THE WAY FINLAND WAS DECEIVED INTO EU MEMBERSHIP

The Finnish people were as grotesquely deceived about the EU collectivisation project as the British people were, by that German agent Edward Heath.

Here are a few dimensions of how Finland was forced into EU membership by means of political chicanery and two-faced manipulation, in blatant violation (a Finnish expert writes) of Finnish criminal law

·     18^th March 1992: Finland submitted its application for EU membership; the application contained no opt-outs.  In other words Finland accepted all the membership requirements including participation in the monetary union.

·     This meant that in addition, Finland was later required to accept a separate joint Protocol of the treaty (Protocol 10) which confirmed that the monetary union would be initiated with effect from 1^st January 1999 at the latest, compelling Finland to join the monetary union which, as the collective Treaty requires, is supposed to be an ‘irrevocable’ decision applicable to the end of the solar system?

·     16^th October 1994:  The Finnish people voted in an advisory referendum in which they were told (in the information sheet given with the voting slip) that

‘the EU member countries are independent and sovereign states who in certain matters have out of their free will decided to exercise their powers jointly’

One could choose

‘Yes’ or ‘No’

·     Referendum rigged:  However, according to Finnish law on the holding of the referenda, the Government is supposed to provide impartial information about all the options available to the voter. 

·     The information sheet handed out with the voting slip provided zero information relevant to the ‘No’ option, which of course meant the referendum, was illegal.

·     What the ‘No’ information would have stated: If the Government had behaved in accordance with Finnish law on referenda, incorporating full equivalent details about the ‘No’ option, the ‘information sheet’ provided with the voting slip would have stated that

·     It is impossible for an Independent and Sovereign State to have a common currency with any State, since the issuance and governance of one’s own currency is one of the primary characteristics of an Independent and Sovereign State.

·     Monetary Union ‘spun’ as a vague and distinct objective:  In the Finnish ‘advisory referendum’, Economic and Monetary Union [EMU] was mentioned vaguely as a distant objective.  Later, in an interview published in the respected Finnish journal ‘Suomen Kuvalehti’ (11^th April 1997), the Speaker of the Finnish Parliament  ‘admitted that not even she imagined that she was casting her vote concerning the Finnish mark’.

·     This was indeed a shocking revelation from a person who was Speaker of the Parliament at the time Parliament accepted Finnish EU membership. This is because, according to Finnish constitutional law, the Speaker is bound by law to ensure that nothing that is unconstitutional shall be discussed in Parliament.

·      The Vienna Convention on the Law of treaties (1969) states that a Treaty which fails to describe how a State can withdraw from it, is irreversible.

A ‘ Member State’ cannot, of its own free will, withdraw from such a Treaty without breaking International Law.  It requires the concurrence of other treaty signatories in order to do so.

·     The Finnish people were accordingly lied to on this basis alone, leaving aside the innumerable other deceptions to which they were subjected:

·     Obviously, Finland, as, a member of the European Union Collective, is not an Independent and Sovereign State, and has not joined the Collective of its own free will, it follows that Finland, like Great Britain, is not legally a member of the Collective at all –not least since the Treaty hasn’t been ratified in accordance with Finnish constitutional law.

·     The two contradictory (dialectical) announcements, which enabled the Government to manipulate the outcome:

·     According to the Finnish Constitution, Finland is (still supposed to be) a sovereign state. Amending this statute would have required a five-sixths majority in Parliament in favour of the EC Accession Law.  In order to sidestep the specific requirement for a five-sixths majority, two contrary announcements were made by the Finnish negotiating delegation.

·     THE FIRST was issued to the EU Collective explaining that

‘the national decisions necessary for Finland’s participation  in the Third Phase in accordance with the treaty shall be taken ,in due time by Parliament and the Government’.

·     THE SECOND PHASE represented an ingenious and cunning translation delivered the Finnish Parliament which gave the impression that the EU Collective had accepted the Finnish negotiating delegation’s announcement that the relevant decisions could be made at some time in the future, rather than in accordance with the Treaty’s actual requirement, which was that the relevant domestic decisions needed to be taken immediately.  I can clarify this later, but the point is that the Finnish Parliament was lied to, or at least that the decisions were not taken at that time (to avoid the five-sixths majority constitutional requirement which would have impeded Finland’s Accession)

·     The EU was led to believe that Finland was ratifying the Treaty according to the provisions of the treaty, whereas at the same time the Finnish Parliament was led to believe that it was perfectly OK not to take the necessary decision for the time being.  The deception involved contradictory interpretations of the Treaty phrase ‘in due time’ which, with respect to the Third Phrase of EMU. Did not allow for a decision ‘in the future’ but rather in accordance with the EU timetable.

