But in the hands of the enfeebled Tory government the process

WITHDRAWAL

 from the EU has been turned into the

GREATEST POLITICAL CRISIS

 since the

SECOND WORLD WAR .

Rather than embracing the

SPIRIT

of the

2016 VOTE

Westminster is gripped by

TURMOIL.

Amid the high-profile resignations, backbench revolts and fevered leadership speculation, the every very act of

DEPARTURE

is now threatened by the prospect of Parliamentary stalemate or a second referendum.

At the heart of this mess is a chronic failure of imagination and courage by the political establishment. Unable to contemplate life for Britain outside the EU, Theresa May and the ruling elite have produced a zombie Brexit proposal that could

LEAVE US IN A TWILIGHT ZONE OF INDEFINITE BRUSSELS CONTROL.

The DEAL is so unpopular that the Government is resorting to a desperate reprise of

PRODUCT FEAR

in their attempt to push it through the

COMMONS.

Yet institutionalised cowardice applies far more widely than just BREXIT.

What Ministers now suffer from

 is a collective lose of nerve

Paralysed by their own caution and ineptitude they seem to have abandoned faith in

CONSERVATIVE VALUES

preferring surrender

to the

PROGRESSIVE ORTHODOXY

The result is an accelerating breakdown in

CREDIBILITY  AND RESOLVE.

That pattern can be found in every field of governance. The Tories used to be the party of

LAW AND ORDER

but today they preside over a society where

CRIME IS SPIRALLING OUT OF CONTROL.

while the police are emasculated.

Official statistics show that 120 knife attacks are recorded every single day with the total of such offences surging to

21,602

in the first six months of 2018.

Similarly over the last year, overall violent crime went up by 19 per cent and robberies 23 per cent.

Yet in the face of this lawlessness police numbers continue to dwindle. Even when thugs are apprehended they are treated with dangerous leniency. A recent survey found that just a third of violent offenders are given custodial sentences.

When she first became Prime Minister Theresa May famously spoke of her determination to confront "burning injustices" But perhaps the greatest injustice of all is the acceptance by the state of appalling levels of criminality.

In the same vein, the Conservatives once had a reputation for strong defence, yet recent years have seen a dramatic decline in the strength of

OUR ARMED FORCES.

As disturbingly the spending priorities have been grossly warped by vain globalist ambitions. So over £6billion is squandered on two gigantic aircraft carriers, which consume much of the Royal Navy's resources in their own protection, though there are just two Border Force patrol boats to guard the entire English Channel...

More morally disgraceful is the Government's collusion with the current judicial witch-  hunts against military veterans who served in Ulster and Iraq. Such heroes, whose only crime was to do their duty, should be protected, not exposed to opportunistic legal vultures and compensation seekers.

In the past the Tories claimed to be the party of fiscal responsibility , yet now Mrs May eagerly declares that "austerity is over" , despite the

FACT

THAT OUR NATIONAL DEBT IS OVER

£1.7 TRILLION.

A PERFECT symbol of this profligacy is the £56billion HS2 rail project, which is a shambles that the current chairman Sir Terry Morgan, who has only been in the job four months, openly admitted at the weekend that he is likely to lose his job.  There are far better uses for

PUBLIC FUNDS

in transport than this monstrous vanity project'

 

The same politically motivated extravagance an be seen in the

FOREIGN AID PROJECT

which has just passed the

£14BILLION

-a year mark, more than the Government spends on the

POLICE.

Much of this colossal sum is,

WASTED

not only through

CORRUPTION AND MISMANAGEMENT that

but also by the encouragement of welfare dependency.

With epic self-delusion, Tory chieftains believe that such largesse shows they are no longer the "nasty party", to quote Mrs May's notorious phrase, but in reality, this gigantic exercise in subsidized virtue-signalling illustrates

THEIR CONTEMPT

FOR THE

PUBLIC PURSE

Nor would a genuinely self-confident Conservative government allow mass immigration on its current destructive scale.

The latest official figures show that

625,000

migrants settled here in the last year putting an intolerable strain on our civic infrastructure. Supporters of open borders like to extol the economic contribution made by new arrivals, but according to the Office  for National Statistics only

33 PER CENT

of them, little more than a third, were actually seeking work.

It is the same everywhere. The social revolution started by Tony Blair's  Labour  continues under May's Conservatives. So a nominally Tory  government imposes endless bureaucratic equality audits , obsesses about diversity, blathers about the fictional "gender pay gap" fuels the triumph of the aggressive transgender ideology and allows the erosion of

None of this will help the Conservatives retain power. Due to their incompetence over

BREXIT

there could be a general election soon, but they will not win in aping  the Labour Party.

The rediscovery of the traditional Tory ideals of pragmatism, competence and patriotism offer a  far surer route to

‘Wherever one goes in our country today the talk is all about the Common Market- should Britain go in, or should we stay out? Ministers in the government appear to be unable to explain clearly to us what it all really means!

 

For myself, I have always been opposed to Britain joining the Common Market- mainly on military and strategic grounds, a side of the argument, which seems to have escaped the attentions of the government.

 

 Further, it is my opinion that if we bind ourselves irrevocably to Europe it will mean the end of the British Commonwealth. The greatest stabilizing factor in international affairs since the Roman Empire would then be wantonly cast away.

 

And what about our staunch friends in Canada, Australia and New Zealand who are united with us by kindred ties of blood and speech?   Their soldiers fought under my command in the battlefields of Africa and Europe, and many gave their lives in order that we might have the freedom of action our country now enjoys and that the Commonwealth might endure.

 

Are we now to throw overboard our friends who came to our help in the crisis? Never!

 

Ministers tell us that Britain will join the Common Market if it can be done without damaging the Commonwealth. And they give us to understand that a way can be found which will satisfy all concerned; this is totally untrue.  Whatever Ministers may say, if we join the European Community it must have a damaging effect on the Commonwealth, and we are fooling ourselves if we think otherwise.

 

Too many political personalities are trying to sit on the fence as long as possible, lacking the courage to come out into the open and say what the issue really is [June 1962].  For instance, the government is trying to get the best of both worlds- to join the Common Market and also preserve the Commonwealth undamaged.  It cannot be done, and the fact cannot be stated too often and too clearly.

 

The six nations, which signed the treaty of Rome in March 1957, are France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg.  A close association of these nations economically will undoubtedly strengthen Western Europe, which is all to the good.  But the treaty not only professes to encourage unity, it enforces unity.

 

The intention behind the Rome Treaty is something more than the Common Market; there would be little point in the Treaty if that was to be all; the “ something more” is political unity, a Federation on the model of the USA.

 

We could not possibly take part in that; it might well mean that we would have our laws for us by Europeans and not by our Parliament [June 1962] What a frightful idea!  For all the reasons I am utterly opposed to our nation joining the Common Market.

 

I know very well all that has gone on in Europe since the war ended.  That experience, gained over many years of close association with the government of NATO, taught me that there is no true unity in Western Europe.  Too many of the nations are allies only in name; there is intense nationalism, and no nation is prepared to make any sacrifice of sovereignty for the common good of all.

 

I know the European peoples well, and I like them exceedingly; but that is not to say that we should tie ourselves to them.  We most certainly should not. Federal Germany has today the most powerful army in Western Europe; when the French cease to be embarrassed by Algeria, they will come second; Britain would be so outnumbered on the Continent that our voice in military affairs would be overborne.

 

At present we can deploy our armed forces about the world as our commitments dictate; but if we sign the Treaty of Rome the resultant emphasis on Europe would be the dominating factor; our freedom of action with regard to other Continents would be in grave danger. If we become part of a European Community we would be pledged willy-nilly to a common European strategy. And what would the result? I will tell you.

 

Our Bomber Command would be subject to orders from Europe. What might then become of the British nuclear deterrent?  Today, by special arrangement with NATO, we can deploy our fighter aircraft anywhere in the world; that flexibility would be in danger [as it would be today on the eve of St. George’s Day 22nd April 2004].

 

Once we sign the Treaty of Rome, our armed forces, Navy, Army, Air Force, would be subordinated in a crisis to orders from Europe – orders given, maybe, by a German general, whose nation has disturbed the peace of the world twice during the past 48 years.

 

Are we to put up with all this? Never!    

 

I stand for the British Commonwealth with our Queen at its head. But alas! it is not what it used to be when I was a boy. Let us then strengthen it; but will not do that by becoming entangled in the political system of Europe.

 

If the time should ever come when a third World War is fought between East and West, which God forbid, there is only one race under Heaven, which could stand, between the Western world and utter destruction in such a crisis. That is the race to which we belong – the British people- united by close ties of blood, speech and religion the world over.

 

Let us then keep clear of the Common market and the surrender of sovereignty, freedom of action, and military flexibility which membership would entail. We British are a great people; I often wonder what has come over us that we want to tie ourselves in with the nations of Continental Europe and chuck the Commonwealth overboard.

 

Let us continue to rely on our own strength and judgment. Let the Mother of Nations gather her children about her in obedience to the call of common kindred; do not let her cast away the affection of her offspring. Let her grasp the hand of her children and draw them closer to her – rather than desert them

Thus will the ancient heart be warmed and inspired – a heart, which is beating today just as firmly as ever it did in the days of

Trafalgar and El Alamein.

SOME of you will recall the novel

A Very British Coup,

subsequently made into an award-winning television series on Channel 4.

It was written by Labour MP Chris Mullin, published in 1982, and revolved around a conspiracy by the

MILITARY-THE MEDIA-BIG BUSINESS-M15

to bring down a Left-wing government.

At the time, the plot was entirely credible, since Britain was riven by strikes and revolution was in the air. I read the book as a young labour and industrial correspondent, and it made sense to me.

 The Bennites were in the ascendancy, Margaret Thatcher was horribly unpopular and it looked as if the wizened Hampstead Leftie Michael Foot-Worzel Gummidge, as Private Eye dubbed him-would be our next Prime Minister.

Mullin's assumptions were based  on hard fact. In the Seventies there had been well-founded reports about the Establishment plot to depose Labour's Harold Wilson.

In some quarters, there were even rumblings of a military coup.

A couple of years ago, when the un reconstructed Bennite Jeremy Corbyn became leader, Mullen talked about writing a sequel. He imagined the Funny  People orchestrating a putsch to thwart a democratically elected Corbyn government.

Trouble is, history has a habit of not working out as you expect. Although, as Marx said, history does have the capacity to repeat itself, first as tragedy, then as farce. That's where we are right now. Except tragedy and farce are running in tandem.

WE are in the middle of

A VERY BRITISH COUP

but not as Mullin predicted. What we're seeing is an elaborate, well-financed and coordinated plot to overturn as extreme Left-wing Prime Minister

BUT

the democratically expressed will of the British people.

It's being mounted by the Government of the day, aided and abetted by Big Business and the Civil Service.

Right over Brexit .

[The EDP has over decades seen much evidence of this very fact and though continually bringing evidence to the surface nobody appears to be interested whether it is lack of Bobbies -on-the beat - Health Service in crisis-Pot-holes-closed Police Stations...Britons on worst State Pensions in the Europe-even Portugal is marginally more. And a bloated -wasteful and grotesque so-called FOREIGN AID which even some regimes as recipients have requested to be stopped .

One minute Dominic Raab, who attempted to make a go of being Brexit Secretary, is a principled pragmatic operator of the highest praise.

