in Antarctica, which at that time was in a tropical area. Now they soon no longer had space flight, because of the Draconian continued attacks. They had trouble living on Earth as their bodies didn’t agree with Earth’s elements. Humanity had just came out of cataclysms caused by Maldek blowing up, so they were few in number and lost their technology and now were sort of primitive.

These people captured some Humans and using genetics made hybrids of themselves, so they could live on Earth. They made 2 kinds of hybrids, one kind was very similar to and could mate with Humanity. The other kind was different and had elongated heads and became the ruling class and could not mate with Humanity. There are still some of these left, although they stay secret. Within 2,000 years the brown dwarf star, came through our solar system as it does every 3,557 years. Earth was hit hard and had a devastating pole shift, making the south pole in about the center of Antarctica as it is today.

Most all of the people on Earth died as there was a flash freeze in the new polar areas, killing a lot of animals too. So the Reptilian-Mammal hybrid people that were similar to Humanity lived with and bred with Humanity. When one of their females had children, the children would get one of their souls, regardless of who the father is. These people, the Illuminati today can tell each other apart from Humanity, but Humanity can’t seem to tell that they have different souls. They arranged to put each other into positions of power, like kings and queens and still hold these positions today. Although with the invention of the internet and spreading of knowledge, they are starting to lose control.

With them in power, we have war, central banks, shortages and other forms of suffering. Because of them we live in a negative world. In 2021 our 3rd cycle will finish and positive soul groups get to move up to the 2nd realm, 5th dimension (4th density). We are in the 1st realm, 4th dimension (3rd density) now. So we must get the Illuminati out of power and turn positive, to move up to 4th density. A soul can either go through 1 cycle of 3rd or 4th density (or some of both) and make ascension to 5th density (12th dimension on Earth). If we get in 4th density life improves, our bodies will be a little better and matter a little different, the biggest change is another component of time. Many of us will gain some telepathy and see a wider range of the spectrum and other improvements.

Did you know there is a worldwide semi-secret war against white people. It started in 1923, in every country that has mostly white people, or used to have mostly white people, they are immigrating people from other races as fast as they can get away with it. They are encouraging whites to marry someone from a different race. They are also lowering the financial conditions so that the whites that do marry and used to do well, don’t want to have children or not many, because of financial conditions.
 

The white people on Earth came from Mars and were quickly genetically changed by the 8th Density about 66,000 years ago so they can mate with any Human and Earth would have one people. This was done so we would all get along better and one race wouldn’t become dominant wipe out the other races that moved here. The black Africans started here and so far 5 other races immigrated here and the whites were 2nd last, the Oriental Asians were last about 63,000 years ago and the 8th Density treated them the same, it wasn’t the Andromeda Council, like I was told last week.
 

White people are unique, we are the only ones who commonly have different eye and hair color and on average are less evil and more spiritual than the other races, except about the same as the Oriental Asians, but this has a little bit to do with the living conditions the last 300 years, all races have good & bad people. It is commonly said in the main stream media that the whites are an evil race and want to go to war with everyone, after all they pretty much wiped out the natives in North and South America and then brought slaves here.
Well this isn’t quite right, Columbus, Cortez and Pizarro were all Illuminati and didn’t have Human souls, they had the Reptilian lower soul, with little empathy for others.

The slaves were bought here on Jewish ships, most of the Jewish ship owners were Illuminati also. There were also white slaves (mostly Irish) and about 7,000 black slave owners in the USA. Less than 1 in 1,000 white people owned slaves and were constantly programmed that blacks were inferior from authorities, so the non slave owning whites would accept it.

The non slave owning Whites hated slavery, because they were forced by law to help capture run away slaves with no compensation and it was extremely hard to get a high paying job, with slaves doing a lot of work for free.

All the wars are started by and run by the Illuminati and Elite Jews. To many Whites are brainwashed to go along with the program, by the main stream media Which is all owned by the Jews or Illuminati.
 

Are you getting the picture, stop reading for a few seconds and see if you can figure it out. If there is no spiritual revolution, the brown dwarf star doesn’t come near the sun and damage Earth and the Illuminati and Elite Jews win, everyone else will become a worker/slaves. Whites won’t be allowed to marry or if they do they won’t be allowed to have children or if they do the paedophiles will take them. The only whites will be Illuminati or Jews and they will be in the ruling class, unelected and can’t be taken out of power.

