The behaviour of our politicians over the past thirty-five years has confirmed the dangers of one-party rule which was warned of over two millennium ago . STEPHEN GLOVER: Has the gulf between rulers and the ruled ever been more starkly shown than in the passport fiasco?

To those of us who believe that the new British passport should be printed in this country, there is a common rebuke delivered by Remainers and Brexiteers alike.

Don't you believe in free trade? Isn't preferring the more expensive bid of a British company to that of a European one an example of protectionism and insularity?

Surely — these critics go on — insisting that the new blue passports be manufactured even at a slightly greater cost in the United Kingdom runs counter to all the spirited talk about post-Brexit Global Britain.

I disagree. And I very much hope the Government will reconsider its choice of the Franco-Dutch company Gemalto in the light of a Mail-inspired petition with well over 300,000 signatures, being delivered to No 10 today.

Symbolism

Indeed, I am certain these doughty people speak for millions. 

A YouGov poll found that 49 per cent of respondents believe the blue passports should be produced by a UK company even if an overseas firm offered better prices or services. Some 29 per cent disagreed.

Will Theresa May and Home Secretary Amber Rudd listen? The answer to that question depends on the degree to which they have grasped that this, above all, is a matter of symbolism which towers above financial considerations.

As it happens, nearly all these considerations collapse under examination. I'll come to these later. 

But first let me explain why I think that where the passports are printed is of such totemic importance.

More than any other document in our lives, the blue passport represents the revival of British sovereignty and independence sparked by the referendum on June 23, 2016.

Some Remainers scoff, of course. They say sovereignty and independence are illusions in an interconnected world except for huge continental powers like the United States or China. 

The blue passport means nothing to such people. In fact, many would rather keep their burgundy one.

But for most of those who voted Brexit, the blue passport is the very essence of what was taken away from us and has now been restored.

That is why it must be truly British. The new passport should be what it purports to be — a document signifying that the 'bearer' (to use the term included in the document's preamble) is a citizen of an independent nation.

And this will categorically not be the case if a Franco-Dutch company manufactures it in its low-cost Polish plant, or even in a factory in the UK. For one thing, Gemalto is expected soon be a quarter owned by the French state.

What happens if its workers should strike, or if the firm in some other way should fail to fulfil all aspects of its contract with the British Government?

Well, the Government would be powerless in the short-term to do anything at all. 

The symbol of regained independence would turn out, in practice, to be subject to the vagaries of a foreign conglomerate beyond its control.

By contrast, the British-based company De La Rue — which makes our current EU passport, and was underbid by Gemalto for the blue one — has never missed a delivery in the decade of its current contract.

Nor has De La Rue's loyal (and predominantly Brexit-supporting) workforce in Gateshead in the North-East, where current passports are made, lost a single day to industrial action.

Meanwhile, it transpires that Gemalto's record of reliability is far from flawless.

It is embroiled in a national security row with the Estonian government after hundreds of thousands of state ID cards made by the firm were judged vulnerable to cyber-attack. 

The Estonian government (and others) are reportedly considering legal action against Gemalto, which has not had its contract renewed. From 2019, the cards will be produced elsewhere.

One might add that Gemalto's commercial viability is also not beyond question. It has posted four profit warnings in 18 months. 

Can anyone be 100 per cent certain that the company will deliver everything it is contracted to?

The point is a simple one. A new UK passport, standing as it does for our recovered independence, should be printed in conditions over which a sovereign British Government has as much control as is possible.

Of course we can't — and here we must grapple with the financial considerations I mentioned — ignore the matter of money. Gemalto underbid De La Rue by £120 million over an 11-year period to win the £490 million contract.

Furore

Set aside for a moment whether it can deliver at that price. Ignore possibly well-founded insinuations that Gemalto's bid was below cost price, and that the company is in receipt of covert loans or subsidies from the French government.

No, let us proceed as though that £120 million over ten years — £12 million a year — were real. Consider, then, the cost to the state of the mooted 200 job losses at De La Rue's Gateshead plant.

In an area of higher-than- average unemployment, many of these people would be thrown on the dole.

They would no longer pay income tax or National Insurance. Significantly poorer, they would buy less, and so pay less VAT. And they would be in receipt of all sorts of welfare benefits.

It's impossible to predict what the cost would be to the Inland Revenue in lost tax, or the extra burden to the Department for Work and Pensions in new benefits, but we can be sure there would be considerable inroads into the annual 'saving' of £12 million.

And then, of course, there is the human side of the equation. The North-East is one of the poorest regions of the UK. 

Many of its inhabitants feel forgotten and forsaken by successive governments — which partly explains why such large numbers there voted Leave.

Betrayal

Are the Tories really going to betray these dutiful people when there are already so many strong arguments concerning sovereignty and independence, not to mention reasonable doubts about Gemalto's ability to deliver? It would be a wrong-headed and careless thing to do.

Don't forget that France, Germany, Italy and Spain all insist that their passports are produced on home soil, citing security concerns. 

But the British Government dumbly plays by EU rules (even though we are leaving) and gives the contract to the lowest European bidder.

When this furore blew up two weeks ago, the Government in general, and Amber Rudd in particular, looked shell-shocked. 

The Home Secretary could not understand why her decision was deemed by so many as unpatriotic — as well as pretty bone-headed.

Seldom has the gulf between our rulers and the ruled been so dramatically illuminated. 

It's one thing to hop along reluctantly to the mood music of Brexit, as Miss Rudd generally does. It's quite another thing to understand its heart.

It's not too late. Labour wants the blue passports to be made in this country to protect jobs. Tory free-traders can surely be induced to accept that giving the contract to De La Rue is not an affront to the idea of global trade.

The Government must grasp that this is an issue about sovereignty and independence and looking after our own people. In truth, it's really about the future of Britain.

The Electoral Reform Society, which has campaigned for proportional representation for 130 years, claimed last month's General Election was the most disproportionate ever.  It said UKIP would have WON up to 80 seats using the type of PR used in many European nations, while the GREENS would have got 20.  UKIP and the GREENS received 5MILLION VOTES, but under the FIRST-PAST-THE-POST system ended up with ONE MP each.  An E R S-commissioned survey said under PR the TORIES would have seen their tally of MPs fall  by almost 100 while  LABOUR would have gone down 24...

The Strange Case of the Werner Report.

 

It is not often a British Prime Minister remains active in politics long enough to be caught out by secret papers released under the 30-year rule from the time he was in office. But such a case in January 2001 when the Public Record Office at Kew opened files relating to Edward Heath's application to join the Common Market in 1970.

The most striking of these documents were those reflecting the Heath's Government's reaction to something called

' Werner Report'

.In 1969, the Council of Ministers had commissioned the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Pierre Werner, to draw up a plan to move the Common Market [as it was then called] forward to full economic and monetary union. As luck would have it, his confidential report began circulating in Brussels in October 1970, just as Britain's negotiations to enter the European Economic Community were getting under way.