The next, when he is forced to resign because Mother Theresa has deliberately undermined his position and then lied about it, he's dismissed as a disloyal traitor. And If I hear anyone else demanding a second

'People's Vote'

I'll scream.

All they want to do is reverse the referendum result or give us three options so they can split the

To be honest, I can't take much more of this patronising guff. The Beeb's idea of discerning commentators these days seems to extend no further than 'Baroness' Shameless Chuckabutty, Potty Toynbee and Mad Alastair Campbell, the author of the dodgy dossier which took into an

ILLEGAL WAR IN IRAQ.

 

As I believe I may have observed before. Campbell is the only bloke I know with a certificate to prove he's sane.

And don't get me started on the CBI which throughout my career has been wrong about everything from joining the euro to the Thatcher reforms. The CBI speaks only for monopolistic, multinational megacorps, not the small-to-medium businesses which are the backbone of our economy and always get the rough end  of the pineapple from Brussels - even though they don't sell so much as a brass washer outside British borders.

Twenty-five-odd years ago, covering a CBI conference in Glasgow, I watched the chairman of Dunlop taking the stage wearing a kilt and waving a Union Jack, as part of an I'm Backing Britain campaign. The following week he sold the company to the Japanese.

These are the same people bnow claiming to have British interests at the heart of their determination to

The final straw came when the arrogant Amber Rudd was restored to Government over the weekend and immediately demanded loyalty and unity around Mrs May's 'deal'.  Her commitment to 'loyalty' hasn't stopped her trashing Cabinet colleagues in the past.

This fanatically pro-EU women who oozes an inter-galactic sense of  entitledment from every pore, is the sister of the PR spiv Roland Rudd, who is paid a small fortune to run

PROJECT FEAR

on behalf of his well-healed clients.

Just imagine if one of Boris's siblings was cashing in on

BREXIT.

The calls from Remainers for the police to investigate would be deafening. By Sunday, I'd had enough and reached the point where I came over all Tom Robinson.

I've given up reading the papers,

I've given up watching TV.

 

LOOK, I repeat, for those of you who missed it the first time round, even tungsten-tipped hard Brexiteers like me accept there will have to be some concessions if we're going to escape from the EU straitjacket.

And I do think the prospect of a Marxist Corbynista government is too horrible to contemplate.

But I also believe its 1992 all over again. This is Mother Theresa's

The more I see of the EU's rude (and unelected) bullies, the more I yearn for us to call their bluff and walk away.

NOT long ago I resigned from a club I had joined a quarter of a century  earlier. The Secretary thanked me politely for having been a member and wished me all the best in the future,

There were no threats or insults and certainly no demand to go on paying a share of the costs of the club-rent, rates and the pension obligations of staff-after I had gone.

Leaving the European Union is a different matter. Not only are we expected to continue paying our portion of the future pension liabilities (which may be as much as a ransom payment of untold billions, we are also being constantly lectured to and harried and abused by Brussels panjandrums.

I've no doubt millions of my fellow countrymen share my amazement at the tone of these admonishments which resembles that of a strident ill-tempered teach dressing down an incorrigibly disobedient pupil.

The extraordinary thing is that while our accusers are unremittingly rude and overbearing towards us, our own negotiators led by Brexit secretary David Davis are unfailingly well-mannered and accommodating.

 The most risible of the EU bovver boys is Jean-Claude Juncker  , President of the European Commission. Last March, he boasted that no other country would want to leave the EU having seen how harshly Britain had been punished.

From the more sinuous and intelligent Michael Barnier, the EU's chief negotiator, we have had multiple threats. Earlier this month, he said he wanted to use Brexit to 'teach the British people and others

WHAT LEAVING THE EU MEANS.

Only last week, in a characteristically terse and charmless intervention, he insisted that Britain produce its Brexit proposals 'as soon as this week'. I marvel that Mr Davis can keep his cool under such provocation.

Then there is the irascible Guy Verhofstadt, the European Parliament's man in the talks, who endlessly chides the Government. He declared its plan was 'not serious, fair or even possible given the negotiating time remaining'. British politicians needed 'to be more honest about the complexities Brexit creates'.

Another member of the gang is Donald Tusk, President of the EU Council. In an unusually constructive statement on Tuesday, he said he was 'cautiously optimistic' about the progress of talks. But he then spoilt it all by insisting there was 'not sufficient progress yet' to begin discussions over a trade deal.

By that he means the EU sets the agenda and timetable for talks, not us. Brussels high-handedly refuses to discuss post-Brexit trade arrangements until the Government has agreed to a ransom payment, and offered acceptable safeguards about the legal status of EU citizens in Britain and the border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic.

Let me observe in passing that, with the exception of Mr Verhofstadt, none of these gentlemen has been elected to their powerful jobs. And yet they treat our own elected representatives — from Theresa May downwards — with less grace than is due an incompetent parish councillor.

Isn't it a strange sort of negotiation when one side continually threatens or abuses the other while maintaining that it, and it alone, has the right to decide how talks between the two parties should proceed? Needless to say, I find it is highly offensive that a respectable, law-abiding and hardly negligible sovereign state should be intimidated in this way by a bunch of mostly unelected Eurocrats.

But even more than feeling anger, I am grieved by this aggression. Despite deciding to leave the EU — and what a peremptory and arrogant organisation it is in the hands of Barnier and his intemperate colleagues — we are part of Europe, and wish to remain friends with all its countries.

History seems to count for nothing in the minds of these bullies. Have they forgotten how, more than seven decades ago, Britain impoverished itself, and sacrificed hundreds of thousands, in helping to restore freedom to the European continent?

And throughout the Cold War, British troops in Germany played a leading role in defending Western Europe against the threat of a Soviet invasion.

There may be no such thing as abiding gratitude in the affairs of nations. Yet the absence of even a few tattered remnants of respect or affection in these supercilious bureaucrats is shocking.

I can understand that they may have been hurt and bewildered by our decision to leave, and they should feel that their plan for a united Europe has been imperilled.

But there is no justification — after the horrific history of the last century, when this country bled itself for the freedom of Europe in two world wars — for the constant rebukes, and the imprecations of punishment.

A punishment, moreover, which if delivered would damage EU countries at least as much as us, since they enjoy a considerable trade surplus with Britain, which post-Brexit will be the European Union's biggest trading partner.

The truth is that until this moment the Government has played the game entirely on the EU's terms — accepting their agenda instead of our own, and absorbing their brickbats without complaint or hint of retaliation.

But if the European Union continues to be stubbornly unreasonable after Mrs May's conciliatory speech in Florence last Friday, the Government should consider breaking off negotiations and, as the leading Eurosceptic Iain Duncan Smith puts it, 'call the EU's bluff on trade'.

In their infuriatingly schoolmasterly way, EU leaders will consider at their summit in just over three weeks whether 'sufficient progress' has been made on talks for them to allow all-important trade negotiations to go ahead.

If their answer is 'No', the Government should walk away for the time being in order to let the repercussions of the EU's domineering approach sink in. It may begin to dawn on them that they have at least as much, if not more, to lose.

According to an entirely plausible report by researchers at Belgium's University of Leuven which was published earlier this week, in the event of there being no agreement, and Britain reverting to World Trade Organisation tariffs, the EU would lose more than twice as many jobs as this country.

They reckon the return of tariffs to goods and services would cost just over half a million British jobs, and more than 1.2 million jobs in the remaining 27 EU states.


  I hope there will be a deal, but not at the expense of this country being humiliated at every turn, and forced to stump up an extortionate amount of money in return for access to the single market.

The more that I see of the EU and its institutions, the gladder I am that we are leaving this dysfunctional club. I'm sure the rudeness and bullying of overmighty EU bureaucrats will have confirmed most Leavers in their views, and converted not a few Remainers.

In a mammoth speech on Tuesday extolling the virtues of a united Europe — despite most Europeans not wanting such an eventuality — President Macron of France suggested that Britain might want to re-join a reinvigorated EU.

It's kind of him to think of us but, on the basis of the appalling record of Brussels satraps over the past few months, it is an offer we will just have to refuse.

WE expected that they would have kept at arms length ,at the time, that  a distance between them would have given more confidence to Brexiteers that the negotiations would not be a 'SELL OUT' which in some areas such as our Fishing Fields and the sovereignty of our sea lanes... we now have our suspicions. ]

UPDATE:

We want to share the update to Sean David Morton’s saga with his legal battle with you—his friends, supporters, defenders, and loved ones.

When we first started helping Sean with his legal research, we thought it would be a routine task and only a month or two of work.  After beginning the research, it became clear there was a rabbit hole of hidden conspiracy within conspiracy to take him down and that it has a lot more to do with who he is and his role as a radio show host and author covering government cover-ups than actual criminality.

What we uncovered took months of long days and intense focus.  Together with your generous support enabling us to have the time to research, we were able to find the connection between Sean’s case and the Lois Lerner IRS scandal that reveals ongoing political targeting of conservatives.

We left no stone unturned, even doing background checks on the jury and witnesses, etc.  You won’t believe what we found:

The government went all out to take down Sean and silence his radio show:

  1. Hiring a government contractor to make false claims in Sean and his wife Melissa’s records;
  2. Planting Obama’s head campaign manager for the 2012 re-election campaign in the jury (expert in DoD military infiltration, political consultant and political operative who advised Obama when the IRS scandal began to sway the 2012 election);
  3. Bringing in the former IRS commissioner Mark Everson under an alias to testify to information records.  Everson ran against Trump for president and Sean’s arrest was timed to interfere with the Trump 2016 election;
  4. Blatant IRS perjury and false records were used as the only evidence;
  5. Intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence that exonerates Sean and Melissa and impeaches the government (the government already charged Sean’s tax preparers as the cause of these same offenses in two other cases then the government hid those cases to pretend Sean and his wife did the taxes and instruments themselves);
  6. Much more…  on and on it goes.

The Next Steps

Next, if this expedited motion for summary disposition is denied (we think it can be granted, but we know they are tricky so we are preparing for the worst while hoping for the best), we will have a full appeal brief ready to file by the due date of November 29th, 2018.

We are also starting to prepare the backup plan to help Sean file for habeas corpus in order to try every speedy remedy available because the issues in this appeal are quite extensive.  With such an extensive amount of minutia details involved, if Sean is forced into the full brief, it will likely take quite a while for the court to research and resolve such a large amount of tedious details.  The goal is to use this motion and the writ of habeas corpus to cut to the chase and get Sean out of prison as quickly as possible.

We intend to make this go quicker than a full appeal by holding the government accountable for their jurisdictional mistakes and bad motives to prosecute Sean based on his exercise of first amendment protected speech, association, and media.  So far we have helped Sean prepare six expedited motions to cover every angle, and we won’t stop until he wins.

The next couple of months will be very busy by helping Sean try to re-open the Lois Lerner emails and IRS scandal to get the proof of how Sean and his wife are both victims of the political targeting scandal against conservatives (and admitted plot to jail radio hosts like Sean).  The criminal investigation of IRS was closed because there was no injured party with evidence, but Sean was actually falsely jailed due to the IRS illegally targeting conservative political foes, and therefore he can hopefully force the case to re-open.

Sean wants to turn his hardship to light and directly challenge the Chevron deference case that allows agencies to make, interpret, and enforce their own rules.  That case is literally the most important case in American jurisprudence and why America has the highest prison population.  Overturning Chevron is Justice Kavanaugh’s plan, and why there was such a fight to keep him from being confirmed.  Now that Justice Kavanaugh is confirmed, Sean may be able to bring his Chevron challenge to the Supreme Court and finally overturn it.