 If you don’t want this future wake people up and help the spiritual revolution happen, become more spiritual. I think it’s going to happen and it’s called the Golden Age, it’s a wake up and win situation, but I think we’re going to get some wake up help. Even if your not White don’t accept that Whites should be wiped out, I certainly wouldn’t accept that Blacks should be wiped out or any other race. The only people I would accept being wiped out is the super evil ones. There will be a delightful place for everyone of every race in the Golden Age.

People are bored with mistakes,

NOT BREXIT

They have been called Bobs-"Bored of Brexit". Leaving aside the poor grammar, they are a group that Theresa May seeks to recruit to push her EU deal through the Commons. She has appealed to these Bobs, who are apparently fed up with the constant political arguments over Brexit and just want it over and done with. She wants them to put pressure on their MPs to vote for the

WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT

when it comes before the House next month.

 To say the least, the Prime Minister has her work cut out. During another marathon session in the Commons yesterday when she reported back on the outcome of the talks on Sunday, an hour had passed before a single MP from either side of the Chamber backed her.

Over the next two weeks, leading to the crucial vote, Mrs May is planning to tour the country to

SELL HER HER DEAL TO THE COUNTRY

to sell her deal to the public over the heads of MPs.

"The overwhelming view is just get on with it," she said

BUT WHY IS THAT?

If people are bored with what is a crucial matter for the country's future, it is because Brexit has become an enervating, pettifogging, procedural mess largely as  a result of the way the Prime Minister has conducted the  issue from the moment she lost her majority in last year's election.

She has rarely shown any belief in the concept of

BREXIT

-unsurprisingly, perhaps,, since she campaigned for

REMAIN.

As a consequence, the whole process has been handled like an embarrassment to get it out of the way, rather than an opportunity to move forward optimistically as a

INDEPENDENT NATION

Instead of being a springboard to a better place, it has turned into a technocratic

NIGHTMARE.

The language of backstops, Norway 2, Canada-plus, meaningful votes, hard borders and the rest is guaranteed to

PUT PEOPLE OFF

and leave them bemused?

IN the Commons yesterday, Mrs May did say she believed the UK could be better off outside the EU.

"Our future is in our hands,"

she added.

But why has she left it so late to extol the advantages of

LEAVING

while failing to prepare for doing so

WITHOUT A DEAL IF NECESSARY?

She insists that unless her deal is accepted the UK will crash out or stay in the EU. Yet judging by yesterday's exchanges, it will not get through. As is apparent from the postbag received by our

Could England Survive Outside The EU?  -YES!

Could England survive outside the EU? Yes. Very well, thank you.

 There has for years now been a cynical and ruthless propaganda campaign to persuade us that England has no future outside Europe. This is nonsense. For example, take Switzerland. They ignored the encouragement of their government and voted against joining the EU. But they had negotiated for themselves an excellent trade agreement – thereby putting a lie to the utterly false claim that no European country can possibly survive unless it becomes part of the EU.

 

The europhiles constantly argue that England would be ruined if she left Europe. 

 

Oh, what porkies these people do tell.

 

As the Economist said recently:’…the idea that leaving the (the EU) would be ‘economic suicide’ is nonsense.’

 

Examine what would happen if England pulled up the Tunnel and stopped paying subs to the big EU in Brussels:

 

1.  The EU would impose its external tariff on English exports to Europe. This would make little difference to English companies- most of whose exports go outside Europe anyway.

The world Trade Organisation restricts the EU to an external tariff of around six % so the effect would , in any case, be quite small. (England would almost certainly be able to negotiate for itself a smaller tariff- in the way that Switzerland has. This would drive down the cost of leaving the EU still further.)

 

2.   If outside the EU, England would, inevitably, be outside the euro. There would be an exchange rate between the pound and the euro. In the long run this could well be to England’s advantage.

 

3.  The external tariff on England’s imports from outside the EU would disappear. England would probably gain from this than it would lose from the imposition of a tariff on exports to Europe.

 

4.  An England outside the EU would be able to make special trading deals with other countries- such as those in the Commonwealth. This could be hugely advantageous.