In the British Foreign Office, as we can now see, the Werner Report rang fearful alarm bells. A secret briefing note to Mr.Heath from Con O'neill, the senior civil servant responsible for Europe, explained that, if implemented, Werner's proposals would have enormous political repercussions.  They envisaged

"a process of fundamental political importance, implying progressive development towards a political union".

The long - term objectives of economic and monetary union, it was made clear to Mr Heath,

"are very far-reaching indeed"

going

"well beyond the full establishment of a Common Market". 

The Werner plan could lead to

"the ultimate creation of a European federal state, with a single currency. All the basic instruments of national economic management (fiscal, monetary, incomes and regional policies) would ultimately be handed over to the central federal authorities. The Werner report suggests that this radical transformation of present Communities should be accomplished within a decade [by 1980?]

Such a political and economic union, possibly also including a Common Defence Policy, would thus involve a massive loss of national sovereignty, which would ultimately leave member states with somewhat less power

 "than the autonomy enjoyed by the States of the USA"

But what alarmed the Foreign Office was not the contents of the Werner Report. Mr Heath and his [traitorous] ministers did not throw up their hands in horror and

"good heavens, we had no idea this was what the Common Market is about. We could not possibly accept such a thing"

On the contrary when Geoffrey Rippon, the minister in charge of our negotiations, went to see M.Werner on October 27, the minutes of their discussion show that Rippon went out of his way to congratulate him on his report, which he said

"well stated our common objectives". privately, her Majesty's Government had no objection to the political union Werner was proposing. (PRO/CAB 164/771)

The only real concern of Mr Heath and his colleagues was that this plan should NOT be talked about too openly in public, because this might so inflame public opinion that it would be much harder to persuade Parliament and the British people that it was in their interests to join what they were being assured was no more than a 'Common Market', intended to boost TRADE.

It was vital, Mr Rippon urged on M. Werner that this goal of political and economic union should be achieved only in a

"step by step approach"

because

 "it was natural for the people to be afraid of change"

and

"part of his problem in Britain was to reassure people that their fears were unjustified".

 

When these documents were released 30 years later, this was confirmed by a retired Foreign Office official Sir Crispin Tickell, who  had played an intimate part in Britain's Common Market negotiations as Geoffrey Rippon's private secretary and was present at the meeting with Werner. In a BBC interview Tickell frankly admitted that, although worries over Britain's loss of sovereignty had been

"very much present in the mind of the negotiators",

the line had been "the less they came out in the open the better.

Here was chapter and verse to show how politicians and civil servants had been party to a quite deliberate attempt to hide from the British people what Britain's entry into the Common Market was letting them in for. So successful were they at burying the Werner report, indeed, that when 30 years later the journalist Hugo Young came to compile This Blessed Plot his lengthy and detailed history of Britain's relations with Europe, he did not even mention it.

But this curious glimpse of what was going on behind the scenes back in 1970 provides an apt starting point to explore one of the oddest things which has ever happened to British public life: the way in which our involvement with the "European project" has introduced an element of

deliberate deceit into our politics

 

[Well! what do you expect when you have Nazi traitors in the government of the day, possibly even in 2016. Tony Blair knew the danger and secretly changed the law on

TREASON

 

-.which, in its depth and scale, has no historical parallel. To anyone who follows such matters in detail, nothing is more striking than the way, again and again, we see supporters of Britain's participation in this project apparently having to resort to obfuscation and subterfuge, both to disguise what the project is really about and to hide what they themselves are up to. And the fundamental; reason for this culture of concealment is that there have always been two quite different perceptions as to the nature of this European project [EUROPEAN UNION].

For 40 years [written in 2001] British politicians have consistently tried to portray it to their fellow-citizens as little more than an economic arrangement: a kind of free-trading area primary concerned with creating jobs and prosperity, which incidentally can help preserve the peace.

On the continent, however, right back to the dreamtime of Jean Monnet and Robert Schuman in the late 1940s and early 1950s, the 'European construction', as its supporters call it, was always seen as something very much more ambitious.  However long it took, and however much it might be desirable not to come too much into the open about it, the long-term aim of the project was always that the countries of western Europe should eventually come together in

complete political and economic union.

The setting up of a common market (which itself was never intended to be a free trade area but a highly regulated internal market protected against external competition by tariff barriers) was regarded as merely a first step along the way. And thisn is of course precisely what we have seen over the past 50 years,[65 years in 2016] as the whole project has inched forward, step by step, treaty by treaty, directive by directive always moving in the same direction towards that distant, never very clearly defined but always utterly consistent goal

The real problem for the British [English] has been that, from the moment our politicians first decided inn the 1960s and 1970s that we should join the project, they have never dared to admit openly to the British [English] people that this was its true nature and purpose. And this has had two particularly damaging consequences.

The first is that, right from the start, it created that need for a

CULTURE of DECEIT

whereby our politicuians and civil servants have consistently tried to downplay the significance of 'Europe', and to present it as something different from what it is.  Apart from anything else, this meant that every time the project has taken another step towards its ultimate goal, as that original "EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY" first evolved in the 1980s into just the "ECONOMIC COMMUNITY", then in the 1990s into the

EUROPEAN UNION

Britain's politicians have at every stage along the way had to go through that process with which we are now so wearyingly familiar: whereby first they express opposition to much of what their continental partners are proposing: then find themselves having to agree to more than intended; and finally have to hide from the British [English] people just how much

THEY HAVE GIVEN AWAY.

The second, rather less obvious consequence has been the need to conceal the startling extent to which our ever-greater involvement in 'Europe' is now changing the way in which Britain [England] is governed. Few features of our political scene have in recent years been more curious than the way our politicians and civil servants try to hide away how deeply our political system is now enmeshed with the European Union and how much of the legislation which rules our lives now derives from

BRUSSELS

All too often we see them announcing new policies or laws which pretend are our own, only for it to emerge that they are merely passing edicts from the EU.

Again and again we see them having to conceal just how much of the power to run our [YOUR!] country has been

GIVEN AWAY

to  a new system of government which has no particular concern for

THE INTERSTS OF THE PEOPLE OF BRITAIN

[ENGLAND].

But ultimately this CULTURE of CONCEALMENT, which is far more prevalent to Britian than any other country in Europe, derives from that same basic act of

DECEPTION:

the pretence that the nature of the 'European project' is something different from

WHAT IT IS.

[The English people have been too trusting of their duplicitous politicians as the above article has clearly shown. Even after 43 years since the Accession Treaty of 1972 which came into effect  on  Ist January 1973 we are only now in 2016 seeing any real opposition to any further involvement in the monstrosity calling itself the European Union which is now facing a challenge from many patriots in once free countries -of people's who were also BETRAYED by their POLITICIANS and now demand back their once

FREE INDEPENDENT NATION STATES.