·     ‘General powers’ have been delegated by EU ‘Member States’ to the illegal European Commission, which represents a violation (via the collectivisation) of national sovereignty:

·     The privilege of initiating EU legislation is reserved for the Commission whose members are under OATH not to represent their country or to take instructing from governments, national representatives in the EMU central banking system are under the same Oath.

THE OATH VIOLATES,

inter allia,

Finnish criminal law.

 [As we have observed elsewhere the Oath taken by Ministers of THE CROWN in Britain to the EU is in direct contravention of the Ancient Oath taken to HER Majesty The Queen that:

“ To bear faith and allegiance to the Crown and to defend its jurisdiction and powers against       foreign…persons…or states”.

SHORT TERM SELF INTEREST EXPLOITED

The UK Accession Bill passed its Third reading on 13^th July 1972 by a majority of 17.  Earlier, the debate on the Second Reading had lasted four days.(16-19 February), with the Labour Party then officially committed to opposing the legislation.

But, as happened with the Maastricht Treaty two decades later, as Christopher Booker and Richard North observe,

‘faced the possible collapse of their Government, most of the Conservative ‘anti-marketeers’ gritted their teeth’(treacherously, short-sightedly and very foolishly-Ed.),

‘and walked through the ‘Aye’ lobby. Despite that 15 Tories voted with the opposition.  Edward Heath still got his vote, but only by a water-thin:

Tony Benn MP commented after the passage of the Third Reading that

‘it was a coup d’etat by a political class who did not believe in popular sovereignty’.

Actually, it was worse than that .\It was the start of a coup d’etat by installments’ by a corrupted political class initially led by two operatives-Edward Heath and Geoffrey Rippon, both of whom were recruited German agents  (like Lenin, Rasputin and Lavrentii Beria in the Soviet context, before them) who signed the UK Accession Treaty in exchange for corrupt payments.  Both lied to the British people; and the authors specifically identified one of Geoffrey Rippon’s worst lies, associated with the alienation of Britain’s fishing waters, the richest in the world.  Here it is worth citing the whole of the authors’ relevant paragraph:

‘Desperate to hide how much had been conceded [over fisheries], Geoffrey Rippon…said:

 ‘I must emphasise that these are not just transitional arrangements [in the relevant context, allegedly beneficial to the British fisheries-Ed.]

which automatically lapse at the end of a fixed period’.  This claim drew fierce challenge from Dennis Healey and Peter Shore[later Lord Shore –further details on EDP bulletin board] both of whom suspected he was lying. 

What neither had yet seen was the wording of the UK Accession Treaty, which MP’s would not be allowed to examine until after the treaty was signed a month later.  Only when this became available [and Heath and Rippon had accepted their bribes-Ed.]  was it clear that Rippon had told a blatant lie’. [Booker and North, op.cit., page 155]

This was probably the rudest obituary of a prominent UK statesman ever to have appeared in print.  Even so, it omitted any reference to Heath’s recruitment by German (Nazi) intelligence.   However , there are many [coded] references in this obituary, not least the three telling words:

 ‘He never married’, which observers accurately interpret as meaning that he was homosexual, and therefore an obvious recruitment/blackmail target.

Our only complaint is that all such stories are corralled into Mr Booker’s excellent one column or page every Sunday.

This is a well-understood news management technique, the purpose of which is to generate a weary ‘Oh, not Christopher booker again’ response, so that in the end readers skip the page altogether.

It is testimony to Mr Booker’s talents as a top-flight journalist that his reports have sustained reader’s interest, so that the column has not fallen into the trap that was no doubt originally intended by Conrad ]Lord] Black, the previous(globalist) owner of

The Sunday Telegraph

The Barclay brothers who now own the newspaper, are reportedly Trilateral Commission supporters [Trilateralists] and would accordingly probably secretly support Britain’s continued  membership of the European Union Collective

The group in question was led by George Kennan at the State Department, who exploited the emergence of Stalin’s USSR as the ‘new’enemy, and promoted the idea of rebuilding Germany as a ‘bulwark against the East’, a strategy which ignored the secret German policy of orientation towards Russia and the penetration of its intelligence and Party structures by German agents.

Kennan influenced President Truman and was also instrumental in procuring the effective abandonment of de-Nazification, thereby facilitating the importation of a cadre of 770 top warfare scientists who had been working for Himmler in connection with occult mind-and personality control and manipulation techniques, rocket science, space travel and other programmes.

These high-ranking Nazi penetrated the OSS, which became the CIA [Central Intelligence Agency] ‘and have been associated with the promotion and exploitation of the occult and with some of the darkest programmes of US intelligence, such as MK-Ultra. The Nazi are Illuminati and their central locus is Dachau, a place which is associated for all eternity with their ‘Final Solution’ mass murder apparatus.  It is little surprise that the United States, which is today in grave danger of developing into a Nazi-style dictatorship, has constructed a large number of concentration camps, details of which have been published in this service.