 

5. Europhiles claim that if England left the EU then countries from outside Europe (such as Japan and America) would invest less. This is nonsense. England attracts more outside investment (known to economists as ‘Foreign Direct Investment’) than other European countries because its labour market is still relatively unregulated. If it was outside the EU, England could take advantage of its independence to reduce the number of regulations limiting foreign companies. EU regulations are already regarded as a minefield. Just ask some of the foreign companies who have had eurocrats leaping up and down all over them. Many would jump at the chance to invest in a less regulated Europe.

 

Finally, even if FDI did fall, England would not necessarily lose, since in an often irrational attempt to encourage foreign businesses( at the expense of English businesses) the English Government subsidises these investments. A subsidised  outside investment may well not make money for the country!

 

The bottom line is that the English stand to lose nothing by leaving the EU.  

 

If England left the EU it would leave behind an incompetent and power-hungry bureaucracy which has consistently failed. If we left the EU it would leave they would not be able to do anything in revenge. REMEMBER, we have a trade deficit with the EU. (For example, we have a trade deficit of over £3 billion a year with Germany alone.) The EU countries desperately need our trade

 

English politicians have supported the EU, lied and deceived the English voters and signed away

RIGHTS and FREEDOMS

 

 

They often did this claiming that they wanted England to have influence in Europe.

 

 

THIS IS NONSENSE.

 

England has far less influence in Europe than it had ten, twenty or thirty years ago. (written in 2002)

 

 

Politicians have sold out the voters to gain personal political influence.

 

 

England and the English,

have gained nothing from membership of the EU. But membership has cost a great deal.

 

ENGLAND WOULD SURVIVE AND SURVIVE WELL OUTSIDE OF THE EU.

 

 

The people of Norway and Switzerland have voted against joining the EU-and have thrived. Greenland once in the EU, escaped and has prospered since getting out. If they can do it so can ENGLAND.

England would survive well outside the EU. It would be richer and more powerful. And its citizens would regain their

LOST INDEPENDENCE.

 

England's trade is in surplus with every state in the world except the EU.  If England left the EU .If England left the EU it could regain power over its own legal system, armed forces, and agricultural polices. Hundreds of thousands of small businesses would be saved from suffocating

BUREAUCRACY.

 

English is the world's leading business language. English dominates the

INTERNET

Our language means we can trade with any other country in the world.

Tony Bliar won't tell you this but England would be richer if it left the EU. We would save a fortune. And be free of [at least] 30,000 RULES

 

The only people who would lose would be the

 POLITICIANS

 

for whom

THE BUDGET FOR THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION WAS $5.0 BILLION

 

An account held by Credit Suisse in Zurich, labelled the ‘SBC’ Charcol Account, held a total of some $470 billion when last reviewed by sources.  These funds were originally derived from Nazi funds and assets, are routinely used to pay top politicians and officials to sign successive European Collective treaties- the latest being the so-called ‘European Constitution’.

The budget set aside from the ‘SBC’Charcol Account and to be distributed from the Credit Suisse disbursement account for the latest ‘update’ of the ‘rolling  European Collective Treaty’ was $5.0billion- $2.5 billion being payable in Euros to the participants from the 25 EU countries.

On the finalisation of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC), which framed the text of the Treaty, and a further $2.5 billion payable in Euros on ratification.  This tranche is currently the subject of much dissension.

Tony Blair allegedly received $75 million, which was paid into an offshore bank account held in Belize, the former British Honduras.  There, official eyebrows were naturally raised at the Central bank of Belize, where we notice that all of a sudden, the official reserves of foreign exchange jumped from $49.72 million in February 2005, to $164.53 million in March [2005]

Since the corrupt payment ‘due’ at the completion of the IGC will have been remitted in or about July 2004, this may suggest that the funds have subsequently (in March 2005) been taken into the foreign exchange reserves of the local central bank, so that their actual ownership can be disguised, a ‘new form’ of money-laundering: through a central bank!

THE VIENNA TREATY CONVENTION

Under the 1969 Vienna Convention on the

Law of Treaties

there are two key provisions which authorize a signatory power to abrogate a bilateral or multilateral treaty unilaterally, without giving the stipulated notice:

WHERE corruption has been demonstrated in respect of procuring the

TREATY

in the first place, or in respect of any dimension of its implementation.