 

The moment when our political leaders first took this FATEFUL DECISION to CONCEAL the REAL PURPOSE of the EUROPEAN PROJECT from the BRITISH people was NOT, IN FACT, 1970 but TEN YEARS EARLIER when , in 1960, Harold Macmillan's Government began discussing the dramatic reversal of NATIONAL POLICY which was to lead to our FIRST ABORTIVE APPLICATION to join the [supposed] COMMON MARKET.

 

This we can see from an illuminating book published in 1995 by Lionel Bell, The Throw That  Failed, based on studying Cabinet papers which reflected those discussions in the month's leading to our application in the summer of 1961.  What was striking about the documents Bell uncovered was just how frank Macmillan and his colleagues had been in private, even at that early stage, over where the COMMON MARKET was heading. They were in little doubt it was intended to be just a

 

FIRST STEP towards eventual POLITICAL and ECONOMIC UNION.

 

YET THIS THEY DECIDED SHOULD BE KEPT HIDDEN FROM THE BRITISH PEOPLE.

 

because otherwise

 

IT WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE

 

The Common Market

had to be presented as

 

NO MORE THAN A TRADING ARRANGEMENT.

 

Even before the Treaty of Rome had been signed in 1957, the

 

FOREIGN OFFICE!

 

had been briefed to the effect that its six original signatures wanted:

 

 

" to achieve tighter European integration through the creation of European institutions with supranational powers in the economic field... the underlying motive of the Six, however, essentially political;". (PRO/FO 371/150360. Bell op.cit.p.1

 

 

In the summer of 1960, when British entry was first being actively discussed behind closed doors, Sir Roderick Barclay, head of the UK delegation to the European Commission in Brussels, sent a despatch to the Foreign Office stressing, in Mr Bell's words.

 

"that the aim of the Community was not merely harmonisation but  the unification of policies in every field of the economic union. i. e. economic policy, commercial policy, tariff policy and fiscal policy. That this was not just pie in the sky [it] needed to be made clear to the politicians". (based on PRO/FO 371/150363,Bell p.220

 

 

When Edward Heath, Minister of State for Europe

 visited professor Hallstein, the President of the European Commission, in November 1960, his report on the meeting noted how Hallstein had emphasised that joining the Community was not just a matter of adopting a COMMON TARIFF " which was t

 

 ESSENTIAL HALLMARK of any 'STATE' (and he regarded the EEC as a POTENTIAL 'STATE')

 

It would be necessary, Hallstein insisted, for any new entrant to accept the principle that the EEC was intended to evolve into something much deeper, "some form of

 

FEDERAL STATE"

 

which was what the Commission was working towards (PRO/FO 371/150369).

Particularly revealing in this context was a reply given in December 1960  the

 vLord Chancellor , Lord Kilmuir, to a request from

 MrHEATH

for comments on what would be the constitutional implications of signing the Treaty For Britain's sovereignty. Kilmuir responded that in several respects the loss of sovereignty would be considerable: by Parliament; by the Crown in terms of treaty-making powers; and by the courts, which to an extent would be" subordinate" to the

EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE

(PRO/FO 371/15039,Bell pp.36-9)

On the making of laws, Kilmuir said it was clear that:

" the council of Ministers would eventually (after the system of qualified majoority of voting had come into force) make regulations that would be binding on us even against our wishes...It wouold in theory be possible for Parliament to enact at the outset legislation which would give automatic force of law to any existing or future regulations made by the appropriate organs of the Community. For Parliament to do this would go far beyond the most extensive delegation of powers, even in wartime, that we have ever experienced and I do not think there is any likelehood of this being acceptable to the House of Commons."

AS for the subordination of Britain's courts to the European Court of Justice, Kilmuir wrote:

 " I must emphasise that in my view the surrenders of sovereignty involved are serious ones, and I think that, as a matter of practical politics, it will not be easy to persuade Parliamenrt or the British public to accept them. I am sure that it would be a great mistake to underestimate the force of the objections to them. But these objections should be brought out into the open now because, if we attempt to gloss over them at this stage, those who arwe opposed to the whole idea of joining the Community will certainly seize on them with more damaging effect later on".

These are pretty direct warnings. And when in summer of 1961 the Cabinet finally considered whether to apply for entry, Mr Macmillan opened the discussion by pointing out that the first question they needed to consider was that

"... If we were to sign the TREATY of ROME we should have to accept its political objectives, and althiough we should be able to inflence the political outcome we did not know what this would be "(Bell pp.59-62)

Macmillan conceded that a decision to go in would "raise great presentational difficulties". On the one hand, it would be important to convince the Six that "we genuinely supported the objectives of the Treaty". On the other:"

"we should have to satisfy public opinion in this country that the implementation of the objectives of the Treaty would not require unacceptable social and other adjustments. The problems of public relations would be considerable."

Nevertheless the Cabinet rules in favour. Mr Heath was sent off to Brussels to negotiate the terms of British entry. And on October 10-1961 he made his opening speech to the opther member hgovernments, he could not have been more fulsome in expressing Britain's desire" To become full wholehearted and active members iof the European VCiommunity in its widest sence, and to go forward with you in building a new Europe" (Bell p.73).

But when two weeks later, his fellow Cabinet Minister Duncan Sandys followed him to Brussels, and made a speech emphasising that the British Government recognised the Treaty of Rome was not just an economic agreement but also had important "political content" (FO 371/158302) Heath became alarmed that he might be letting the cat out of the bag. As Bell discovered:

" He set officials urgently to work to check what Ministers had been saying in public and a line was developed of arguing that the Treaty contained no political obligations, only implications. The United Kingdom would not regard itself as committed to any particular development or extensions of obligations simply by virtue of

 [supposed only]  EEC membership". (based on M.Camps, Britain and the European Community 1955-63, cited in Bell p.74)

This was to remain the line until in JANUARY 1963,

President de Gaulle

vetoed Macmillans attempt to join

Although the Cabinet was well aware that the Common Market was ultimately a Political project  ,involving considerable surrender of sovereignty, and was likely to develop much further in these respects in the future, this was not what the British people were to be told.  All this was to be down played in favour of a pretence that the Common Market was a little more than its name implied: a trading agreement which would be good for Britain's economy. It was a line which was still to be the official orthodoxy four decades later.

It must not be our worry but theirs if in the last resort their calculations prove to be abysmally stupid. We now learn from the Daily Mail COMMENT on Christmas Eve that the Queen's Speech will cover the catastrophic fall in Values and Moral behaviour since the beginning of her 56 -year reign. This has been brought about by the actions of HER MINISTERS and the greater number of those in HER PARLIAMENT who have placed THEIR CONCERNS before the INTERESTS of THE PEOPLE and NATION STATE.