The fight will not be over when Sean wins this appeal.  Freedom isn’t free, we need to demand it and insist on it for each generation and now is the time to stand up, do the hard work, and be heard.

If all goes as planned, the government will not be able to overcome the motions for summary disposition being filed now and Sean will be able to prove he is entitled to dismiss all charges with no new trial.

We look forward to the truth coming to light and to finally being able to clear Sean and his wife Melissa’s good names in an expedited way.  Thank you again so much for your support!  These motions and appeal could not have been done so thoroughly without your support and Sean sends his love and thanks to you.

Archcriminal Netanyahu seeks immunity by squealing on his bosses

The following letter was received in response to the statement in our report of 11-05-2018 which said:  “Of more interest, a female MKUltra victim who is being targeted by microwave weapons flew over from Spain to ask for WDS protection.  She appears to be working for the Jesuits, who are not necessarily enemies of the WDS.”  This letter has been translated from the Spanish.

Dear Benjamin,

I am going to write this email to you although there is no necessity, as I am going to read it to you in person, but I do it so all the people who are spying on you and me, which are a few, can read this.

First I want to thank you for all your kindness and support, but also I want to tell you to show me just one proof.  Not a million or a hundred, but just one proof that I am an agent of the Jesuits.  I am sorry, Ben, but I could only laugh when I read that.  Also, because you know you even went to the P2 Lodge of the Vatican to speak with them in person to learn their opinion in person (the extermination of 90% of humankind), and after that they even tried to kill you, showing how evil they are.

But you could not ask me while I was by your side if it were true what your sources told you.  Although I have only known you for a few days, I consider you my friend, as you have only shown me kindness and I think I also I have treated you fairly and justly at all times.  I am one of the honest persons of the planet and I totally hate lies.  And that is why I admire you and you are my favorite newspaper, because you are fighting for the truth.  And I do believe the only reason worth fighting for is love, peace, truth, freedom, and justice that for me are all one and the same.

Having said that I could only laugh when I read it in your article, because I was an atheist until recently almost my whole life, and my concept of God is that all is love and we are all one.  The only religion I always really felt a deep connection with is Buddhism, because they do not believe in gods but the enlightenment of all.  I love meditation because it means the control of your thoughts and therefore your actions and feelings.

My conclusion is:  Don’t you believe is very weird that the conspiracy book I just began to write and I have sent you (that someone broke illegally into my house to erase and the police refused to report when I went to denounce it), which begins with the financial system and groups of power and secret societies, and the only part written of this first chapter is about the Jesuits, not exactly speaking well of them, but quite the contrary?

My book is just notes now.  I wrote the Jesuit part first because in my notebooks of the conspiracy (where I have written all the interesting facts I have found over the years so I don’t forget them), I started investigating them, that’s all.  But don’t you think is very suspicious that they accuse me of being an agent of the Jesuits when the only part written of this chapter is the Jesuits?  I guess someone did not like that fact at all.  Don’t you think?  To accuse me with false accusations.  Although I believe most Jesuits may be really good people—the ones in poor areas living in a humble way with honest and pure hearts helping the most vulnerable—I also do believe that the very top is very corrupt and it is not just me, but popes, heads of state like Napoleon, and Jesuit priests themselves who have believed this throughout many centuries.  And not to forget that it was a Jesuit teacher who founded the Illuminati.

In any case, according to Cobra they have founded ISIS using the name of the Goddess of Love as a perversion to create terror and evil.  And they are at the very top of the chain of command of the planetary psychopaths (as I call them).  I am totally against any war and I am very upset about the war in Syria.  That is one of the many reasons that these people are targeting me.

I was never into any religion, secret society, or cult, although when I first started to investigate the conspiracy I was asked to found a lodge by one of my friends from my teenagers (the former Secretary of the Communist Party in Spain) and I refused.  This is another reason these people are targeting me and after I refused, the harassment started almost five years ago now.  I have nothing against Masons—probably most are really nice people—but I do not have to be persecuted just because I don’t want to be one of them.

About being an MKUltra victim—I was never a mind-controlled slave victim.  We all are, to some extent, as we have all grown up surrounded by this mind-control mental-slave matrix dictatorship.  But they are raping me while I am sleeping and unconscious, maybe drugging me, as I have woken up with needle wounds for many years now (actually since I refused to found the lodge), and I have the recordings to prove it now which I have given you.  And also I am targeted 24/7 with Direct Energy Weapons that have created in me many wounds and scars, and I can prove this with sound recordings (that you can hear during the rapes) and many pictures.

I was never trained as a programmed MKUltra slave and I am totally against it.  I hate what they do to them and I am totally against slavery in any shape or form.  I actually believe someone really free would never enslave any human being or living creature.  Someone really free just wants everybody to be free.  Only a deranged mental-slave psychopath would want to enslave others and turn them into slaves.  And although Cobra said all Lightworkers were taken to bases for programming from 1996 to 2001, I am not brainwashed and they could not stop my awakening.

In any case, I think they are harassing me 24/7 and raping me and doing experiments on me while I am sleeping because I am not a brainwashed person, I am not a sheroot—a zombie—and I am never going to be.  My aim is to be awakened, to love, share, and be honest, generous, kind, and respectful with everybody.  My aim is the liberation of all human beings, the whole universe, and myself.  The only law that should exist in my opinion is just peace and love.

“Jesus Christ to marry Asian Goddess” as East-West secret societies agree to save planet

At present there are several competing plans being presented at the highest levels of world power.  The Vatican and the P2 Freemasons want to make funds available to existing nation-states through selected individuals, P2 sources say.  The Chinese have already started their work through their One Belt One Road program.  The white hats in the Pentagon and the military-industrial complex are promoting their NESARA and GESARA Global Currency Reset ideas.

Enough money is theoretically available for all of these projects to go ahead simultaneously.  However, there is agreement that any release of funds will have to be firmly connected to reality and real-world projects if we are to avoid hyperinflation or asset inflation, as we have under the current system.

The White Dragon Society has also put forward proposals that have been given initial approval by both Eastern and Western secret societies, WDS sources say.  The WDS proposal is as follows:  The creation of at least two competing future planning agencies.  Each would have a governing board of seven people selected from seven regions:  China, East Asia excluding China, Europe including Russia, the Muslim world, India, Africa, and the Americas.  All decisions would be reached by majority vote and vetoes would be limited to individual regions.

Proposed headquarter locations for the Western agency are Winnipeg, Canada, the exact geographical center of North America;  and Buenos Aires, Argentina (the Pope’s home).  For Asia, Nara, Japan, Laos, and Singapore are being proposed.  Negotiations are ongoing and no final decision has been reached.

However, it has been confirmed that over $200 billion in gold-backed funds will be available to start the agency as soon as the appropriate legal documents are prepared, BIS sources say.

Finding hope amid despair, a flicker of light in the blackest tunnel, is a key Christian virtue. Even so, for us proud Anglicans yesterday’s news about the latest churchgoing habits was pretty bleak.

The British Social Attitudes survey found the number of people who belong to a religion has for the first time dropped below half of the population.

Only 47 per cent of us now align ourselves with an organised religion and only 15 per cent say we follow the Church of England. Fifteen per cent!

As the U.S. novelist Raymond Chandler nearly said, it’s enough to make a bishop kick a hole in a stained-glass window. If only they would.
 

Cliches

Unfortunately, today’s bishops are too wet to be stirred to such action.

As for the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, he only seems interested in issuing Left-wing cliches about Brexit and egalitarianism.

The fundamentals and the mysteries of belief never seem to pass the lips of this outwardly dull ex-oil executive.

Yesterday’s statistics suggest the C of E is in a dire state.

Here is a once mighty civilising influence, an institution which from the time of Henry VIII has helped mould our sense of national identity and the British character.

It has for 500 years helped the poor and spread ideas of mercy and justice. Its Book Of Common Prayer and King James Bibles are wonders of world literature. This most lyrically Protestant of Churches has for half a millennium defined laws and inner horizons on morality and mortality.

Now barely one in six of us admits to being an Anglican and more than half of us set our faces against any organised idea of the spiritual and transcendent.

As for the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, he only seems interested in issuing Left-wing cliches about Brexit and egalitarianism.

The fundamentals and the mysteries of belief never seem to pass the lips of this outwardly dull ex-oil executive.

Yesterday’s statistics suggest the C of E is in a dire state.

Here is a once mighty civilising influence, an institution which from the time of Henry VIII has helped mould our sense of national identity and the British character.

It has for 500 years helped the poor and spread ideas of mercy and justice. Its Book Of Common Prayer and King James Bibles are wonders of world literature. This most lyrically Protestant of Churches has for half a millennium defined laws and inner horizons on morality and mortality.

Now barely one in six of us admits to being an Anglican and more than half of us set our faces against any organised idea of the spiritual and transcendent.

Instead, he gave us his views on . . . the economy. He was putting his name to a report by a Blairite think-tank about economic justice and telling us (not that anyone was listening) Britain’s ‘economic model is broken’ and ‘we need to make fundamental choices about the sort of economy we need’.

Oh, and he was writing an opinion article for the Financial Times. That’s really going to bring in the faithful.

The report promoted yesterday by Welby had all the usual buzzwords and phrases of the London centre-Left: social commission . . . gap between rich and poor . . . new vision for the economy . . . zzzzzz.

If there is anything deader than the Church of England it is the language of our patronising, technocratic, liberal Archbishop Welby, fiddling as Christian England burns.

As a deputy warden of a (healthy) Herefordshire church and the husband of a country-church organist, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry or rage, like some helmeted Crusader, at my Church’s travails.

Most of my fellow congregants will probably just fall back on the numb hope that in due course, as has been the way in history, churchgoing attitudes will change and the British people will again start asking themselves questions about death and the daunting hereafter.

It happened in the Dark Ages and in the 19th century, when congregations revived. But history does not always repeat itself and this is no time for complacency. If trends continue, we could face the effective disappearance of Christianity from these islands. What will replace it? Islam?

The Anglican hierarchy should formulate a plan to stem this decline in church attendances, but is pathetically ill-matched to the task.

Some might ask: what is the point of the Church of England? But it boils down, in the short term, to something more awkwardly personal: What is the point of the Archbishop of Canterbury?

I have never met Justin Welby. I suspect he is a godly and devout and honourable man.

The tragedy is he cannot radiate those qualities. I know it is uncharitable to say, but he is proving a dud. A non-event.

He’s a Blairite/Cameroon archbishop for a Brexit/Trump/Corbyn age.

His activities yesterday said it all. Instead of concentrating on his day job — trying to fill emptying pews — he was filling his time with the Institute for Public Policy Research, a Centrist Establishment body loved by New Labour.

The bishops are out of step with many Anglican churchgoers on Brexit. After last year’s EU referendum, one Sunday we were lectured with an episcopal letter saying what a disaster it was.

I don’t suppose a single person in church that day agreed with our bishop on the matter — yet we had this political view rammed down our gullets in the name of religion.

What the heck has Brexit got to do with religion?

Margaret Thatcher (another churchgoer snobbishly alienated by senior Anglicans) said if you stand in the middle of the road, you will be run down from both directions.

The same is true in ecclesiastical leadership. In recent decades, top Anglicans have been terrified of being outspoken, one way or the other. Apologised almost for their own shadows. They have wrung their hands instead of wringing our withers.

