To protect the
accustomed
"Rights and
Liberties"
of the
ENGLISH
PEOPLE
as stated in our
Great Charter
MAGNA
CARTA
of 1215
And the rallying
call of the English people at times of peril from
unaccustomed demands from their representatives in
PARLIAMENT
which by ratifying
the infamous
LISBON TREATY
have committed
TREASON
against the
THE PEOPLE.

Within five years
of the end of
WAR in EUROPE
A book of the
Shakespearean era by A L.Rowse
TO THE GLORIOUS
MEMORY
of
ELIZABETH I
QUEEN OF ENGLAND
In the first page
of the
PROLOGUE
we found a parallel
with our situation today in June 2008 and the
dialogue at the time in 1950 well fitted the
situation after the victory in the Second World War
1939-45
'The English people
in our time have been through a crisis of their fate
to which the nearest parallel is that passed through
in the
ELIZABETHAN AGE
Only ours was a
nearer thing, and even more depended on it.
The coolest and least impassioned historian must
admit that the contribution of the
ENGLISH PEOPLE
in our generation
to the
WORLD WAR
was even greater
than that of
OUR ANCESTORS;
for it was a more
dangerous and exhausting struggle against worse odds
and
SO MUCH MORE WAS
AT STAKE,
not only
FOR OURSELVES
but
FOR THE WORLD.
THIS IS NOT MY
THEME.
What is to our
purpose is to note how, in the
MOMENT of GREATEST
DANGER
when all might
easily have been lost and the
COUNTRY GONE
DOWN
for ever to
DESTRUCTION,
people turned for
inspiration to that earlier hour, and were
RENEWED AND
WENT ON.
IT HAS INDEED
NEVER BEEN FORGOTTEN.
. .
. It must have some secret
for
OUR PEOPLE
that cannot be put
in words, though it is hopeless business for a
historian to try.
Perhaps it was in
the electric, charged moment that
OUR PEOPLE
suddenly reached
maturity and
BECAME AWARE OF
THEMSELVES AS A PEOPLE
first saw
themselves in the
MIRROR of
DESTINY
half glimpsed the
extraordinary fate that lay ahead across the seas
and in the world.
There is no doubt
about the fact,
when
LONDONERS
in the tense hours
of
1940
awaiting the issue of the
BATTLE of
BRITAIN
thronged to hear
QUEEN ELIZABETH'S
[THE FIRST]
Golden Speech
to the
COMMONS
of
[ENGLAND]
in
1601
recited in
1940
by our most
admired living actress; when the chief box-office
draw throughout the
WAR
the one dramatist
that never failed to hold the stage of a
Warwickshire man who made a successful career in
London
over three
centuries ; when on the famous morning of
JUNE 6-1944
a company
commander, as his landing - craft approached the
coast of
NORMANDY
read
Henry V's
speech before
Agincourt
to his men; when
people at home held their breath and felt that not
to be there was , in his phrase
not to be there on
CRISPIN'S DAY.
Henry V
'Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once
more;
Or close the wall up with our
English dead
In peace there's nothing so
becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility
But when the blast of war blows
in our eyes
Then imitate the action of a
tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the
blood
Disguise fair nature with
hard-favoured rage.
And you , good yeomen
Whose limbs were made in
England, show us here
The mettle of your pasture
I see you stand like greyhounds
in the slips,
Straining upon the start.
the game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and upon
this charge
Cry 'God for Harry!
ENGLAND and
ST GEORGE'
*
IF ONLY?
*
BUT
... O! that we now had here
But one ten thousand of those
men in England
That do no work today.
If we are marked to die, we are
enow
To do our country loss; and if to live.
The fewer men the greater share
of honour.
...We few we happy few, we band
of brothers;
For he today that sheds his
blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he
ne'er so vile
This day shall gentle his
condition:
And gentlemen in England now
abed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not
here,
And hold their manhoods cheap
whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon St
Crispin's day.
*
WE have been unable to obtain even
ONE SUPPORTER to TAKE
FIRM ACTION in DEFENCE of
THEIR COUNTRY
and we have seen the result in the
HIGH TREASON
in
YOUR
HOUSE OF COMMONS
on that day of
INFAMY
on
MARCH 5 -2008
The people of
ENGLAND
have been
too laid- back and they have NOW paid the PENALTY
with the loss of their accustomed liberties for which millions of their ancestors
GAVE THEIR LIVES.
TO PROTECT
On June 6-1944
our troops with their allies left our
safe shores for Normandy to set free France and
Europe.
On the morning of
D.Day
Field Marshall Montgomery
gave his Message to the troops.
In 1963 he made a public statement
'I say
we must not join Europe'
But his plea was smothered by
DECEIT
and
LIES
There is a
Corner of France
where it will be
Forever
England.
*
*
For over 36 years no doubt much
longer the majority of our so-called
representatives in
YOUR PARLIAMENT
have been guilty of
TREASON.
But our history books if not altered
to suit our
NEW MASTERS
will show that a
SPEAKER
of our
HOUSE of COMMONS
during 1976-83
supported our
ENGLISH ANCIENT
CONSTITUTION
[MARCH 6-2008 and
again in JUNE-2008]

We continue the
Benedict Brogan article:
His words [Nicolas
Sarkozy] will be seized on by British critics who
accuse the Prime Minister of failing to kill the
deal off.
EU rules say if
only one of the 27 member states rejects the treaty-
IT DIES.
Britain could have
left the treaty's future in question by declaring
that the Irish 'NO' meant the ratification
process
SHOULD STOP
Instead, Mr Brown
forced the TREATY through the Lords and secured
Royal Assent yesterday hours before visiting Mr
Sarkozy on his way to Brussels.
[Well! Gordon Brown
had many more pressing matters on his mind and
considered at least it will distract the Press
for just a moment from the vast number of problems -
many of which were of his own making-not taking heed
of advice from close at hand. To involve Her Majesty
The Queen in the matter of ratification after
knowing that the TREATY was DEAD was a dishonourable
decision by a Prime Minister who only pushed the
issue in order to look good to his many friends in
the EU COMMISSION.]
France, which takes
the six-month PRESIDENCY of the EU on July 1, is
desperate to solve the crisis while it is in charge
and push hard to close a deal in October-2008.
The preferred
option is to offer Ireland face-saving compromises,
such as guaranteed seat on the EU COMMISSION
[Well! we all know
what useless phrases are used to elicit co-operation
such as 'Red Lines' and we all know by now
that any guarantee is as useless as the guarantee
that Hitler gave to Neville Chamberlain in 1938 with
his 'Peace in our Time' piece of paper. And all such
so called guarantees are as litter -Rubbish!]
Sources close to
Mr Sarkozy said:
'The Irish are
deeply rooted in Europe. They have also profited
from the European jackpot and want to protect
their winnings.
WE ARE READY TO
GIVE GUARANTEES
But the Irish
Government has said another
REFERENDUM
IS NOT AN
OPTION.
[Well! obviously
Gordon Brown does not think this is so.]
There are fears
that France could demand the
EU GO AHEAD
with
LISBON
without IRELAND
which would be
seen as tantamount to ejecting Ireland.
Europe Minister Jim
Murphy denied the treaty had been killed off and
said it was
'a matter for
the Irish Government and People to decide the way
forward'.
*
THE FUTURE FOR A
DEMOCRATIC AND ACCOUNTABLE EU DEPENDS ON
IRELAND STANDING FIRM ON ITS DEMANDS WHICH ARE ALSO
THE DEMANDS OF HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF EUROPEANS
WHO HAVE BEEN
REFUSED A VOTE
IRELAND
CAN DO
IT FOR
THEM!