 

 As for the fact that HER PEOPLE feel LOST that has been the direct result of the actions of HER SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS and the TRAITOROUS POLITICIANS including PRIME MINISTERS who have stealthily over the 56 years of HER MAJESTY'S REIGN have almost achieved their aim of ENSLAVING the PEOPLE to a FOREIGN POWER. 

The reason for the marked drop in the number viewing THE QUEEN'S SPEECH is no doubt because the mass of people have realised years ago that the MONARCH is powerless to PROTECT their WAY-OF-LIFE and events up to now have PROVED THEM CORRECT.

Is it the case on Christmas Day 2007 while the  Monarch talks  our Rights and Liberties are being taken from us under our very  noses?

Of course the QUEEN under HER CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE can only 'Advise and Warn' HER MINISTERS but when the matter concerns the very LIFE of an INDEPENDENT STATE we expect that HER MAJESTY consider the arrangement to be AT AN END as it would make a MOCKERY of the PRIME IMPORTANCE of the MONARCH to protect our inherited Rights and Liberties which HER MINISTERS  are endeavouring TO GIVE AWAY.

We as loyal subjects of the MONARCH who is the living embodiment of OUR RIGHTS and LIBERTIES  ask at this late stage with only months to the eradication of a FREE NATION STATE some veiled comments that HER MAJESTY will PROTECT our RIGHTS and LIBERTIES.

As for the MORAL tone of the NATION STATE at this most crucial time in ENGLISH CONSTUTUTIONAL HISTORY this matter should be left to CHURCH LEADERS who's responsibility it is to CARE for their FLOCKS particularly at this FESTIVAL of CHRISTMAS.

IF HER MAJESTY'S SPEECH has not been pre-recorded  we ask HER MAJESTY to give those MILLIONS of HER subjects some hope that their PROTECTOR has NOT FORGOTTEN THEM.

Winston Churchill said over 50 years ago that:

"The Germans, after all had been belligerent for over 2000 years." "They never change."  How soon his words of wisdom and warning are forgotten.  Europe's leaders may not even fully understand what the GEU (German EU) is about. From 1999 to 2001 foreign companies took over 2,779 U.S. companies (worth $766 billion dollars) in an economic Blitzkrieg: mainly Germany , using France as junior aide, to ward off come-backs. How were such sales and so much money contrived?

 

[Before we answer this question and dozens of others we acknowledge the assistance of the following author whose record of being witness to the rise of Nazism in the 1930's and his close contact with those who were shaping the future of Germany. The following extracts are from his

'Germany's Four Reich's']

 

 

Harry Beckhough was born in Bristol in 1914. He is an Honours graduate of Bristol University in philology, specialising in German. Studying in Freiburg University in 1933 he witness Hitler's rise to power.

In WW II, he was commissioned in the Royal Artillery, served in India, until taken over by Bletchley Park, (Station x) as Codebreaker.  he served with the 8th Army, breaking Rommel's signals and messages for Montgomery. After Alamein victory, he was recalled to India to serve with 14th (Burma) Army, dealing with Japanese code signals.

On return home as Lt.Col.R.A./Int, he became S.O.I.(Senior Officer) with Foreign Office -with the remit to resuscitate the Rhineland Universities of Cologne and Bonn. There he met regularly, Dr Konrad Adenauer C.D.U., Chancellor of the first post- war German Government, members of his family and Ministers. Over 4 years, to end in  1950 he met many of the leading statesmen and prominent figures in Bonn, seat of the first post-war Government.

As an academic, in charge of the 2 Universities. they spoke freely to him of their plans the future. He has extensive knowledge of Germany, and has explored the development of its

AGGRESSIVE NATURE FROM ITS EARLIEST YEARS.

His book reveals that inherited desire for DOMINATION which has been GERMANY'S major characteristic through major wars and battles over centuries (2000 years), invariably ending in CHAOS, as exemplified by their German philosopher, NIETZSCHE.

[We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Harry Beckhough at a recent meeting of many concerned about the drift of our country into a United States of Europe. After we had read his most comprehensive analysis of the German 's FIRST - SECOND - THIRD and at the present FOURTH REICH we felt its contents needed a greater coverage as we are soon so near to Germany accomplishing her aim unless the people in our once free country take to the streets to defend their legacy of Rights and Liberties of 1500 years in the making. Those many years ago the Germanic tribes that settled in their new home of ENGLAND became because of their island isolation a different people from those who stayed in their homeland so we the ENGLISH should more than any race have and should understand the threat they pose to our present future in 2007.

 

In order to get the complete message to you all we intend to place a short weekly up-date of the books contents on our FRONT PAGE the few paragraphs will be identified by their background of black with red print as we do at the moment to identify the

German Nazi agencies at work in Europe and around the world today in 2007.]

Unusually we will start with the  final paragraphs of the book under the heading:

Epilogue: On the German Character.

 

Previous attempts to summarise the multi-sided character of the Germans, have proved beyond the scope of previous authors, historians, philosophers and psychologists, especially of their own people.

The German remains a complex people of many -sided facts. Their major development period, circa 1500 to 1800, eventually produced a linguistic, literary and philosophic form of unification, developing from Mittel-Hoch-Deutsch, to an overdone Romanticism period, which produced some of the greatest writers (especially Goethe), musicians of outstanding quality, and philosophers, claiming Judaeo-Hellenic roots.

Followed by the hugely overdone industrialisation of the Bismarck period 1850 to 1914, from one extreme to another, suddenly changing from an agricultural country to extreme mechanical and industrial excess development. From a period of huge profits and great prosperity, flaunted to the world caricatures ,in final collapse and bankruptcy.

Finally the Hitler process of 'Gleichschaltung' (equalisation), seeking to create the impossible : a Nazi image of a one-type German Volk to become a national unit equivalent of Masters and slaves. But this unification only caused [pluralism - the fundamental split personality of the German -ever changing. The real German problem is unity in moderation and moderation in unity. He lacks reality, commonsense and good judgment. But invariably blames others for his troubles. But savagery always ready to burst forth at the slightest provocation.

 

He needs goals to be set by superiors, and is always ready to obey orders. Racism achieves domination and hegemony. he cannot clearly distinguish TRUE from FALSE, and confuses TRUTH with IDEOLOGY. Hence his love of intricate plots rarely reaching conclusion, getting lost or set astray with side issues.

 

He lives in a false world with distorted views conflicting TRUE and FALSE, GOOD and EVIL, PEACE and WAR. But seeks to TERRIFY and FRIGHTEN. He loves to organise, but loses his head if plans go awry, as happened with Hitler's rages, smashing order into chaos, and collapse of a scheme.