And how topsy-turvy things have become. Even yesterday, while Welby droned on about the economy, Tory ex-leader Iain Duncan Smith and 43 other MPs were talking about a need for Britain to devote more importance to family life. We seldom hear such forthright words from the priesthood.

I believe the Church of England will survive and prosper. It will do so from two ends of the spectrum — its evangelical and its traditional wings, which both offer a clear view.

The one part of Anglicanism doomed to failure, alas, is the Centrist element personified by its current leader,

Christianity is the generic name of a number of different religions, some of which have only an adventitious connexion with the Gospel of Christ.  Genuine religious revivals occur from time to time, and have a starting, but short-lived, popular success. They are difficult to predict, and they seem more congenial to the so-called Celtic temperament, for example in Wales, than  to the more stolid character of the English. There are no signs at all that any outburst of religious enthusiasm is likely to occur in England in the twentieth century.  Superficially, the organized religious  bodies seem to be slowly losing ground.  The emancipation of women, and the education which they now receive, have assimilated their mental outlook to that of men, and this has been injurious to the interests of institutional religion, much more in the north of Europe than in the Latin countries, where the position of women has changed less.  These tendencies have led many  to expect a gradual disappearance of religion from its age-long position as one of the most potent factors in social life.  In much of our most modern literature it is simply left out of account.  But a serious thinker, whatever his personal convictions, will be slow to believe in such a rapid and subversive change in human nature.   He may even doubt whether the decay of Christianity has not been much more apparent than real.  The essence of Christianity is, as Nietzsche said, a "transvaluation of all values," a conviction about the position of man in relation to the unseen Divine Power who made and governs the universe.  It is essentially a religious idealism, which traces its origins to a historical revelation. It appeals very strongly to those who are susceptible to such a call, but, as its Founder repeatedly warned his disciples, it is never likely to be acceptable to the majority.   The Believers were to be the salt of the earth, or like leaven hid in three measures of meal.

 "The Spirit of Truth" is a Spirit whom "the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not neither knoweth him."

The Church, however, was not long content to appeal to the anima naturaliter Christiana, or to the penitent sinner who often has the makings of a saint.   It issued irreligious appeals, in the form of lurid threats and gorgeous promises, to the irreligious, and by a means of unholy alliances with the secular arm became, at least nominally, the creed of everybody.   But it is the law that a religion which gains power by non-religious methods [ As do Muslim Fundamentalists in Mosques in England in 2017 with their aim of a ISLAMIC STATE] invariably uses it for non-religious ends.  Church history in the so-called ages of faith presents a most unedifying spectacle.  What  has happened in our day (1938)  is  that these non-religious appeals have lost their cogency.   Partly from discoveries in natural science, but still more from the growth of the scientific attitude in weighing evidence, the materialistic pictures of bliss and torment, which once produced a certain effect, are now either rejected or interpreted in a very symbolical sense.   Deprived of these weapons, the Church has proceeded to secularize itself, and to present the Gospel as ca prophecy of " a good time coming" in this world. 

 But this is quite obviously not Christianity, and the laity do not like  the priest in politics.

So the Churches against their will, are thrown back upon their real message and their own business.

There  is no reason to think that the strictly religious appeal of

CHRISTIANITY

is less powerful than it ever was; but , as always, it is an appeal which does not attract the majority.

The proper attitude of the Church is frankly to accept this position, which is that of the Founder himself, and to find its usefulness in steadily holding before the nation a heroic and noble ideal of belief and conduct, in contrast with the secularity, greed, and hypocrisy of society in general.  So purified from extraneous accretions, Christianity may in the future exercise an incalculably beneficent influence upon the life of the nation, and may win the allegiance of many who at present stand aloof from it.

THE TRUTH that BRUSSELS cannot BEAR:

PEOPLE CRAVE NATIONAL IDENTITY.

What happened in Catalonia on Sunday was shaming and shocking in a modern European state. Spanish police bludgeoned and assaulted defenceless civilians who were simply trying to exercise their democratic right.

First and foremost, this is a terrible crisis for the wrong-headed, bully-boy government in Madrid. After the unedifying spectacle of police attacking blameless voters, the chances must surely have increased of Catalonia – Spain’s most prosperous region with some 7.5million inhabitants – seceding.

But it is also an enormous crisis for the European Union, which in recent weeks has said almost nothing as the Spanish authorities arrested officials arranging an independence referendum on behalf of the devolved Catalan government.

One reason he did not do so in the case of Spain is that it is one of the most obedient pro-EU countries in Europe, which seldom defies the will of Brussels, or causes trouble for Juncker and his ilk.

But there is an even deeper reason for the Commission’s silence. The events in Catalonia challenge at a deep level its project for ever closer union, about which both Juncker and President Emmanuel Macron of France have ventilated in recent weeks.

For how can there be an amicable union between the EU’s nation states if some of those nations are themselves deeply divided and fractious, as is plainly the case with Catalonia and Spain?

Here is a region of largely Catalan-speaking people who regard themselves as culturally distinct. A sizeable proportion of them yearn to break free from Spain, even though Catalonia has been part of the country for hundreds of years.

Sunday’s vote illuminates a truth which Brussels cannot bear. There are many people in Europe for whom the atavistic call of identity counts far more than any exhortation about forging a European superstate

That, after all, was one of the main messages of Brexit – that the majority of voters in our own ancient nation resent the undemocratic control of Brussels, and have no wish to be sucked into a united Europe.

For Brussels, the example of Britain was bad enough, and it has set about trying to punish us for having had the effrontery to want to leave. In a sense, the demonstration of Catalan nationalism is even more alarming to the federalists because this show of independence is happening inside one of the EU’s nation states.

How is it possible, they wonder, for the pan-European project to proceed if some EU countries are in danger of fracturing? The terror in Brussels is that if Catalonia were allowed to break away, regions in other member states could follow suit. Instead of coalescing into an amorphous whole, some EU nations might fall apart.

Belgium, whose capital, Brussels, is the seat of EU expansionism, is divided. The Flemish-speaking region of Flanders, which constitutes about 60 per cent of the country’s population, is at daggers drawn with the French-speaking minority.

Many people in northern Italy long to be rid of the impoverished south, which is relatively unproductive and, in the view of northerners, consumes more than its fair share of government spending. The Right-wing Northern League has campaigned with some success for independence for the north, and imagines a separate country called Padania.

France faces an independence movement in the island of Corsica. Meanwhile the cohesion of Spain is threatened not just by free-spirited Catalans but also by militant Basques, part of whose territory lies in France.

Romania and Slovakia both have unhappy Hungarian minorities. Even in Poland’s region of Silesia, much of which used to be ruled by Germany until 1945, there are stirrings of an independence movement.

All over Europe apparently unified countries are harried by breakaway groups which have a strong sense of separate identity. If Catalonia were allowed to go it alone, who knows what might come next?
 

The problem for Brussels is that it is used to dealing with individual nation states but is powerless to intervene in unruly regions. That is why the Commission has remained so quiet in the case of Catalonia apart from expressing a few words of solidarity with Spain.

By the way, the British response has been regrettably supine. Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson stressed his support for the Spanish government in a tweet. As the leading Brexiteer he should surely have been more critical of Madrid’s use of violence.

The Spanish government, it must be said, has behaved rashly and brutishly. Arguably some Catalan separatist political parties have been unwise in deliberately engineering a confrontation.

But given that the Catalan government had made numerous requests to hold a referendum on independence – after Spain’s constitutional court had controversially declared in 2010 that Catalonia was not a nation – what was it to do having been rebuffed time and time again? If it had possessed a modicum of good sense, the Spanish government would have allowed the referendum to go ahead. Had the vote been in favour of independence, it could have then questioned its legal status.

But to arrest Catalan officials, to close a large number of polling stations, and then to clobber innocent voters were acts of unbelievable stupidity as well as nastiness.

It passes understanding how the prime minister of Spain, Mariano Rajoy, can say that democracy has prevailed. The opposite is true.

Imagine if two or three years hence the Scottish National Party’s Nicola Sturgeon were to hold a referendum without the approval of Westminster – by no means an unthinkable eventuality.

In fact, her case would be much weaker than that of the Catalan government since there has already been one legal referendum in Scotland in 2014, which was said by the SNP leader Alex Salmond at the time to be the last for a generation.

Even so, it is inconceivable that a new unofficial referendum in Scotland would be met by the authorities in Westminster with police wielding batons and firing rubber bullets. Such a wild over-reaction would inevitably give a boost to Scottish nationalism – as, I have no doubt, the cause of Catalan nationalism will have benefited from Sunday’s onslaught.

The truth is that the Spanish state has a very restricted conception of democracy. We should know that already from its desire to shoehorn Gibraltar into Spain despite 99 per cent of its citizens having voted in a 2002 referendum to remain British.

God alone knows what will happen now in Catalonia. Unless the Spanish government agrees to an official referendum – an unlikely prospect – there will probably be deadlock. I am afraid there is also the possibility of more violence on both sides.

Justifying and supporting the Madrid government is the European Commission in all its absurdity, dreaming dreams of a union which the people of Europe do not want. It will do its utmost to ensure that Catalonia doesn’t interfere with its grandiose scheme.

Will Remainers look at Catalonia and reflect that we have a quieter and more civilised way of dealing with our differences in this country? I don’t know. What I do know is that every day I am ever more relieved that we are leaving this misguided club.

This has been a difficult month for Jean- Claude Juncker. Film footage of the European Commission president staggering around the Nato summit was followed by an excoriating personal attack on him by a doyen of the Brussels Press corps, amid claims of morning gin sessions, befuddled judgment and rampant cronyism.

This week, Juncker managed to get through a White House session with Donald Trump without any embarrassing incidents — apart from kissing the President — and emerged with a temporary ceasefire in the latest transatlantic trade war.

Yet, as he heads off on holiday ahead of his final months in the job, there is already an inescapable sense of power draining away from the man in charge of 32,000 of Europe's highest-paid bureaucrats.

This month's savaging by a highly respected French veteran of Brussels politics in the pages of The Spectator and elsewhere has only added to the impression that wobbly-on-his-pins Juncker is already yesterday's man.

The real power in Brussels is now wielded by his secretary-general Martin Selmayr, a 47-year-old German lawyer and fanatical Euro-federalist hailed as a scheming blend of Star Wars baddie Darth Vader, Rasputin and Blackadder.

These may be colourful comparisons for a detail-obsessed functionary, but they are ones he seems to rather enjoy. And when it comes to Brexit, his view is pretty clear: no mercy for the perfidious Brits.

Thus far, Selmayr is perhaps best known in Britain for reportedly leaking the details of a key Brexit dinner at Downing Street between Theresa May and Juncker last year (a charge he has denied), and for mocking the England football team for crashing out of the World Cup. But expect to hear a lot more about Europe's top civil servant in the coming months.

The EU is gearing up for an autumn showdown with the UK ahead of the fast-approaching Brexit deadline. This week, Europe's Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier, rejected the central plank of Theresa May's latest Brexit proposals — her so-called Chequers plan — just as she was packing her bags for a European road trip to promote them.

Standing alongside Barnier at the Commission rostrum was Britain's new Brexit secretary, Dominic Raab, who last weekend warned that Britain would remove its offer of a £40 billion severance payment from the Brexit table without a satisfactory deal.

'Oh no you won't,' M Barnier told him very publicly this week — no doubt egged on by Selmayr.

