THE ENGLISH TRIBES CAME TO THESE SHORES OVER 1500 YEARS AGO. THEY BROUGHT THEIR FAMILIES AND POSSESSIONS WITH THEM. IT TOOK THEM 300 YEARS OF FIERCE FIGHTING AGAINST A NOBLE FOE BEFORE THE ENGLAND WAS FULLY TRANSPLANTED ON BRITAIN.

TODAY WE ARE CLOSE TO LOSING OUR IDENTITY AS A NATION BECAUSE OF THE ACTIONS OF A BRITISH PARLIAMENT. WE THEREFORE HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO RETRACE OUR STEPS TO THE ROOTS OF OUR POLITICAL FREEDOM OF OVER 700 YEARS AGO AND RECLAIM OUR HERITAGE.

IN THE ASSOCIATION THERE IS NO CHAIRMAN, NO LEADER, NO COMMITTEE, WE DON'T EVEN WANT YOUR MONEY, ALL WE ASK - IF YOU LOVE ENGLAND - IS TO FORM A BRANCH OF THE ASSOCIATION IN EVERY WARD OF EVERY SHIRE COUNTY OF ENGLAND.

THE ASSOCIATION IS OPEN TO ALL ENGLISH PEOPLE AND FRIENDS OF ENGLAND WHERE EVER THEY MAY BE.

IT IS THE AIM OF THE V.A. TO CONTEST THE GENERAL ELECTION ON THE GREATEST ISSUE THAT COULD AFFECT A NATION STATE.

BECAUSE OF ELECTION LAW WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO USE A MAXIMUM OF SIX LETTERS OR WORDS ON THE ELECTION FORM THEREFORE THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE KNOWN AS THE:-  friends of england
EACH BRANCH OF THE ORGANISATION IN EACH WARD WILL DECIDE ITS OWN METHOD OF RAISING FUNDS - EACH BRANCH IS FULLY INDEPENDENT.

OUR TASK IS OF IMMENSE PROPORTIONS - BUT ALL IT TAKES IS OUR 'WILL' TO SEE IT THROUGH.

YOUR COUNTRY! YOUR WAY OF LIFE! YOUR FUTURE! AND THE FUTURE OF FURTHER GENERATIONS TO COME - DEPEND ON YOU!

A FEW YEARS BEFORE THE SECOND WORLD WAR, WITH OUR DEFENCES VIRTUALLY NIL, A MESSAGE WAS NOTICED 'LIT UP IN LIGHTS' - ON A VESSEL MOORED ON THE THAMES - IT SAID - "WAKE UP ENGLAND!"
THE OWNER OF THE VESSEL - A LADY HOUSTON LATER DONATED £100,000 TO ENABLE THE EVENTUAL BIRTH OF THE SPITFIRE FIGHTER PLANE THAT SAVED ENGLAND. BEARING IN MIND THIS GREAT ACHIEVEMENT BY ONE PATRIOT OF ENGLAND I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THERE ARE OTHERS ONLY AWAITING THE CALL.
 

R.B.Mitchell the inventor and designer of the Spitfire though in poor health anxious to see that the plane would be ready before the outbreak of the second world war worked, all hours to ensure that the plane was ready in time.
 
The inventor lived to see the test flight of the Spitfire which ensured that the aircraft was operational before war was declared.