Above all he needs a strong leader, standing ready to obey, and follow. Without a Fuhrer, Germans become lost and confused. Generally hated for their arrogance, imperialism and brutal inhumanity, with outbursts of fury for little cause. But he enjoys his hatreds with a lethal intensity. "The ever-furious people" as [their] Nietzsche calls his 'Tauscher Volk'.

 

They are born wreckers -first of the Roman Empire, latterly of the League of Nations, now undermining both the United Nations and NATO. But their substitution, like their new Franco-German Constitution, may eventually collapse like a House of Cards, lacking a firm foundation, being constructed in hidden, mysteriously conceived, contrived and often confused plans, not properly finalised.

 

Pretending to act for the general good in a community of 'equals', their target is eventually revealed:

FIRST:-

an EU Super state,

- en route deviously to become a

German dominated Dictatorship.

We are coerced and invited to yield:

OUR SOVEREIGNTY

ANCIENT RIGHTS

and

HARD-WON

FREEDOM

-to become, for the first time in our history, a vassal state under the German jackboot. WWI and WWII should have taught us the brutal German reality.

 

I pray that our Leaders will remove their blinkers, to reveal German connivance in the reality of our appalling situation, in which we have been deceived and exploited since 1972. For this unhappy world once again is in sore need of our STRENGTH and GOOD LEADERSHIP, as a FREE BRITAIN, against the growing evil of TERRORISM, again endangering WORLD PEACE in the present century.

Key Features of German Deceit

In 1992 France became bound to Russia, as her agreed agent, to bring Russia into an extended European Federation -to promote collective security. In 1990 Professor Herzog denigrated the nation state, publicly identifying with Lenin's objective. The 1992 Maastricht Treaty then deprived EU nation states of key elements of their sovereignty; their currency, internal and external security, transferred, for the first time, to a European institution.

'We'd better find out what we've just signed'

On that day in February 1992 after his committed Treachery to his country he was accompanied by the now  Conservative chairman Francis Maud another traitor to his true party's ideals and his country.]

Yet America's materialistic world seemed oblivious of the frightening reality, of the concealed intentions of this menacing, reborn German fast growing giant, with huge secret resources immediately available. Though the German Mark became worthless post-war, and the Black Market ruled a bargaining scene, until we created their new currency Mark in 1997/8, as I witnessed.

So whence came this sudden huge wealth?

Where was it stored in the Nazi era?

Meanwhile, German military is rebuilding .fast and secretly as in 1920s/30s, using pseudo peace-keeping roles, as excuse to catch up with British military strength.

Playing a clever role in Kosovo, Croatia, being helpful in supplying peace-keeping troops, all undergoing strict home training. The old German trickery is still there, as deceitful and two-forked as ever. Adept at convincing lies, matching those of its Leninist? KGB trained ally, at the devil's trade of deceit, to which the West falls easy, trusting victim. Always with America especially ,in their sights (as also Britain), whilst proffering friendship. Now both the KGB-led Russian dictatorship and the

GEU (German European Union) Super state  

 

-are seeking global power and world domination by pseudo -peaceful means, using every trick [As our slippery Tony Blair and the other traitors] in their training.

These are aimed specifically at America and Britain, both economically and militarily.

 

Britain's so-called "New Labour" Government has recklessly thrown its lot in with German-led Europe.

[We would not be surprised if Tony Blair has his eyes on the new job of President of the New European Union should that monstrosity ever be brought into being. Of course we have already explained that we would NEVER agree to be part of such a collective Mammoth Police State and Evil conspiracy.]

America has fallen prey to every conceivable form of espionage in the 20/21st century from Russia, China, the East, Asia and the Arab world. But it is now learning fast not to put its trust in erstwhile 'Friends' in Europe, to the Arab world, from France to Arabia.  And to trade to its own well-protected and insured benefit, with trustworthy, proven allies, balancing gains and losses.

 

Thus America is now considering possible closure of well-established bases in Germany, and the danger of leaving these in the hands of a so-called friend.  Now known to be otherwise -preparing to bite the hand that restored it from its defeated collapse and misery, from a cruel, bloody War, started once again (as ever ) by Germany -never to be trusted, glorying in its success of LIES and DECEIT.

Germany has been allowed, by its so readily trusting friend and hosts, to establish permanent military facility at Alamagordo, New Mexico, with (scarcely credible) an open -skies treaty for German planes flying over and surveying (and mapping) in totem. [As they did before the WWI and up to WWII when their people were everywhere in the Middle East and other areas mapping out future places of conflict] Something which needs 100% secrecy for complete safety. Even conducting training and joint military exercises - for German identification records.  Like Samson giving away the secret of his great strength - with resultant downfall, to his undoing. America should now look closely to her security.

Just as the Chinese were able to obtain all U.S. classified, most sensitive military, technical and nuclear information (painstakingly developed and built up over many years of highest quality operations, by most qualified American and British staff of highly trained experts - at tremendous cost and outstanding success) -simply by being able to tap into improperly guarded U.S. computer, technical system, without restriction and with minimum effort. Thus China, in quick time, learnt all U.S. secrets and was able to construct her own copies of U.S. nuclear warheads, with all technical know-how, and sell them on! Enough to make strong men weep!  But America has the resilience to ride its body-blows and restore terms with China.

Now German EU originally favoured, trusted and assisted by America [See Bilderbergers] , grows steadily stronger, militarily and economically-posing future menace, led by Germany, already seeking to undermine America in every way. Of course not openly, as is definitely not their nature, until ready for open combat -but through GEU.

Time we awoke [this was written  just a few years ago but in the closing months of 2006 there was a definite awakening as growing numbers are now joining the Anti-EU banner -see [http://eutruth.org.uk]]  to the dangers closing in on us, in this latest travesty of an all-embracing EU Constitution rending us [that means YOU!] in a vassal state [of the Fifth Reich].

 

ALL  20 of Germany's nuclear plants have unlimited licences.  200 American nuclear bombs are now in WMD storage vaults in EU states, with 55 in Germany.

 

The EU possesses 710 nuclear bombs. Germany has an advanced science and technology base, capable of supporting an advanced nuclear programme. This needs careful assessment for future consideration. Our British/American defence organisations seem to have no conception of this ongoing, tremendous build -up of power -with the sole aim of the creation of a

Super state Dictatorship

 

-with world control.

Whilst we continue to reduce our Armed Forces and equipment, Germany is quietly building hers (already more than equal to ours), with Europe providing the rest. They  have cleverly convinced first, Britain's P.M. Blair, and now America that they will not bypass NATO, when their intention is clearly to reduce NATO and then do away with it, leaving GEU German European Union in full power and able to argue with, if not threaten, America.