For here in Brussels, it is not Juncker or Barnier, and certainly not Theresa May, who is deemed to hold the key to what happens next. People are no longer so impressed with fast-declining German Chancellor Angela Merkel, either. The big question is: what does Martin think?

Nothing, it seems, happens here without a nod from Martin Selmayr, the man who has gone from being 'the most powerful man in Brussels' to 'by far the most powerful man in Brussels', having recently orchestrated a brazen takeover of the top slot in this temple of bureaucracy.

That a group of 28 (for now) democracies should be quite so in thrall to an unelected German academic-turned-lawyer- turned-spin doctor-turned-civil servant might serve as a pretty plausible argument for leaving. Yet everyone at the Berlaymont, the vast headquarters of the European Commission, seems in awe of the man they call 'the Berlaymonster' or 'the Beast of Brussels'.

Unsurprisingly, it turns out that Selmayr was the real architect of this week's EU/US truce, at a meeting with Trump's economic adviser, Larry Kudlow. And he will certainly play a key role in determining the sort of Brexit we are offered. As one Brussels insider put it to me: 'If Martin has his way, it will be not so much a deal as a punishment beating.'

So who is the formidable operator running this gargantuan bureaucracy as well as the thirsty ex-politician nominally in charge of the place?

Born in 1970 to an academic family, Selmayr is your quintessential member of the European elite. Having acquired a fistful of law degrees at universities in Germany, Switzerland, Britain (King's College London) and the University of California, he speaks three languages (German, French and English) fluently plus enough Russian, Spanish, Polish and Italian to get by.

When not running the EU's civil service, he has three honorary academic positions (two in Germany, one in Austria) and has written or contributed to more than 70 legal publications. Ambitious civil servants know not to forget his full title — 'Professor Doctor Selmayr' — when addressing the master.

After youthful stints at both the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, he arrived in Brussels in his early 30s as a legal adviser to the media conglomerate Bertelsmann.

Talent-spotted by a powerful German MEP, he soon transferred to a job in the Commission as a spokesman for the commissioner in charge of media and telecoms, then rose to be 'head of cabinet' in the justice section.

As the race began to appoint a new president of the European Commission — effectively the executive boss of the whole European project —Selmayr took unpaid leave to run the campaign of the former prime minister of Luxembourg, Jean-Claude Juncker, then still something of a smalltown outsider.

When Juncker triumphed in 2014, Selmayr was rewarded with the top slot of chief of staff, and his grip on the Berlaymont — and Juncker —seemed unassailable. But with Juncker due to step down in 2019, Selmayr needed a new power base.

Four months ago, in a lightning coup that appalled even his own supporters, he was appointed to the post of secretary-general of the entire Commission. The previous incumbent had stood down and Selmayr was magically installed before anyone even had a chance to discuss it. Those who say Europe is run by powerful, unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats could simply cross their arms and say: 'I told you so.'

Even Guy Verhofstadt, the Belgian arch-federalist MEP who leads the European Parliament's Brexit team, was angry, calling the power-grab a 'misstep'. But Juncker had blessed the promotion of his former protege and that was that.

Since then, British bureaucrats and MEPs have noticed a marked ratcheting up of the anti-Brexit tone at the Commission. The very day Dominic Raab made his first appearance in Brussels was the day the Commission produced a fresh report warning of Britain being 'disconnected' from the Continent after Brexit.

Cue the usual stuff about queues at Calais, medicines drying up, plagues of locusts, etc. The Commission says it was merely a report that had been in hand for some months. Selmayr-watchers, however, say it was a classic Selmayr ploy.

'I used to be amazed that we could be in a meeting and everything would be agreed and then, within hours, there were reports that it had all gone wrong,' says a former Commission colleague of Selmayr. 'If he didn't like a plan, he would just destroy it.'

Married to a fellow lawyer, with whom he shares a modern but unostentatious flat in an up-and-coming part of Brussels — he commutes by Metro while lesser mortals travel by chauffeur-driven Mercedes — Selmayr seems as wedded to his work as his colleague, Jean-Claude Juncker, is to his wine list. It is said that the Selmayrs even cut short their honeymoon to Ireland when an office problem required his urgent attention.

His staff are said to be devoted to him, while those who have been cast aside talk of a bully who never stops looking three steps ahead.

'Martin is ruthless, incredibly hard-working and takes a long-term strategic view about everything,' says a former colleague. 'And if you are not useful to him, then he is not interested.'

Another calls him a 'brilliant disruptor' who is hell-bent on shaking up the smug, sluggish, hierarchical culture for which the Commission is renowned. 'You could tell he was going to be trouble,' says one. 'There is a pecking order at the Commission, a certain way of doing things. On day one, he was asking difficult questions and picking fights.'

To which one might say: Hallelujah. In many ways, he is exactly the sort of electric shock the bloated Commission needs. But the main problem, as far as Britain is concerned, is that Selmayr is determined Brexit shall offer no temptations to any other members of the EU's awkward squad, such as Italy and Greece. Brexit must fail, pour encourager les autres.

'Martin is a doctrinal purist on European integration,' says one who knows him. 'Perhaps there is even a sense of atonement.'

Both grandfathers were highly decorated top officers in World War II, and he has spoken of visits to the World War I battlefields with his mother's father. He is of that EU mindset that the only palatable nationalism is European nationalism.

Perhaps this explains reports that he was actually thrilled when Britain voted to leave the EU. He is said to regard us as troublesome near-neighbours and bad Europeans with 'a foot on the brake of history'. It is a view that allegedly dates from his student days in London, when he attended a speech given by Margaret Thatcher, then promoting her memoirs. He bought a signed copy, but was said to be dismayed by her anti-Europeanism.

Brexiteers were quick to pounce on Selmayr's response on Twitter after England's World Cup defeat by Croatia, when he tweeted a string of EU flags. Surely this was an example of his Anglophobia? His staff say he was simply rooting for any and every EU member state in the competition and had been equally supportive of England when they beat Colombia.

'He finds Britain frustrating, but he is much too clever to say so,' says one who has watched him closely for years.

He remains a mystery, and that is how he likes it. Before his latest promotion, Selmayr could often be found enjoying a beer (though not to the same extent as his boss) at a pub next to the Berlaymont.

SAJID Javid has vigorously defended highlighting the ethnicity of paedophile grooming gangs - arguing that ignoring

[ingrained POLITICAL CORRECTNESS]

it would give a boost to extremists.

The Home Secretary said he  took the Rochdale grooming scandal personally because it involved his home town and men who were from a Pakistani background like him.

 He defended the Government's decision to strip some members of the gang of their British  citizenship, insisting his job was to keep the British public safe even if it meant offenders being sent  to a country where they may face fewer checks on their actions. Mr Javid insisted he was right to send a controversial tweet in October condemning 'sick Asian paedophiles' convicted for grooming in the Huddersfield area.

The  Home Secretary was born in Rochdale, one of a series of towns where members of the grooming gangs target young girls.

Asked if that meant he took it more personally, Mr Javid told the BBC Radio 4's Today programme: 'Sometimes I have, yes. Especially with reference to Rochdale, because it is my own town. I still go there now and again, because I have family there that I care about

When I heard about -and there has been more than one case-grooming gangs were almost every individual involved  is of Pakistan heritage -I can't help noting the fact that Rochdale is a town that means something to me and I am also of Pakistan heritage.

He added: I think it would be true of any that if they heard about something-in this case bad-connected to a town that was something special to them, naturally that would be a thought in their mind.

'But in terms of a response, what matters is first of all, the law enforcement response which rightly is completely independent of government ministers.'

Mr Javid also defended  Government action to strip offenders of their British citizenship

Asked if he was concerned about the possible lack of control over paedophiles if they returned to Pakistan, Mr Javid insisted: 'My job is to protect the British public and do what I think is right to

In August, the Court of Appeal upheld a decision to strip three members of a Rochdale grooming gang of their British Citizenship.

Abdul Aziz, Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf were among nine men jailed in May 2012 after found guilty of grooming and sexually exploiting girls as young as 13.

Mr Javid also stressed the need to acknowledge the background of the grooming gangs.

Responding to criticism of his Twitter message about the Huddersfield gang, he told Today:

'When it comes to gang-based child exploitation it is self-evident to anyone who cares to look that if you look at all the recent high profile cases there is a high proportion of men that are of Pakistan heritage.'

'For me to rule something out just because it would be considered sensitive would be wrong.'

Mr Javid said.'If I had ignored it, or been seen to ignore it, that is exactly what i think extremists would like to see in this country.'

THERESA May delighted Eurosceptics yesterday with an ambitious road map for BREXIT. The PM extended the hand of friendship to the EU but threatened to walk away if BRUSSELS tried to impose a punitive deal. Jack DOYLE sets out her 12 objectives and analyses her chances of success.

1. CERTAINTY

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will provide certainty where we can. The same rules and laws will apply on the day after BREXIT, as they did before. And the Government will put the final deal to a vote in both houses of Parliament.

By keeping in place-at least initially-all EU laws, Mrs May will provide a degree of continuity and confidence for business. However, as she freely admits she cannot control the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament is highly likely to approve any deal because the alternative will be a chaotic BREXIT.

We  want to guarantee the right of EU citizens who are already living here in Britain, and the rights of British nationals in other member states, as early as we can.

Likely to agreed early on, as long as the EU doesn't want to haggle. Last year Mrs May offered to settle on the rights of three million EU nationals in the UK, and 1.2million Brits on the continent in advance of formals talks- but Angela Merkel refused.

Not only will the government protect the rights of workers' set out in European legislation, we will build on them.

Mrs May is determined to at least preserve protections for workers on low and middle incomes-many of whom voted for BREXIT. Could come under threat if there is no deal., and Britain slashes taxes and regulation to attract business.

8. TRADE WITH EUROPE

As a priority, we will pursue a bold and ambitious free trade agreement with the EU. This should allow for the freest possible trade in goods and services. But I want to make it clear. It cannot mean membership of the single market

The crux of the negotiation. Britain will leave the single market, and with it EU laws and free movement. Instead Mrs May wants a tariff-free trade and customs agreement to stop goods being held up at ports. She ruled out ' vast contributions' to the EU budget, and the only money going to Brussels will be for particular programmes and agencies like Europol. Her huge gamble is to threaten to walk away if the EU attempts to punish Britain

A global Britain must be free to strike trade agreements with countries outside the EU too. But I also want tariff-free trade with Europe and cross-border trade there to be as frictionless as possible.

Mrs May wants deals with non-EU countries including the US. That would be impossible from inside the customs union, which imposes a uniform tariff on all non-EU countries. It would also make trade Secretary Liam Fox's job redundant.

All of us in Europe face the challenge of cross-border crime, a deadly terrorist threat, and the dangers presented by hostile states.  All of us share interests and values in common, values we want to see projected around the world.

Security and intelligence cooperation and defence cooperation cannot be a formal bargaining chip, but without making it one, Mrs May reminds EU allies of Britain's importance as an ally in fighting terrorism and important status as a military power.

It is in no one's interests for there to be a cliff-edge for business or a threat to stability as we change from our existing relationship to a new partnership with the European Union.

Mrs May wants transitional arrangements to smooth the process of leaving the EU with specific deals on budget contributions, immigration, trade and customs lasting different periods of time. Securing this as well as securing a final deal within two years is a huge task.

Faced with the possible imposition (illegally) of a E. U. Constitution this  article contemplating our own U.K. Constitution (English Constitution), is especially topical.

Constitutional Principles of Power and Remedy.

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect to the people. The Constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide remedy if abused.

The whole constitution originates its authority from

COMMON LAW

Supremacy resides in the

LAW and PEOPLE

NOT THE

CROWN or PARLIAMENT.

It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that,

THE LAW IS SUPREME

The rule of law is the antithesis of arbitrary power. Integral with this, is the system of jury trial. It places the power of law enforcement in the

HANDS of the PEOPLE.

This the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.

The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the

"RIGHTS and LIBERTIES

 of ENGLISHMEN".

These are the 'BIRTHRIGHT' of the PEOPLE'

[In 2016 one can see how successive governments have by gradualism watered down these rights with even attempts to replace jury trial by trial by judge only on the grounds of speed and saving resources. The people in the main have been, amiss in not being vigilant to the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION. In just a few weeks on the 23 June,2016 they have a choice whether to vote to leave the EU and regain THEIR LAW-THEIR CONSTITUTION-THEIR FREE COUNTRY. or REMAIN in an ALIEN COLLECTIVIST AND CORRUPT UNDEMOCRATIC EU with NO PROTECTION of MAGNA CARTA of 1215 and BILL OF RIGHTS of 1688 and NO ENGLISHMAN'S ' RIGHTS and LIBERTIES' to be passed on to FUTURE GENERATIONS.]

The fundamental rights and liberties are listed in the preamble of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688 which declares that  the oath is taken for the purpose of

" Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a contract with the people which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.

This contracts the Monarch to govern only according to the STATUTE, COMMON LAW, and the CUSTOM and to 'CAUSE LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all JUDGEMENTS'.

All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.

The two Houses of Parliament may upon their concurrence offer bills for ROYAL ASSENT.

A BILL is not ENACTED until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

Whilst the enacting power (a royal prerogative) of Royal Assent is entirely vested with the monarch it is contracted ONLY TO BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a limitation and essential safeguard to protect the people from any over mighty governance  [such as Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's NEW LABOUR and since DAVE'S PARTY]

 It was used  to defeat the Divine Right of Kings; a claim of absolute power by the Stuart monarchs.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, not the supremacy of CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.

There is certainly no Divine Right of Politicians.

The Coronation contract is of the Crown owing allegiance to the Constitution. The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.

Here is a system of mutual protection for there is a constitutional interdependence.

The MAGNA CARTA

made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.

THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY...

That which constitutionally binds the Monarch is a restriction upon Her Majesty, Her Government and all Parliamentary power.  The Monarch may do no wrong, but should she refuse by her negative power( the right to withhold assent) to

'LET WRONG BE DONE.'

[Millions of patriots have been waiting over four decades for:-

'Right to be Done!']

Sir William Blackstone confirms this. Whilst the monarch accepts the advice of ministers, they must only advise to do that which COMPLIES with the CONSTITUTION.  Plainly NO MONARCH is FREE to ASSENT to ADVICE that CONFLICTS with the CONSTITUTION in FORCE.

There is no authority in Parliament to pass any power of governance in England to those who hold or owe no allegiance. [such as the EU]

 There is no constitutional authority for Parliament to deliberately breach the constitutional laws by new   conflicting enactment.

 There is a natural duty resulting from the logic of our constitutional law to debate and resolve conflicts, if necessary by prior repeal.

 We must put an end to this form of 'legal' abuse, particularly through the misapplication of party politics.

 Most but not all of our constitution is written:- the Magna Carta, the Petition of Rights, the Declaration of Rights, the Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement and the Acts of Union etc. It has evolved over centuries with the expenditure of much blood. It has been abused and corrected many times. It was finally settled by the Glorious Revolution of 1688/9.

The Judicial function is to be the independent arbiter between party and party or party and government under the terms of our constitutional law.  The courts are bound to declare upon the constitutionality of an Act where it may prove to be an action of unconstitutional governance. The great examples of the Magna Carta, the Petition 1628, the Declaration & the Bill of Rights 1688/9 make this duty of the court utterly plain.

Judgement may only be given in accordance with the constraints of constitutional laws in force.  At all times the presumption of law and justice in mercy be upheld and used  in all judgements. This is the trust sand the pre-eminent public policy reposed in the judiciary.

The right of petition to the Monarch is an appeal direct to the source of power, the Monarch is under OATH and at LAW, bound to provide REMEDY. Where there are RIGHTS there are REMEDIES. Politicians and Parliament must abide by the terms of reference and DUTY to the CONSTITUTION.

A fixed and certain standard with protection and remedy are the true purpose of the Constitution.

WE MUST RECLAIM OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW FROM THE SUPPOSED DIVINE RIGHT OF OUR POLITICIANS.

Where corruption has been demonstrated in respect of pro curing the treaty in the first place, or in respect of any dimension of its implementation, the European Commission (EC) permits and is associated with corruption on a monumental scale, which the EU authorities have tried to cover up with declining success.

". Where there has been a material change of circumstances. A material change of circumstances has surfaced into the daylight (September 2005), to begin with, following the death of

Edward Heath.

It has been revealed that he was an agent of a foreign power (NAZI-GERMANY-since 1938), accepted corrupt payment for his services, and lied to the British people concerning the nature of the geopolitical trap into which he had been instructed by his handlers to lead them-and that he did all this on behalf of a foreign power which has all along disguised its continuing Nazi orientation.

The basic payout of £122.30 a week is the least generous in the West – worth just 29 per cent of average earnings – and last night former pensions minister Ros Altmann warned the situation could get even worse.

Government projections suggest that for those now under 30 the age when they can claim a state pension will have to be raised to 70, while future payments could be cut even further to avoid needing massive hikes in national insurance, Baroness Altmann said.

The league table revealing Britain's pension shame was compiled by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which analyses the world's industrialised nations. 

Out of all the countries compared, Britain comes bottom – even behind poorer nations such as Chile, Poland and Mexico.

While the UK's state pension is worth just 29 per cent of average earnings, in France the equivalent figure is 74.5 per cent. 

Germany's state pension is worth 50.5 per cent of average earnings, while in the USA it is 49.1 per cent. 

The most generous state pension in the world is in the Netherlands, where the payments are slightly higher than average earnings.

Baroness Altmann warned that despite a recent overhaul to the pension system, payments will need to be cut further to avoid massive tax rises in future to pay for it. 

She said: 'We are one of the world's leading economies, but our support for the oldest in society is not fit for purpose.

'In April 2016, major reforms to the UK state pension were supposed to have made the system affordable for the future, reducing its generosity. Beyond the 2030s, the new state pension will be lower than the old system for most people and the lowest paid, predominantly women, will lose significantly from the new system.

'Despite this, the Government has been advised that the costs of paying state pensions will soar so much over the next 20 years and beyond that further cuts could be required.'

From later this year the state pension age for women will rise from 63 to match men at 65, and will reach 66 for both by 2020.

The Government's economic forecasters, the Actuary's Department, believes it will become 70 in the 2050s and 71 in the 2060s.

This would mean that anyone aged 30 or below now will not get their state pension until they are 70, while those under 20 will have to wait until they are 71.

Baroness Altmann added: 'The Government actuary believes that just funding the UK's exceptionally low state pension will require reducing payments in future or dramatic tax rises. Policymakers face difficult decisions and are also likely to need to increase the state pension age further.'

The former pensions minister called on the Government to do more to address the crisis, including making private pensions more attractive so that more people are willing to pay a portion of their wages into their own fund.

'To avoid burdening younger generations with significant tax rises, it is vital that more is done to boost private pension saving,' she added. 'Auto-enrolment is a good start, but the pensions industry needs to attract more customers to pay more into their pensions.'

The UK is committed to spend 0.7per cent of its national income on aid.

Britain is one of only seven countries in the world to meet the target.

The foreign aid budget soared by £555million to a record £13.9billion last year. Our aid budget has more than doubled from the £6.4billion spent in 2008 and more than quadrupled from the £3.3billion doled out in 2002.

The collapse of the Wolverhampton -based construction group Carillion is catastrophic for its 43,000 employees at home and overseas, for the Government and for members of the stricken pension fund.

It represents a nadir for the private sector outsourcing companies which, since the era of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, have been relied upon to deliver all manner of public services, from building hospitals and schools to modernising the NHS and even providing school meals.

In the fierce scramble for business among these behemoths, Carillion was so desperate for contracts that it consistently overpromised on the work it could do for an agreed cost. When it failed to deliver on time and on price, as was the case with the new 646-bed Royal Liverpool hospital, the group went on a borrowing spree.

Its debts grew to £900 million, an impossibly large sum to manage when its share price was going into freefall during the course of last year.

Plunge

In effect Carillion, chaired by former water company boss Philip Green, had become a mammoth Ponzi scheme in which the cash promised or received for newer contracts was effectively being used to cover up the black holes on the older contracts.

Why Carillion has careered into crisis 

The Wolverhampton-based firm, the backbone behind a raft of public infrastructure projects, is teetering over a precipice.

The company is the second largest construction firm in the UK but has debts of about £1.5billion and a pension fund shortfall of almost £600million. 

So how has it got into this mess? Most analysts agree that the answer is simple. It has over-reached itself.

Carillion they argue has its fingers in too many pies at homes and abroad from the Battersea Power station redevelopment in the UK to operations in Canada, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

The company's incessant desire to expand has resulted in it pursuing too many risky contracts - some accompanied by questionable accounting practices - that have become increasingly unprofitable. 

It has furthermore faced delays in payments in the Middle East.

The firm in recent months has found  it much harder to manage its mountainous debt pile and pension deficit.

In December Carillion managed to persuade lenders to give it more time to repay them. But the company's banks are now understood to be unwilling to lend it any more cash.

What is unconscionable in all this is that over the past two decades, before its troubles emerged, Carillion paid out vast sums in dividends to shareholders (seeking to keep them sweet) and bonuses to fat-cat directors — including former chief executive Richard Howson, dismissed last July — yet allowed the pension fund deficit to balloon to an officially estimated £900 million.

The burden of sorting this out will now fall squarely on bail-out body the Pension Protection Fund, which is financed by raising a levy on the functioning pension schemes into which millions of us contribute.

Among the more astonishing aspects of the scandal is that even as Carillion’s share price plunged in the second half of last year, Transport Secretary Chris Grayling, as well as other ministers and civil servants, still felt it was safe to gift the firm new contracts. City investors and hedge funders had already recognised that the company was struggling for survival and could no longer pay its thousands of suppliers in good time. If ever there was a case of the Government throwing good money after bad, this was it.

The business-friendly Tory Government, deliberately or naively, awarded Carillion three new contracts within days of the company admitting several major projects had gone wrong to the tune of £800 million — an announcement that provoked a 30 per cent plunge in the group’s shares last July.

A week after that first public warning that it was all going to hell in a handcart, Grayling’s department revealed that Carillion would partner another construction group on a £1.4 billion contract to work on the flagship £56 billion HS2 railway project.

Days later, Carillion was told by the Ministry of Defence it had been chosen to provide ‘catering, retail and leisure’ services for 233 military facilities. These contracts provided some temporary relief for the firm’s books.

But confidence in Carillon’s ability to manage the crisis, in spite of the new contracts, was fading fast, and in September it warned again that profits would fall short of expectations.

Yet the Government still gambled that it was a good bet, and awarded it a key infrastructure project to electrify the railway connecting Corby in Northamptonshire with London.