 

We learn in the Daily Mail of the 2nd February, 2007 that the NATO mission in Afghanistan is handing over leadership to an American commander - after all the trouble and fanfare to show NATO solidarity not so long ago. Obviously the Americans are learning a few lessons  of their own at this late state in the diplomacy game before they too find themselves with their defences completely useless after their long fraternisation programme in post-war Germany.]

Russia, in close co-operation with German since Bismarck, is seen both as partner and secretly, future target. The case of the Russian enclave, now cut off from Russia by the Independent Balkan states - Kaliningrad (formally Konigsberg, the centre of historic Prussia) presents a classic case of the German use of the EU, plus massive loans to Russia, to achieve expansion Eastward.

[Well we are all now aware that the German's have a very-very-very close relationship with Russia in many fields BUT particularly in the Energy field. It will be a weapon that our enemy of the 20th century will use with its superior military forces at its time of choosing and we should all remember what happens when a country allows it military forces to become a ridiculed second rate pantomime show.]

 

The huge loans arranged for Russia by Germany, cause weighty instability for the Russian economy and political dependence of German goodwill, with calculated benefit and lack of interference with German plans.

Chancellor Kohl calculated that these major bonds would serve as a foundation for reconstruction of the Russian economy, and close co-operation with Germany. However the arrival of Putin, trained by KGB, may produce firmer self-interest by Russia.

Discussions progress on conversion of this huge German debt into equity stakes in Russian companies, which now have greater freedom to develop, especially in oil and commodities.

Chris Patten, EU Commissioner responsible for external affairs, has made the first steps (quoted by the Times), in discussing the possible political status of Kaliningrad in the enlarged EU -to suit German EU, whom he seems to serve more than his own country.

 

The Euro and the projected European Army (of envisaged great strength), are important major steps in the creation of the planned corporatist, anti-democratic, anti-nation state power, based on German Europe ,as the EU Constitution of a Super state, to compete against American global strength and world authority. Always the great competitive target for global ambitious Germany.

In 1970 the renewed German-Soviet Treaty for

"FRIENDSHIP and CO-OPERATION"

was signed, assuring their everlasting understanding -always included in Germany's secret plans for total reinstatement (already ipso facto regained)-and future control of greater Europe, both West and East -the same as ever target. It is truly amazing, on looking back, the ease with which Germany was able to deceive and convince America and Britain's leading Statesmen -but so did Gorbachev with his ready convincing stream of lies about his new Russia. Their joint ratchet found easy targets in the ever-trusting West.

 

East Germany overthrew their Communist regime in 1989, becoming one complete Germany again in 1990/91. The German democratic Republic became founder member of the Warsaw treaty Organisation, by the Warsaw Pact with Russia, then occupying the Russian Zone of Germany. The Berlin Wall built 1961, sealed off this Russian Zone from the West. In 1972 the Two Germany's signed a Pact of admittance to the United Nations. In 1991 came the overthrow of the Soviet government. Yeltsin and Gorbachev took power, expertly deceiving the West of their 'democratic' intentions.

In 1989 the Berlin Wall fell, bringing a neo-Nazi revival, cultivated strongly through the German Army (Bundeswehr). Nazi Germany came storming back as the communist stranglehold on East Germany was released. Violent racist incidents increased year on year to 1993.

In 1993 the Bundestag passed an asylum law, setting firm restrictions on immigrants seeking asylum. Still remaining anti-semitic, with disturbance of Jewish synagogues and cemeteries. Further reports of neo-Nazi revival in Germany.

In June 1991 the Bundestag voted to move their Capital back to Berlin  from Bonn (Adenauer's home town). May 1995 Manfred Roder -convicted Nazi terrorist- was invited to address the Bundeswehr [This has  memories of the Frederick Forsyth film the ODESSA-don't you think]

Since the fall of the Berlin Wall there are visible signs of return of the old spirit of independent arrogance, within the whole German nation. Now, again a bona fide word power, second only to the U.S. in arms exports,

with a standing army of circa 300,000, the largest in Europe

 

Already with France's help, leading the EU and soon to be recognised as a major nuclear power. Germany now back on top by usual clever manoeuving.

In 1990 a secret agreement between Gorbachev and Chancellor Kohl accepted that the Bohemian and Moravian region belonged to the Germans.

the final division of Czecho-slovakia and Yugoslavia by the end of 1992.

ALL GO UNHEEDED IN OUR SLEEPY APATHETIC NATION

[We have recently made a call to our at the moment FREE PRESS to open up the secret's of the EU but at a first glimmerings of activity it is obvious they only want to tinker out of harms way on the fringes of one of the GREATEST conspiracies in HISTORY. Possibly it is because after 50 years of backhanders and promises of special favours there are too many involved to bring the whole pack of cards to the ground. Who has the courage to start the ball rolling to collect up on its journey all the traitors and time-servers and to land on top of the Elite who have more to lose?

In 1995 Mrs Thatcher said in Parliament:

"You have not anchored Germany to Europe; you have anchored Europe to a newly dominant, unified Germany. In the end, my friends, you'll find it will not work."

Maybe not, but in the meantime they are expertly stirring the pot, causing ever more problems. [As no don't in February 2007].

Two years after the war-end, statistics now show that almost 50% of Bavarian civil servants belonged to the Nazi Party or its affiliates.

Of those dismissed by us, some 15,000 were reinstated. Almost all 11,000 teachers removed for political reasons were reinstated with 60% of the teaching staff employed by the German Ministry of Education and 81% of Judges, magistrates, prosecutors in the Ministry of Justice.

 Only in Universities were we able to keep good measure of control in the British Zone, by our direct command and control -with early denazification.

[It is obvious from the above that the Nazi Party continued in the main as it had always done but with for a time a lower profile awaiting their chance of future conquest which they have almost achieved in the early months of 2007.]

Yugoslavia was deliberately undermined by German Intelligence Service (bundesnachrichtendienst) under Klaus Kinkel, throughout the 1980's  using German agents working with former Croatian Fascists, close allies of Hitler (providing needed outlet for the Adriatic). They now destroyed the multi-ethnic state of Yugoslavia, arranging the breakaway of Catholic Croatia and Slovenia.

Marshall Tito established a new Constitution for Yugoslavia, known as the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. The Serbs had initiated the first union of the 3 nations, following the collapse of the Habsburg ruled Austro-Hungarian Empire, end of WWI in 1918. Tito broke with the Soviets, creating a new federal Republic, which lasted 30 years. But the political iron -will of Germany took only 10 years to break it

 

Milosovic may have been unfairly charged in the Hague -but Germany now has arranged a more compliant leader under her control. Once again Anglo-Americans have been fooled by German trickery.

 

German machinations in the Balkans in WWI were repeated in WWII. Yugoslavia, historical all of Britain against German imperialism, has now been broken up into the same religious and racial statelets the Nazi established: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia had their own Waffen SS divisions.