Ironically, the contracts for these large-scale, taxpayer-funded projects were given out at a time when Carillion’s chief executive and finance director were departing, and the share price was tanking. Yet Whitehall, in their naivety, sailed serenely on.

The collapse of Carillion comes hard on the heels of the decision by Virgin Trains and its partner Stagecoach to hand back the East Coast railway service to the Government, at a potential taxpayer cost of £2 billion. These two disasters have not only left the Government looking very silly, but also given a fillip to those supporters of Jeremy Corbyn on the Left who are convinced capitalism is wicked, and that only re-nationalisation of public services is the answer.

Sure enough, Shadow Cabinet Office minister Jon Trickett has been quick to exploit the misfortunes of Carillion’s workforce and pensioners, asking what ‘due diligence measures were undertaken before awarding contracts worth billions of taxpayer money’.

Failure

What he failed to acknowledge is that the most enthusiastic embrace of private outsourcing companies came during the last Labour government, which used firms such as Carillion to replace Britain’s Victorian hospitals, to build modern schools, expand universities and begin the process of updating the nation’s railways and roads.

Much went wrong at Carillion, including the failure of highly paid auditors KPMG to lay bare the company’s parlous financial state.

But then independent directors and major investors failed to question a record dividend payout to investors of nearly £80 million in 2016, even as the company headed for the rocks and the huge shortfall in the pension fund grew ever larger. (Labour MP Frank Field, who chairs the Pensions Select Committee, castigated Carillion for taking on ‘mega borrowings while its pension deficit ballooned’.)

None of these attacks can be very comfortable for Baroness (Sally) Morgan, former political secretary to Tony Blair, who joined the Carillion board as an independent director in June 2017, shortly before the fateful disclosure to the stock market that the company was in deep trouble.

The collapse of Carillion also shines a light on the wider outsourcing industry, and the ability of huge private firms to be responsible capitalists when they are given hundreds of millions in public money.

Other companies including Serco, Mitie, Balfour Beatty and G4S have all experienced difficulties with Government contracts: there has been a tendency for them to take on too much and become financially over-stretched.

Stupidity

With the help of experts in company turnarounds, some have managed to clean up the contracts under their management and bounce back.

But it’s too late for Carillion, which ran its affairs in a helter-skelter, irresponsible manner, yet still managed to keep the Government on side until the very end. Some have questioned why the Tories chose not to bail the firm out in the way it seems to have done with the train companies running the East Coast line.

But that surely would have sparked public fury — after all, if capitalism is to survive and thrive as Britain’s chosen economic model then weakness or stupidity must not be allowed to flourish.

Of course, Carillion’s collapse is a dreadful blow, and even now it will prove expensive for taxpayers, who will have to fund the company’s most vital operations until the insolvency practitioners can sell on the contracts.

But it would be a serious misjudgment if this debacle were used as an excuse for bringing an end to the role of private enterprise in building more efficient public services.

Enterprise and ambition in business have been the lifeblood of Britain for centuries. What a shame that it took the collapse of Carillion to remind us how it should not be done.

Palestine

One of the strangest developments of the Great War in its later stages was the important part played by the Holy Land.   Palestine, sacred to all the faiths that have had their rise in the Near East, was the land where the war reached a decision. It was the capture by the British of this ancient country, held in reverence by the heart of the world, that finally convinced the war-makers that their plans had utterly failed.  General Allenby ther finally broke down the Turkish resistance and the allies of Germany fell away from her one by one.

As part of the Peace Settlement it was resolved by the Allied Powers that the world should take Palestine under its guardianship and establish it as a self-governing State.   Accordingly a Mandate was allotted to Great Britain with a view to the Holy Land being regarded as

"a national home for the Jewish people without prejudice to the civil and religious  rights of existing non-Jewish communities."

A scheme of government was accordingly drawn up whereby it was hoped that  the large Arab population,  and the considerable Jewish and Christian populations, would unite to work an enlightened system of self-government just and tolerant to all.  Sir Herbert Samuel was appointed High Commissioner, and for the wise government of the country Great Britain became responsible , under the League of Nations.  The population of the territory in 1922 was

Arrangements  were made for the election of Legislative Council and meantime an Advisory Council was formed to assist the High Commissioner.

The country had been peaceful.  The value of trade increased 40 per cent in three years.   Improvements were introduced in extension of railways, sanitation, education, and other public services.  Mohammedan opinion , however, remained suspicious of Jewish influence, and designs and plans for securing national unity in popular government remained in abeyance.

Palestine under the mandatory government does not include the whole of either the Old testament countries of Israel and Judah or the New Testament area.  A small part of northern Galilee ,and of the northern country beyond  the Jordon, has been included in the in the French mandatory territories of Syria and Lebanon.   But there has been an addition in the south, where Gaza  becomes the centre of the Palestine district.

There area is about 9000 square miles.  There are 80 Jewish colonies in different parts of the country, in which 18,000 Jews are settled.   The Arab villages number about 750 in all.

The country is arranged in four districts from north to south, namely, Galilee, with the port of Haifa, having a population of 25,000, as its chief town; Samaria, whose chief town is Nablus, with a populationof 16.000; Judaea with Jerusalem, 63,000; and the southern district, Gaza, 17,500; and Bethleham , 6,600.  Jerusalem, of course is the capital, and the centre of government for the whole country. . .

Though Palestine is a land of rock and wilderness in parts, and its one considerable river, the Jordon, runs through such a deeply cut valley that it is useless for irrigation, the country in many districts is capable of cultivation  to a high standard of fruitfulness.   It might conceivably sustain a population of two millions (1922). More could not be expected, however scientifically the land's resources were developed.   It could never, therefore be a national home for more than a fraction of the Jewish people, who now number twelve millions.

The truth respecting the Jews and Palestine is that while the genius of that intellectual people, and the intensity of their religion, have associated them for ever with the country they once ruled, their possession of it was only a brief in comparison with the length of time they claim in history.   Their forefathers must have entered the land about 3000 years ago (in 1922), but their tenure of it as their own, in independence, did not last 500 years; nor were they distinctively associated with it in any way except memory for more than 1000 years.

It was not until till the reign of David that Jerusalem was taken, and in less than 500 years the greater part of his race were in exile. What explains the appeal of suicide attacks in Iraq?  For one thing, using oneself as a weapon can be a relatively effective tactic against an enemy with far superior firepower.  And the extremist Muslim suicide bombers believe that their sacrifice guarantees them ‘martyrdom’ and a passport to paradise.

 

In Iraq most suicide attacks are thought to have been carried out by foreign fighters.  Insurgent commanders tend to view Iraqi fighters as most valuable alive:  they have extensive supply networks and know the home terrain.

 

These days, however, more and more Iraqis like Marwan - are signing up because the rebels’ tactics now involve deploying a large number of such attackers, which is depleting the supply of foreign volunteers.

 

Robert Pape, author of a book about suicide terrorism, DYING TO WIN, says the tactic has historically been used when two conditions are met.

 

First, insurgents feel they are fighting foreign troops in places they regard as their homeland (Osama Bin Laden, for example, has railed against U.S. bases in the Arabian Peninsula).

And second, when the occupiers come from a different religious background, insurgents are able to paint them as subjugators of their faith and its followers.

 

Those conditions, it turns out, co-exist prominently in the Middle East.

 

Tony Blair and George Bush representing the moral basis of Western Civilisation see no wrong in conspiring and invading an Islamic Country where they had no business to go. 

 

The Iraqi people would say that this is the result of a poisonous Ideology which permits a country to invade their country illegally as it fits the Ideology of the supposed civilised world to act as aggressors.

 

Of course we do not excuse the acts of the insurgents but the fact that they are not afraid to give their lives for their cause does mean that we need to know WHY they took the lives of their own citizens.

 

There are few people in Britain today who do not realise that the reason for the attack on London was our presence in Iraq.

 

As we have said before - if we withdraw from Iraq and put our efforts into finding a solution to the difficulties in the Middle East then we could be the arbiter which we should have been before the Iraq War - a nation that believes in Justice in our International affairs and to have refused the poisoned Ideology which Tony Blair has followed which has finally resulted in the deaths and injury of the innocent in London on July 7 -2005.

 

It will be a disgrace which will haunt our nation for many a long year unless we ALL do what we can to have OUR Parliament impeach Tony Blair and punish those who co-operated in the heinous crime of invading a country without justification.

The Problem of Palestine

The cry goes up on all hands that, however the problem of Palestine is solved, the solution ought to be ‘final.’  The Economist wrote, in an article on the subject on August 3rd 1946,  “ a new and influential body of people have come to see that, whatever else a plan for Palestine presents, it must offer a reasonable hope of securing a final settlement.” …

 

The hard core of the Palestine problem is that the territory of Palestine lies right in the middle of group of Arab States.

These States, long accustomed to subjection, have been able of late to assert [1946/7] their independence, and have come together into an Arab League which a point of focus for strong nationalist sentiment.

 

To the North of Palestine lie the republics of Syria and the Lebanon, newly escaped from French rule. 

 

To the East lies the largely desert area of Transjordania, recently recognised by Great Britain, the former mandatory power, as an independent Arab kingdom. 

 

To the South lie the Arab kingdoms of Egypt and Saudi Arabia.  As we have seen, the latter has recently become an important factor in world politics because of the discovery beneath its soil of what is believed the world’s greatest oilfield, for exploitation of which American companies have secured concessions extending over a vast area.

 

The oil question reacts seriously on the problem of Palestine because the natural outlet for pipe-lines to carry oil to the Mediterranean is across Palestine, which has thus become important to American as well as to British politicians for economic as well as political reasons.

 

Last and not least important, to the West of Palestine lies the Mediterranean Sea, whose eastern part forms an important link in Great Britain’s communications with Asia and, even apart from oil, an area of immense strategic importance in the calculations of all statesmen and military authorities who are framing policies with an eye to the possibility of a another War.

 

If the Jews were not , as they are, a highly civilised people with a strong national cultural and religious traditions as any in the world; if they were not, besides this, for the most part a homeless people with their leading personalities scattered over the face of the earth and holding positions of high importance and influence in many States:

 

If they were merely a handful of Levantine tribesmen who had survived after many centuries of Arab conquest and Turkish rule –it would be natural to suppose the development of Arab nationalism would ensure the conversion of Palestine into a State under Arab rule, with Jews living there at best on the terms on which many Jews –the Sephardic Jews- did live there, century after century, under the Turks.

 

But the present Jewish population [1946/47] of Palestine includes, besides the old Jewish inhabitants with their relatively primitive standards of culture, the immigrant Jews who have settled there mainly since the establishment of a new State under British mandate, after the First World War.

 

These settlers are by no means all of high cultural standards, or used to a high standard of living.  Many of them have come from Eastern Europe, and have been used to hard conditions of life.

 

But they are under advanced and cultured leadership and have settled in Palestine under the auspices of World Jewry, which has supplied them with capital to develop their settlements along advanced lines and has enabled them, on the basis of their high national capacity, to create for themselves standards of living a long way above those of the Arab population in the midst of which they have settled down.

 

The Jews have, to a large extent, established themselves on land acquired from Arab owners who had previously made little of it, in Jewish villages founded largely on co-operative principles and carrying on a community life quite apart from that of the Arab population.

 

A substantial number are in Tel-Aviv – a handsome modern town which they have created- and in Haifa, where they have built with Arab as well as Jewish labour, a well-equipped modern port.  Many Jews have maintained-and Jewish Socialists have maintained consistently-that the problem of living together of the people is soluble only by learning to work together under equal conditions, and that accordingly it is indispensable to raise Arab pay and Arab quality of workmanship to a level with Jewish pay and Jewish workmanship.

 

But this has not happened; it demands both time and a deliberate policy of Arab education-to say nothing of a political environment in which stability would be guaranteed.

 

Instead, the two races have for the most part lived their own separate lives, at widely different standards and on a basis of widely different cultures; and both have lived under an alien rule which has meant that neither could feel any sense of responsibility towards the other, or for avoiding action which might make co-operation harder.

 

 Each has been trying, most naturally, to put the maximum of pressure in its own interest upon the alien ruling power [Britain] and every disturbance of world conditions has made for more intense pressure because it has aroused hopes of fishing successfully in troubled waters, and has weakened the resources at the immediate disposal of the mandatory power [Britain].

 

The Population of Palestine

[Pre-1944]

 

Most Jews, as well as most Arabs do not live in Palestine.  [Until 2005 –when over 5,000,000 now live in the State of Israel and a slightly less figure live in the U.S.A.]

 

The total population of Palestine grew from 750,000 in 1922 to 1,765,000 in 1944.  The number of Jews rose over the same period from 84,000 to 550,000- from 13 to 31 per cent of the total.

 

This increase in the Jewish population was due mainly to immigration; for the Jewish inhabitants have a relatively low rate of natural increase.

 

Between 1941 and 1944 the Jewish annual rate of natural increase was 1.8 per cent, whereas the Arab rate was over 3 per cent, and rising sharply.

 

From 1922 to 1925 the comparable rates were 2.per cent for Jews and 2.3 per cent for Palestine Arabs. Thus, the Jewish percentage of the population has risen because of immigration; but in the absence of further immigration it would at once begin to fall off.  If the Arabs could stop Jewish immigration, they could thereby ensure a rapidly increasing numerical preponderance in Palestine society.

 

[There is a great deal to be learnt from the above by our politicians in 2005.  Unfortunately Tony Blair and his cronies are not prepared to learn the lessons from the past which are still with the world and ourselves today.]

We all know the apocryphal story of the MP who pushes out his chest and tells a large crowd: ‘These are my principles and if you don’t like ’em . . .’ — at which point, the crowd starts heckling.

Speedily altering tack, the MP continues: ‘. . . and if you don’t like ’em, I can change ’em for other principles.’

Normally, this would be seen as a sceptical (if horribly true) observation about the elasticity of our politicians. They’d sell their souls to get elected, huh? But in the case of Tim Farron, it is more serious than that. Selling his soul may be precisely what it feels like to the Liberal Democrats’ pink-faced young leader.

This is his first general election in charge and, poor man, he is making a hash of it.

Naive

He has failed to establish impetus in the opinion polls. He has been abused in the streets, with questions about his patriotism. And he has gained little broadcasting airtime, at least on issues he wants to discuss.

But none of those things matters as much as the fact that Mr Farron, a fervent churchgoer, has felt it necessary to recant on two big areas of conscience politics: gay rights and abortion. He used to be critical of both. Now, in the dirty way of modern politics, he has done a volte-face and ‘changed his mind’.

Since scraping into Parliament in 2005, when he snatched rural Cumbria’s Westmorland and Lonsdale from the Tories by 267 votes, Mr Farron had developed a reputation as a straight-talking Lancastrian who might not agree with you on everything, but would at least tell you what he thought.

In 2008, he quit his party’s frontbench because he had doubts about Nick Clegg’s virulently pro-EU views.

When the Lib Dems went into coalition government, Mr Farron retained his self-respect by remaining a backbencher.

His Cumbrian constituents rather admired him for all that. At the 2015 election, he won his seat by a majority of 8,949.

Some commentators dismissed him as laughably naive. They patronised him for being a provincial eeh-bah-gum who projected no more gravitas than a Boy Scout leader. But some of us warmed to him.

I thought him a blessed relief from the metropolitan, opportunistic Clegg, and I liked the fact he was an out-and-proud churchgoer, Christianity being the real ‘love that dare not speak its name’ in today’s Left-wing politics. Good on him for being honest, I thought.

Sadly, that honesty has not survived the soul-sapping pressures of a general election campaign. With the Lib Dems panicking at their stagnant opinion poll ratings, Mr Farron has just done the second of two startling flip-flops on what were thought to be strongly held personal beliefs.

First, he was said, as a Bible fundamentalist, to regard gay sex as sinful — but when he saw the damage this was doing him with younger and with gay voters, he caved in to pressure from party managers and decided it wasn’t sinful at all.

Yesterday, he reversed away from his stated belief that abortion, as he once told the Salvation Army War Cry newspaper, was ‘wrong at any time’.

Opponents of the Lib Dems were trying to make hay with that old story, so the Lib Dems threw their leader’s beliefs under the battle bus and said he had changed his mind.

‘Tim has made very clear today that he is pro-choice and that Lib Dem policy is about maintaining the law to give women the right to choose,’ Lib Dem spokesman Sir Ed Davey told Good Morning Britain viewers.

Were we talking about policy on, say, tax rates or education, it might not matter. Politicians must be allowed to change their minds if they think the facts have changed.

But these two issues — gay sex and abortion — were on the personal judgment side of political debate. Rather than find a way to defend his right to dissent from Left-wing orthodoxy, Farron’s team simply blurted out that he’d changed his views.

One hesitates to compare little Farron to the great 17th-century Italian scientist Galileo Galilei, but there is a similarity.

At the height of his powers, Galileo was investigated by the Roman Catholic Church for holding heretical views about the orbit of the planets around the sun. Bullied by the Church’s Inquisition, which insisted everything revolved round the Earth, Galileo recanted. He lived for another 30 years and came bitterly to regret not having stood up for his theories, which turned out to be correct after all.

Is it not possible, in the treatment of the wretched Farron, to see echoes of Galileo’s forced recantation?

Indeed, we could see this case as an example of the nastiness of the modern priesthood of ‘liberals’ who are overbearingly intolerant.

Mr Farron’s problems began at the start of the election campaign when he appeared on Channel 4 News and was asked if he believed being gay to be a sin. He would not say.

Blustering

The interviewer barged all over Mr Farron’s private religious beliefs and a blustering, sweaty Farron could hardly have handled it worse. He could have said: ‘Mind your own business.’ But instead, he wriggled, and we all knew why: he was greedy for votes. The dishonesty was palpable.

The same would seem to be the case with his response to abortion. You do not have to be a practising Christian to see both sides of the abortion argument. The right of women to choose is one side of that.

On the other is the psychological and physical pain abortion causes, and the ever-improving ability of doctors to keep foetuses alive. To acknowledge both sides of this difficult matter would, surely, be the ‘liberal’ position.

Yet the Lib Dems have lost sight of the meaning of tolerance. They wag their fingers and insist on one view prevailing. Mr Farron has been taken prisoner by that hectoring tendency, and it is no surprise he has often looked so unhappy during this campaign. I feel sorry for him, yet I can no longer respect him.

Tragedy

One wonders what his constituents think. If local soundings are to be believed, he could lose his seat to the Tories. Cumbrians have little in common with the sexual-political obsessions of the sort of South London Lib Dems who are wrenching Mr Farron away from his roots.

Similarly, what do Lib Dem voters in places such as the West Country, Wales and East Anglia think? These are areas where the Liberal Party had a presence before it merged with the Social Democrats in the Eighties to form the party today known as the Lib Dems. The intolerance was a virus imported with the SDP.

Tim Farron’s tragedy is two-fold. First, there is the political strategy decision he took, under pressure from metropolitan elements in his party, to push the Lib Dems as the main anti-Brexiteers —

the only party calling for a re-run of last year’s EU referendum.

That suited ex-leader Nick Clegg, a Europhile zealot who may still dream of us rejoining the EU, so that he can become a Brussels Commissioner.

It also suited vain old Vince Cable, who is desperate to be re-elected by the Remain-leaning voters of Twickenham.

But surveys suggest it has limited the Lib Dems to a shrivelling pond of voters. Worst, it was not true to Farron himself.

And here lies the second part of his tragedy. If, as looks likely, he has forsaken his beliefs — ‘recanted’, to use the Galileo term — for no purpose and the Lib Dems remain a pathetically small rump in the Commons, he’ll have sold his soul for nothing. His fellow churchgoers will forgive him. But will he ever forgive himself

EUROPEAN PAYROLA SYSTEM

 

THE BUDGET FOR THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION WAS $5.0 BILLION

 

An account held by Credit Suisse in Zurich, labelled the ‘SBC’ Charcol Account, held a total of some $470 billion when last reviewed by sources.  These funds were originally derived from Nazi funds and assets, are routinely used to pay top politicians and officials to sign successive European Collective treaties- the latest being the so-called ‘European Constitution’.

The budget set aside from the ‘SBC’Charcol Account and to be distributed from the Credit Suisse disbursement account for the latest ‘update’ of the ‘rolling  European Collective Treaty’ was $5.0billion- $2.5 billion being payable in Euros to the participants from the 25 EU countries.

On the finalisation of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC), which framed the text of the Treaty, and a further $2.5 billion payable in Euros on ratification.  This tranche is currently the subject of much dissension.

For each national cadre of key negotiator, therefore, the total set aside  was $100 million per tranche.  The chief negotiators of each EU country, plus selected officials were each to be paid from the national pot of $ 100 million, whish equates to roughly $75 million per corrupted European Union country.

Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian Prime Minister, was allegedly initially offered $50 million.  being an extremely wealthy man, he departed for the weekend in question in July 2004, following conclusion of the IGC, having indicated to those concerned that he was insulted by such a figure, and that $100million would be nearer the mark.  In the event, following an allowance for his wife, he was allegedly paid $75 million, according to sources.

Tony Blair allegedly received $75 million, which was paid into an offshore bank account held in Belize, the former British Honduras.  There, official eyebrows were naturally raised at the Central bank of Belize, where we notice that all of a sudden, the official reserves of foreign exchange jumped from $49.72 million in February 2005, to $164.53 million in March [2005]

Since the corrupt payment ‘due’ at the completion of the IGC will have been remitted in or about July 2004, this may suggest that the funds have subsequently (in March 2005) been taken into the foreign exchange reserves of the local central bank, so that their actual ownership can be disguised, a ‘new form’ of money-laundering: through a central bank!

 

WE ARE RELIABLY ADVISED THAT THIS CORRUPT PAYOLA SYSTEM IS THE NORM.

 

This means that the European Union’s Treaties

 are null and void,

as they have been obtained by fraud. 

 

That applies to the original EU Accession Treaty signed on behalf of the UK Government by [Nazi] agents Edward Heath and Geoffrey Rippon, agents of German intelligence, who were both recruited at Balliol College Oxford as discussed in this analysis.

THE VIENNA TREATY CONVENTION

Under the 1969 Vienna Convention on the

Law of Treaties

there are two key provisions which authorize a signatory power to abrogate a bilateral or multilateral treaty unilaterally, without giving the stipulated notice:

WHERE corruption has been demonstrated in respect of procuring the

TREATY

in the first place, or in respect of any dimension of its implementation.

AS the next section will show, the European Commission (EC) permits and is associated with corruption on a monumental scale, which the EU authorities have tried to cover up with declining success.