Albania was favoured by NATO as an ally of Germany, whilst operating the biggest drug and gun-running corridor through Kosovo and Tiranen. Germany gained control by outright purchase of their main asset, their chromite mines.

Albanians, in the historical Serb province of Kosovo, who has conducted masive ethnic cleansing of Serbs over 100 years, (with the help of Nazi during the war and Tito thereafter, were armed by Germany as

Provoked by repeated terrorist attacks by Kosovo Freedom Fighters, the anticipated Serb response gave GERMAN-controlled Europe the excuse to lead NATO int an ILLEGAL war against a SOVEREIGN STATE -by cunning German contrivance. Western civilization heading for a reboot over the holidays

Many signs and confirmations from highly placed sources indicate that a reboot of Western civilization is being planned for 2019.  The shutdown of the U.S. government over the holidays, for example, has nothing to do with building a wall, and everything to do with a financial reboot and upcoming military tribunals.

However, what is coming is about much more than just rounding up the criminals who hijacked and bankrupted the U.S. government—it is about fixing the problems besetting monotheism.

Since today is December 24th, Christmas Eve, it’s a good time to remind people of the historical truth behind this holiday.  The fact is that nobody knows when Jesus Christ was born, so the early Christian church hijacked the old solar New Year holiday and replaced the sun with Jesus.  Here’s the thing:  the sun sets at its most northern point on December 21st, the winter solstice.  For three days afterwards, it appears to set at the same place, and then on December 25th it starts setting further south, marking the birth of the solar New Year.  Thus, the Christian church needs to confess and tell people the truth about Christmas without in any way denying the wonderful teachings of Jesus Christ and Christianity.

The Jews, for their part, need to stop celebrating the xenophobic Hanukkah and realize that it is perfectly kosher to celebrate the solar New Year (unless they somehow think the Creator did not make the sun).  Anyway, Merry Christmas to the Christians and Muslims, and Merry Sunmas to everybody else.

These issues, together with discussions of updating the calendars to bring them back into line with the movements of the heavens on which they are based, are going to be part of a broad public discourse in the New Year.  That is because, at the highest levels of world power, a decision has been made to go ahead and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem and turn that city into an international free zone.  This is why 2019 is likely to be a year for the history books.

In preparation for these upcoming historical changes, U.S. troops are being withdrawn from various conflict zones in order to pave the way for world peace, CIA sources say.  Pentagon sources agree, adding that “U.S. President Donald Trump is pulling out of Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, and the Ukraine to terminate the Deep State and the Zionists, since the global currency reset requires peace and cessation of hostilities.”

European royal family sources concur that preparations are under way for a reboot of the global financial system.  The current U.S. dollar, Euro, and Japanese yen-based system is bankrupt and dysfunctional, these and other sources agree.  This is especially true of the United States, which has been bankrupt for quite some time now, the sources say.  That’s why this current U.S. government shutdown is going to lead to …

Secret head of world finance, Cardinal Pell, fired and big changes coming

Last week Cardinal George Pell was found guilty of sexually abusing children by an Australian court and was subsequently fired by Pope Francis because he was “elderly.”

This is huge news in the secret world of finance, because Pell was the person in charge of financial matters at the Vatican and thus was a secret controller of most world government leaders, P2 Freemason and CIA sources say.  This is because when most world rulers take power, they get a visit from an official of the Vatican Bank who hands them a bank book with an astronomical number written in it (a billion dollars or more for big countries;  less for smaller countries).  They are then told, “Welcome to the world of the rich,” and are gently reminded that if they refuse to accept the money they will be “removed.”

This is the choice of silver or lead that has allowed the Vatican P2 Freemason Lodge, run by descendants of the Caesars, to secretly rule most world governments.  The 200 leaders who last week affirmed the fraudulent “carbon causes global warming” agreement are all slaves of this system, P2 Freemason and CIA sources agree.

Thus, the removal of the head of this secret control system will have huge repercussions for world finance and politics, depending on who is selected to replace him, and also depending on whether or not this secret system will be allowed to continue.

On that front, another huge news item (still not fully confirmed because it only comes from one royal family source) is that a new head of the Committee of 300, the secret government of the 13 ruling bloodline families, will take power next year.  This means Queen Elizabeth will be handing the committee reins to a younger person (hint:  not Charles and not William).

With this caveat in mind (i.e., only one source), here some excerpts from a statement by the soon-to-be-appointed new committee head:  “The 13 ruling bloodlines and I have had enough of this world and the minions charged with its curation.  All Sovereign Heads of State and all respective governments fired.  Ordo ab Chao.”

Secret war centers on SWIFT after George Bush Sr. is executed

Since the death of Nazi Fourth Reich Fuhrer George Bush Sr., the battle for control of the world’s financial system, and thus of the process of deciding humanity’s future, is now centering on control of the SWIFT international interbank electronic transfer system.

THERESA May delighted Eurosceptics yesterday with an ambitious road map for BREXIT. The PM extended the hand of friendship to the EU but threatened to walk away if BRUSSELS tried to impose a punitive deal. Jack DOYLE sets out her 12 objectives and analyses her chances of success.

1. CERTAINTY

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will provide certainty where we can. The same rules and laws will apply on the day after BREXIT, as they did before. And the Government will put the final deal to a vote in both houses of Parliament.

By keeping in place-at least initially-all EU laws, Mrs May will provide a degree of continuity and confidence for business. However, as she freely admits she cannot control the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament is highly likely to approve any deal because the alternative will be a chaotic BREXIT.

Likely to agreed early on, as long as the EU doesn't want to haggle. Last year Mrs May offered to settle on the rights of three million EU nationals in the UK, and 1.2million Brits on the continent in advance of formals talks- but Angela Merkel refused.

Not only will the government protect the rights of workers' set out in European legislation, we will build on them.

8. TRADE WITH EUROPE

As a priority, we will pursue a bold and ambitious free trade agreement with the EU. This should allow for the freest possible trade in goods and services. But I want to make it clear. It cannot mean membership of the single market

The crux of the negotiation. Britain will leave the single market, and with it EU laws and free movement. Instead Mrs May wants a tariff-free trade and customs agreement to stop goods being held up at ports. She ruled out ' vast contributions' to the EU budget, and the only money going to Brussels will be for particular programmes and agencies like Europol. Her huge gamble is to threaten to walk away if the EU attempts to punish Britain

A global Britain must be free to strike trade agreements with countries outside the EU too. But I also want tariff-free trade with Europe and cross-border trade there to be as frictionless as possible.

Mrs May wants deals with non-EU countries including the US. That would be impossible from inside the customs union, which imposes a uniform tariff on all non-EU countries. It would also make trade Secretary Liam Fox's job redundant.

All of us in Europe face the challenge of cross-border crime, a deadly terrorist threat, and the dangers presented by hostile states.  All of us share interests and values in common, values we want to see projected around the world.

Security and intelligence cooperation and defence cooperation cannot be a formal bargaining chip, but without making it one, Mrs May reminds EU allies of Britain's importance as an ally in fighting terrorism and important status as a military power.

It is in no one's interests for there to be a cliff-edge for business or a threat to stability as we change from our existing relationship to a new partnership with the European Union.

Mrs May wants tranitional arrangements to smooth the process of leaving the EU with specific deals on budget contributions, immigration, trade and customs lasting different periods of time. Securing this as well as securing a final deal within two years is a huge task.

YESTERDAY  was a HISTORIC DAY for OUR COUNTRY. BY a RESOUNDING MAJORITY of 384, the COMMONS swept away [our  past 45 years of tutelage within an undemocratic-unaccountable-unbearable-corrupt-expensive- strait-jacket Europe.]

 

THIS was a historic day for our country. At 7.30pm yesterday by a resounding majority of 384, the Commons swept away the last serious obstacle to freeing Britain from the chains that have bound us to an unelected, unaccountable Brussels for 45 YEARS.

True, we can still expect dirty tricks from the 114 who, to their shame, voted  against implementing the

PEOPLE'S WILL.

Of these , this newspaper will not waste ink on cursing SNP members, whose fantasies of SCOTLAND as an independent EU nation state gave them a spurious excuse for defying the UK majority.

AS for the rest, no criticism is too harsh for those Labour MPs who represent solidly Brexiteer constituencies, but voted to

REMAIN.

They deserve everything coming to them at the next election.

So, too, do the creeps who in 2015 backed the call for a binding referendum, but voted last night against implementing its result.

Among these, none can beat the monstrous hypocrisy of

NICK CLEGG

-that flip-flopping representative of the moneyed elite, suckled on the [thirsty] breast of Brussels.

Faced with the possible imposition (illegally) of a E. U. Constitution this  article contemplating our own U.K. Constitution (English Constitution), is especially topical.

Constitutional Principles of Power and Remedy.

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect to the people. The Constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide remedy if abused.

The whole constitution originates its authority from

COMMON LAW

Supremacy resides in the

LAW and PEOPLE

NOT THE

CROWN or PARLIAMENT.

It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that,

THE LAW IS SUPREME

The rule of law is the antithesis of arbitrary power. Integral with this, is the system of jury trial. It places the power of law enforcement in the

HANDS of the PEOPLE.

This the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.

The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the

"RIGHTS and LIBERTIES

 of ENGLISHMEN".

These are the 'BIRTHRIGHT' of the PEOPLE'

[In 2016 one can see how successive governments have by gradualism watered down these rights with even attempts to replace jury trial by trial by judge only on the grounds of speed and saving resources. The people in the main have been, amiss in not being vigilant to the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION. In just a few weeks on the 23 June,2016 they have a choice whether to vote to leave the EU and regain THEIR LAW-THEIR CONSTITUTION-THEIR FREE COUNTRY. or REMAIN in an ALIEN COLLECTIVIST AND CORRUPT UNDEMOCRATIC EU with NO PROTECTION of MAGNA CARTA of 1215 and BILL OF RIGHTS of 1688 and NO ENGLISHMAN'S ' RIGHTS and LIBERTIES' to be passed on to FUTURE GENERATIONS.]

The fundamental rights and liberties are listed in the preamble of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688 which declares that  the oath is taken for the purpose of

" Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a contract with the people which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.

This contracts the Monarch to govern only according to the STATUTE, COMMON LAW, and the CUSTOM and to 'CAUSE LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all JUDGEMENTS'.

All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.

The two Houses of Parliament may upon their concurrence offer bills for ROYAL ASSENT.

A BILL is not ENACTED until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

Whilst the enacting power (a royal prerogative) of Royal Assent is entirely vested with the monarch it is contracted ONLY TO BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a limitation and essential safeguard to protect the people from any over mighty governance  [such as Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's NEW LABOUR and since DAVE'S PARTY]

 It was used  to defeat the Divine Right of Kings; a claim of absolute power by the Stuart monarchs.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, not the supremacy of CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.

There is certainly no Divine Right of Politicians.

The Coronation contract is of the Crown owing allegiance to the Constitution. The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.

Here is a system of mutual protection for there is a constitutional interdependence.

The MAGNA CARTA

made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.

THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY...

That which constitutionally binds the Monarch is a restriction upon Her Majesty, Her Government and all Parliamentary power.  The Monarch may do no wrong, but should she refuse by her negative power( the right to withhold assent) to

'LET WRONG BE DONE.'

[Millions of patriots have been waiting over four decades for:-

'Right to be Done!']

Sir William Blackstone confirms this. Whilst the monarch accepts the advice of ministers, they must only advise to do that which COMPLIES with the CONSTITUTION.  Plainly NO MONARCH is FREE to ASSENT to ADVICE that CONFLICTS with the CONSTITUTION in FORCE.

There is no authority in Parliament to pass any power of governance in England to those who hold or owe no allegiance. [such as the EU]

 There is no constitutional authority for Parliament to deliberately breach the constitutional laws by new   conflicting enactment.

 There is a natural duty resulting from the logic of our constitutional law to debate and resolve conflicts, if necessary by prior repeal.

 We must put an end to this form of 'legal' abuse, particularly through the misapplication of party politics.

 Most but not all of our constitution is written:- the Magna Carta, the Petition of Rights, the Declaration of Rights, the Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement and the Acts of Union etc. It has evolved over centuries with the expenditure of much blood. It has been abused and corrected many times. It was finally settled by the Glorious Revolution of 1688/9.

The Judicial function is to be the independent arbiter between party and party or party and government under the terms of our constitutional law.  The courts are bound to declare upon the constitutionality of an Act where it may prove to be an action of unconstitutional governance. The great examples of the Magna Carta, the Petition 1628, the Declaration & the Bill of Rights 1688/9 make this duty of the court utterly plain.

Judgement may only be given in accordance with the constraints of constitutional laws in force.  At all times the presumption of law and justice in mercy be upheld and used  in all judgements. This is the trust sand the pre-eminent public policy reposed in the judiciary.

The right of petition to the Monarch is an appeal direct to the source of power, the Monarch is under OATH and at LAW, bound to provide REMEDY. Where there are RIGHTS there are REMEDIES. Politicians and Parliament must abide by the terms of reference and DUTY to the CONSTITUTION.

A fixed and certain standard with protection and remedy are the true purpose of the Constitution.

WE MUST RECLAIM OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW FROM THE SUPPOSED DIVINE RIGHT OF OUR POLITICIANS.
